We had a fabulous time at this hotel. Be prepared to pay a resort fee at check in but it's per night and we only stayed one night so it didn't feel like a big deal at all especially considering the amount we paid for the reservation anyway. Short-ish walk to the strip was a bit longer than anticipated but nothing impossible and it was definitely worth it! Overall, the rooms were large, comfy and very clean and the staff was remarkably attentive and nice. We'll definitely be staying here again!

The room was probably the largest I've stayed in... with a sitting area with what could have been a pull-out couch (didn't check). The room included a mini fridge and sink area, but lacked a microwave and had not utensils or dishware aside from a few disposable cups. The beds were comfortable enough, though they were doubles/fulls (I thought we were getting queens) with very bad pillows (too puffy) and a relatively crappy tv. The room was clean, but they did also knock at 9 am to clean the next day... check out is at 11, people! But, the necessities were just fine and the hotel was about a 10-15 minute walk to the strip... not too bad, but also not great since it's kinda ghetto around there. Good enough for the price... but beware of the $10 PER NIGHT resort fee PLUS TAX (12%). I thought it was PER STAY and had not tax... so I was a bit thrown off...

Very spacious suite. Only thing I could find to complain about was that the TV was not a flat screen, but that's not really a necessity. This is a great place to stay if you actually need to sleep because it's just far away from the Strip that it's not loud and busy.

I'm staying in Las Vegas approx. 26 weeks a year, but always at the so called fancy hotels. We wanted to try something else and we loved it. Huge rooms, very clean and great bathrooms. We actually did not expect this kind of quality for the price we payed. The only thing that surprised us, is the $10 dollar Resort Fee. We have never heard of this at any other hotel we stayed. Why don't they include this in the room price per night? Another thing (if you book 2 beds in the same room), the beds are kinda small for two adults. We did not really sleep very comfortable. It felt like a single persons bed. But again, we will be back!

This was our third time at Tuscany Suites this year, and it continues to exceed our expectations. The rooms are large and clean. The only negative about the room is that the sofa and chair are so low it's difficult to get out of them. This time we brought two other couples with us, and they loved it and will return. Both Marilyn's Cafe and the Cantina restaurants provide consistently good service and food. We really enjoy the casino, and one of our friends won a $580 Progressive Jackpot on a penny machine. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of free slot play and comp credit we earned. It was almost twice as much in value as we paid for our entire stay. The location is nice, too. It's a block-and-a-half off the strip, behind Bally's. No noise from the strip, and an easy walk to all the action.

The plumbing was less than stellar. Quite a few of us stayed here and I know of at least 3 rooms in different buildings that had drainage problems. I swear that I only did a #1 and it didn't flush right. The sink was filling up to the top and draining slowly as well. We called and asked if they could fix it. Then we went out to breakfast. When we came back it wasn't fixed. I called and the woman said that they had no record of our earlier request and she wasn't sure when someone would be able to make it to our room. Also, they put a "hold" on my debit card when I checked in for taxes and fees. The charges only actually worked out to $33 but it's been a week since I checked out and I'm still trying to get back my $67!! It's cheap and big but that's about all it is.

We were pleased with our first stay here. We did have a problem with our room key not working...it turned out after 3 new keys that it was actually a lock problem and maintence did fix it within 30min. The room was large, clean but pretty dated and could use new furniture. However, it does have a frig, sink and kitchen table which is nice. The bathroon was large also. There is nothing "fancy" about it. We liked the casino, the bar and Marilyns cafe served a great lunch. The walk to the strip was not a problem, however, if it is summer time I think it might be a problem for some. We will stay here again if the price is right compared to the hotels on the strip.

Had a stain on carpet (huge) looked like paint, beds are so so and burners in kitchen not fuctioning. but overall average great location because rt across from duece stop and a long 3 blocks from strip but still walkable.

We live in California but drive to Las Vegas on average once a month to hang out for a weekend of good time and good food. This most recent trip was a last-minute scramble as my car had broken down and I needed to extend my stay for a couple of days. I wanted something inexpensive but still a good value so I sought out the Tuscany Hotel and Casino as I had very positive experiences in the past. The rooms are huge, and they are clean, but it's the little things that make a BIG difference. First the positives: The rooms are spacious, the carpet is clean. There was a refrigerator and a coffee maker in the room as well. The property is somewhat convenient, but you really need a car to access the strip. There was a sign for a free shuttle to the Hard Rock Hotel down the street, but I didn't get a chance to find out more. There are a lot of electrical outlets, but I still needed to use the extension cords I brought with me to make them convenient. The rooms did not smell like smoke, and I was very grateful for that. The on-resort restaurants are top-notch and I like the casino, although I did not spend that much time there (needed to save money to pay for the car repairs). There was a nice centrally located pool, and even though it was like 55 degrees (F) there were quite a lot of people in the water. Now the little things: The bathroom had both a tub and a shower, which was nice, but the shower head in my bathroom was absolutely terrible. It pushed more air than water and it was very difficult to enjoy the shower. My other sticking point was the bathroom sink. The aerator was missing so it was a mess as the water gushed out of the faucet in any whichway. The last little thing was the front desk upon check-in. The gentleman that 'helped' me seemed upset that I was checking in, not outwardly, bu he had a look that I thought wasn't very friendly. Even upon check-out, they weren't very friendly and didn't smile. They were not mean, it was just a stark contrast to the servi

the rooms was great, but the necessity of the $100 Credit card deposit was a bit much. especially because, I don't have credit cards anymore. So, instead, they gave us the option of a $200 cash deposit. Well, that went all of our money to have fun with. We are local to LV and only went down to the strip area for my birthday and needed a place we could walk to or have a short cab ride to. We both wanted to have a few drinks. So much for that. I didn't want to have to give up the $$ we spent for the night, but had no money left for having fun.

This place is NOT like other Casinos in Las Vegas. Each building is like a apartment building. some of them are set near the casino while others are a bit of a walk. Which was the problem for us because my husband has a hard time walking. The first day he drove to the front of the hotel and parked the car in valet. The next day we found there was Handicap parking in the back of the casino, which worked out better for him to walk. I would suggest a person look at the map of the place and see where their room is located if walking is a problem before they get their room. But that was our only problem.
