Even though a lot of reviews mentioned the rooms are small I found it perfect for a couple with big size bags. Beautiful, technology is amazing and super easy to use (I am 64yo and technology is not my strength)...I will go back no doubt about it.

We spent 8 nights here while exploring London. Price was reasonable. Location is good - easy walk to the Victoria underground station as well as shops and pubs. Rooms are cramped but lots of nice features in totally renovated rooms. Very high tech with an Ipad in the room. The hotel is a short walk from Victoria station. Located away from the craziness in a prestine, residential neighborhood. Overlooks a beautiful garden but the grounds are not accessible to hotel guests. Rooms are small with very little space even for luggage, but this is London! Very high tech- everthing is electronic. i stayed one night between trips. rooms are super small but highly IT friendly. room service menu is highly limited, but service is excellent, room is really clean, and location is only a few blocks from Victoria tube so easy to get around. YOu do have to walk 2-3 blocks for other restaurants though.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very polite. The room had a king size bed that was very comfortable. But the room was so small, there was no room for a chair or desk or even a place to set up your bag on the stand that was provided. The shower was open, and it was almost impossible not to have water on the floor past the barrier. There […] was no place in the bathroom to put your toiletries, and no palace in the bath to plug in the hair dryer. You were either in the bathroom or on the bed. this hotel is NOT for family at all. It is purely a business travel hotel-meaning if you and/or your partner want to stay there for 3-4 days max. THER IS NO SIGN SAYING THIS IS THE HOTEL SO YOU MIGHT MISS IT IT IS ACTUALLY ON ST GEORG'S DRIVE NOT DIRECTLY ECCLESTON SQUARE you can get the tube from Victoria Underground station-NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH […] THE TWO otherS victoria rail station and coach station. the city queen room is very small so no place for big luggage- carry on can be placed on the shelf in the closet or right in front of the bed.-also no ventilation in the bathroom so a hot shower after a long day to relax also = steam in the room which makes it very humid and difficult to breathe-since the airconditioning goes off for no apparent reason.... the pillows are tooooo soft and if your one to suffer neck problems you will have to stuff it with extra towels- you get complimentary nespresso for your whole stay so this is a bonus in the morning to kick start the day- overall hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, but since they are not from London, they will direct you to the ipad in your room for any questions regarding the city- BUT at the end of the day all the technology wich looks so cool on the website doesn't really matter if you have to go through a 'how to' on teh ipad jsut to figure out how to switch on the lights!! so in the end just not worth the money we spent on it...even though it was clean,excellent service and friendly staff. The city queen room was unexpectedly small, not suitable for 2 occupants. Besides, the design of the bathroom was problematic, the shower tube doesn't have a door and water of the shower poured out which made the toilet area all wet. Unexpectedly worse than imagined, not worth such a high room price

Room was small but funky modern. Shame shower flooded the bathroom. Sound proofing was great. Tv was huge. Lots of nice finishing touches. Bed comfy. Lights on all night that we couldn't turn off kept me awake.

Hotel was small but comfortable. The rooms were full of gadgets! I.e touchpad lighting, iPhone docs, adjustable massaging beds, etc. My room was a little cold and after some time house keeping had to bring me a small heater.

the hotel is lovely, and has some of best gadgets i have ever seen anywhere - let alone in a hotel. HOWEVER.... be aware that a standard room is so small that there is nowhere even for a suitcase. an average sized american would struggle even with no luggage. you can just about fit an overnight bag, so longer stays than one or two nights will need a […] room upgrade. ironing a shirt for a night out was nearly impossible, its that small. the toileteries hadnt been changed from the previous guest either. not a huge point, perhaps, but certainly not what you would expect from a 5* hotel. and there is no kettle! there is a nespresso machine which does nice coffee, but when used for hot water it pumps out a yellowy water that has the residue of previous coffee in it, so is unusable for tea. as other people have mentioned on here before, the shower has no door, just a small lip on the floor, so the bathroom gets flooded every time you shower. on the plus though, the bed and bedding were top rate, gadgets were out of this world, staff were great, and everything was clean. Recently stayed at the Eccleston Square Hotel for two nights on business. The hotel is located on Eccleston Square just in fron of the park in what looks to be a converted Georgian building. The hotel features quite a contempory design inside with classical elements dotted around. Check-In was quick and helpful. The hotel room itself was unlike anything […] I have seen before. Each room comes with a personal iPad for the guest's use, along with a huge 3D Television, blu-ray player, iPod dock, and a massage function on the bed. These are all controlled with touch buttons around the room. The bathroom also featured a television built into the wall, and heated towel rack. Probably the most impressive technoloy in the room was the bathroom door (made out of glass) and the shower wall (also made out of the glass). With the flick of a switch these would turn from a solid milky white colour to transparent! So you can see the rest of the hotel room from the shower. I had heard of the technology before, but hadn't seen it in person. The rooms are quite small due to the nature of the hotel, so this little touch really opened up the room. Mini-bar was well stocked, free bottles of evian came in handy for Tube commutes. Restaurant downstairs was pricey but delicious. The hotel is about a 5-10min walk from Victoria tube station. I would highly recommend this hotel to any person who appreciates technology and comfort. Perfect combination. Read more

Boutique hotel. It's main feature are the hi-tech gadgets to control every comfort. We were impressed with the blackout blind, tv and smoked/clear glass of the bathroom! But disappointed in the lack of screening for the shower as the floor got wet and then slippery after the shower had been used. The 3d tv was supported by a good selection of 3d films […] you can borrow from reception, we took two overnight and found the lady on reception helpful and relaxed. It was a shame to not find a desk or seat in the room and we never found the rubbish bin. The hotel prides itself on being hi-tech, and it certainly was. Sky TV on a 46" TV, sensor controls for everything (even the curtains), IPad2 in the drawer etc etc., and the furniture was new and very comfortable. However, the bathroom was cramped and was difficult to use. What's the point of a second TV in the bathroom when there isn't a bath, and […] especially when its located on the wall behind the toilet....pointless!! The sink was small and the shower had a curtain not a screen. Sky TV didn't work on the second day of my stay, but I'll live with that as I was out most of the day. Put simply the best Boutique hotel I have ever stayed in. If you like your gadgets you will love this hotel. 3D TV, Ipads, electronic curtains and remote control beds. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgable and the room was spotless. Would definitely recommend this hotel to all.

Hotel was welcoming, clean and hi-tec. Convenient for Victoria area, Tate gallery and a tube ride to west end. If you consider staying for more than a night, you'll probably find the standard room too small. You can swing a cat in these rooms but don't bring a big cat!

As others have said, the room is teeming with gadgets, which is the unique selling point of this hotel. However, this is a bit of a marketing ploy as most people probably won't have the time or interest to use them. Even without the hi-tech, it's a pleasant, clean, if cramped hotel.

The hotel is modern, smart, immaculately clean and very well presented. All mod cons in the room and nice bathrooms. Location is excellent for tube and central London. Only criticisms, are that rooms are small (big comfy beds take up all the space) and you cant open the windows, so if you don't like air conditioning its not ideal.

Above the usual standard of a hotel in London. Rooms are extremely comfortable and luxurious. But what I liked the most was the attitude of the staff. Nothing was too much to ask and they made my stay a delight. I also enjoyed the best cheeseburger ever in their restaurant! A big thank you to making my stay an absolute pleasure.
