Hotel was clean, staff was very helpful. I booked through hotels.com and reserved a two queen. Upon arrival I was given a king room with a sleeper chair. So there was miscommunication in between the hotel and online reservations. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

The room was adequate and fairly quiet. It is a little small, but served its purpose. A/C was fine. TV reception was poor (at best) on most stations and some were completely unwatchable (HBO). My biggest complaint was the smell. As a non smoker and was staying in a non smoking room, which it was...clean and smoke free. The same cannot be said for the […] stench eminating from the hallway leading to the room as well as the other rooms in the same "wing" which were not "non smoking". The entire hallway wreaked of stale cigarettes and cigars. It was putrid, even with the window at the end of the hallway constantly opened. The non smoking rooms need to be kept together and away from the smoking rooms, not intermingled allowing for cross contamination. Just know that the smell is STRONG! Read more

With other positive reviews I read online I made reservations for a 3-night stay in this Days Inn for our family. Our experience was not what others had described. Specifically, - Front desk evening rep was not unfriendly, but not welcoming and was more intent on checking her phone and texting when not dealing with a customer. No smile or welcome. - […] Breakfast was just okay - We requested a non-smoking room, and got that, but it was next door to smoking rooms. The whole hotel smelled badly, particularly the first floor and our 3rd floor. Seemed to be a mixture of cooking and smoking. It was NOT pleasant at all. - Elevator was out of commission the majority of a day - Ice machine on our floor was out of order All in all, this is one of the weakest stays we've had in any hotel of any level in a long time. The entire hotel feels like it's on the edge of going out of business, with little staff visible, and no real management visible. The desk clerk the morning of our depature was friendly and helpful, but all others, including the breakfast lady, were not. Very disappointed and would not recommend or return. Read more

My friend and I went down to play the Robert Trent Jones golf course in Prattville and stayed here. the location was wonderfull. Half of a mile off the interstate, no futher then a mile from the room to the course. Very good breakfast. I will book my next trip to prattville right here again. Also very good rate for the room.

this days inn has a wonderful breakfast and the staff was so helpful. the cleaning staff was so quiet that we could not even hear them in our room. the lobby was like a home and not a hotel. thanks for a very relaxing stay.

I thought everything was great except the breakfast. It was supposed to last thru nine thirty and me and my 2 kids got there at nine ten. Most places keep putting fresh stuff out all the way up until closing but there was one egg(not scrambled but a circular egg) which i got, a couple pieces of sausage and two biscuits. The biscuit was hard as a rock […] like it had been there since 6 am. There mile containers were empty so I had to ask the lady to fill them up so I could put milk on my kids cereal. She was real nice but I just thought that the breakfast could have been a lot better but it was free with the room. Everything was great other than that but I did here a couple complain about the rooms air not working and I overheard the worker say tell a maid that the repairman was on vacation and the hotel was booked full. We had two minor issues upon arrival: a broken/stuck security latch on our door, and a water leak from the floor above our room. The management worked quickly to both repair the latch and identify the water problem (faulty drain on the floor above allowing water to drip into our bathroom/tub area) and then very professionally moved us to another room. […] This is a very nice facility, and we understand that things happen! The Hotel is well situated and is what I would consider downtown. Its 20 minutes from Montgomery and a stones throw from the interstate. Overall, the price was reasonable, the front desk was very accommodating, and the stay was decent. I would stay here again.

We have been staying at the Days Inn in Prattville at least once a year on our way to or from Florida. In the past, our room has always been fine. This year, when we walked in, I made a comment about how strong the smell of bleach was in our room (102). Thinking it would lessen, we unpacked and prepared for bed. By the time we realized we were both […] getting sore throats from the odor, we decided we didn't want to move everything to another room. We stayed at the Days Inn because we needed somewhere close to the interstate for our one night stay and visit to the North Pole Express in Calera, AL (about 45 min away). Prattville was great, to say that shopping and restaurants are close is an understatement--the hotels are basically in the parking lot of tons of stores and restaurants (Hobby Lobby, […] Target, Lowes, Academy, Bass Pro Shops, Kohls, Olive Garden, OCharleys, etc.). City was well kept and felt safe. Needless to say, we were VERY disappointed with the Days Inn. Customer Service was AWFUL. It's a basic hotel, so we weren't expecting extraordinary service, but we couldn't finish check-in without the assistant being blatantly rude. The hotel lobby and hallways were very stuffy and warm (windows were open with temps in the 70s). Room was decent and clean. Next time we'll stay at the Country Inn and Suites, it was a bit closer to the interstate and looked to be in better condition. Read more

The hotel is rather new and is very clean. It has a quiet atmosphere and very good customer service. The breakfast had lots of options, and there were free cookies in the lobby. It was a very good overall value, and I would recommend it to anyone. There was no hot tub, but I guess that's more common where I live.

We stayed here on the way to Florida and would stay there again. It was clean and comfortable. A Longhorn Steakhouse is in front of the hotel. It is in an area with alot of stores and shopping centers and restaurants. Just be sure to ask for the Exit #. The exit immediately north has the same street name (Old Farm Lane).
