Located on the banks of the Dubai Creek, the famous Dubai Golf and Yacht Club lies one kilometre from the hotel. It features a 45-metre high clubhouse, a golf academy, and a double-ended driving range. The Dubai Golf and Yacht Club is the centrepiece of an 80 hectare sports and leisure complex, which also incorporates a 115 berth marina.
The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or near the hotel; fees may apply. On the north side of Dubai Creek, Deira is an interface between the high-rise business city and the traditional Arab trading port. Modern malls give way to ancient souks selling silks, spices, gold, perfumes, and a lively fish market. A broad waterfront promenade leads past the dhow wharf, where the wooden vessels offload their cargos. Beyond lie the dhow boat-building yards, and Dubai Creek’s ritzy golf and yacht club.

I was never overly impressed with any Hilton property before my stay at Dubai Creek. The service from start to finish was off the charts FANTASTIC. The service from the concierge, housekeeping to the restaurant was truly wonderful. They run a warm, casual operation with all the ammenities and professionalism that you look for in a hotel stay. Don't miss a chance to watch the Arabian sunset from the 15th floor pool/lounge area. Also, to avoid overpriced hotel restaurants and lack of great choices in the area, a cheap taxi ride to City Centre will provide you with everything you could possibly need. The rooms were modern, clean, and they even provide free, automatic turn-down service each night. Not in your budget to stay on the beach? This hotel thinks of everything and they even provided guests with a complimentary shuttle that brought us to their Jumeirah Beach Hilton where we enjoyed a day on the Persian Gulf. I'm returning to Dubai for business this spring and even though my meetings are in Jumeriah, I will make a point of returning to this property. I'm a sucker for great service, and this hotel truly delivers.

I found a great rate for this hotel that was unavailable with my company travel agency. I was very impressed with my hotel room. It was very modern. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure was great. In all the hotel met all of my needs. The only note of advisory that I would leave is that this hotel is in the Deira neighborhood of Dubai which is relatively far from the Palm, Burj Al Arab, and other sights. If during peak traffic time, a ride to the Burj may take 30-40 minutes.

Reviewed by P of Belfast on Jul 4, 2008
I was only staying 2 nights at this hotel enroute back to the UK, but found it to be both suitable and convenient in location. The roof top pool is rather small, but pleasant. Unfortunately it was closed for cleaning, what appeared to be short notice for almost both of my days, I had not previously been informed. I was in an Executive Room which included free transport to and from the airport but only realised this due to reading another review. Therefore on booking it would have been nice to have been told as it could have been overlooked. In relation to the internet it is freein the Executive Lounge and pool area, but there is a charge in the room, I believe it should be included in Superior rooms. Overall the stay was what is expected from the Hilton Chain, but I would probably try another hotel next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Hilton Dubai Creek. We lashed out an opted for an Executive Room, which meant we had access to the Executive lounge which was most useful, and had complimentary airport transfers too. Our room was huge and had great views of the Creek. Loved the giant bed and marble bathroom. There are also fabulous views from the roof top pool. Service from all the staff we came into contact with was first class. Had an excellent meal at Verre. Would definitely stay again.
