Hotel was ok staff were helpfull the hotel is on an indusdrial estate with nothing else around bar area is basic and is just part of the reception so you feel like you are sitting in the hall no music and the tv turned down. apart from that it was fine to get your head down but nothing else to do there.

Have stayed at this locate many times now. They are so accommodating. The only problem I have is the fact that there is no free WiFi but that certainly would never stop me from staying at the hotel

This is a practical hotel for those breaking up a journey, it is a long way and an expensive taxi ride if you wish to go into Rugby centre. Rooms are functional, however when booking on line there is no indication of what room you get. As soon as we walked in it was a pleasant view on the eye. I always had the impression that Ibis was a 2 star but the size of the room, furniture, facilities, etc said otherwise. It was an overnight stay with my husband and 18 month old son whom I had asked for a cot for earlier in the day. Staff that answered the phone found it no problem at all […] even when he had already made arrangements for a sofa bed. The bed was clean and comfortable and extra pillows were provided. Cot was nice and clean but no extra sheet to cover with. Bathroom also nice and clean but there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. We would definately come back when in the area. Read more

MINUS: Difficult to fall asleep: nearly impossible due to constant motorway traffic (and we had the quietest room facing garden!). Wifi very expensive! Why not making it free? TomTom cannot find it! PLUS: A very nice front desk service (both at night and in the morning). A very good breakfast choice. Free parking!

Great place to stay, specially for a quick stop in a long trip. Although it seems a bit far from everywhere, it is ideal as it is very quiet. Of course you need a car to get there, but rooms are great and very comfortable, staff are great and we had a more than decent dinner in the restaurant. Very satisfied and very happy with the price.

Arrived early hours of morning after travelling from France, having had ferry cancelled which resulted in the late arrival. I was informed at the reception that my room had been classed as a 'no show'. After renegotions I was then allocated a room only to be awoken about 7.30am by somebody in the room above bouncing what seem to be a ball. Hotel was good, room was clean, staff were friendly, view not great and bed wasn't the most comfortable, but what we expected really for the price. We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that, but otherwise not bad for a one night stay, think bed would have given me permanent backache any longer, felt like it was memory foam but very hard.

poor service from staff in the morning,however the young girl on her own at the desk in the evening was helpful.The staff on duty in the morning where aloof and un helpful.The hotel is overpriced and the rooms are close to a warehouse ,lorries on the move all night.

Friendly organised staff, convenient location if a little noisy from the trading estate and motorway. Only one real criticism, allowing people to smoke right outside the front door of the hotel, and allowing them to make noise there all night. This hotel is a real gem. We stayed here while we went to the British Grand Prix. It was convenient for the race and an excellent place to stay. The staff all appear to be Spanish which is strange for a hotel in the middle of England, and apart from one girl not knowing what a Gin & Tonic was while serving at the bar they were all extremely efficient […] and friendly. Actually the G&T incident made us laugh so it was not really an issue. The hotel is clean and well maintained and the food is absolutly fantastic. We ate there for 3 nights and each time we were surprised by the quality of our meals, especially for a hotel in this price bracket. The only issue I had was when they pre-authorised my credit card it actually took the money from the card. It took a while to convince the manager of this but eventually he accepted it and sorted it out. I would highly recommend this hotel. For the price you just can't go wrong. Read more

Stayed here for the MotoGP weekend at Silverstone. Was quite close to main road so could be quite noisy at times but overall good service, good food and would stay here again.

It is great as a stop over. Check in was efficient and it was good value for money. however service in the restaurant was poor. We had to ask a waitress to take our order. She obviously new (I appreciate that) but she really didn't understand anything and in the end the chef had to come out of the kitchen. Our food was brought out by the chef. Noone […] asked us how our dinner was. (Which was a shame because it was lovely). Then noone came to collect our plates so obviously a dessert was not an option. In the end we gave up and left. simple, no fuss hotel. Clean, easy to find, all basics provided Good for a short stop over. Food good. Excellent value for money. However, whilst we were there, extremely noisey guests outside till early hours of morning and as we had to get up very early this was a huge dissapointement, and has really put us off returning.
