We're here for a baseball tournament. Very convenient to the field and close to a variety of restaurants. Complimentary breakfast was great and included waffles and scrambled eggs. Definitely recommend!

Rooms were perfect, service was perfect, and the everything else was great. Only thing I have bad to say was they have only 1 elevator and its rather small. I broke down during our stay. But besides that, the place was great!

We stayed almost an entire week waiting for our house to close. We had our dogs, plants and grown daughter all crammed into the room. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful the entire trip. Our room was clean and they even served breakfast 10 minutes early so we would make it to work on time. I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest option in Mansfield and I just needed a place for my family to stay for one night due to an emergency. It served it's purpose, but wouldn't be my 1st choice if on vacation or for a special event, romantic getaway, etc. The hotel rooms seem older, most things are clean but unfortunately the bathtub in our […] room had black gritty dirt in it. The water never got hot enough for a good shower, but rather was lukewarm and barely sufficed. Again, for a one night emergency stay it worked fine. This hotel offers a free breakfast and it seemed plentiful and included quite a few choices. Everything was great with the staff and hotel, the room had a bedspread with burn's in it ( no biggy) but the A/C was not the greatest and the freg in the room was so loud I had to unplug it. Other than those two things it was a great stay! Really enjoyed the staff!

My day trip to an out of town work site turned in to 2 days and a night. Comfort Inn let me check in before check in time and work remotely from their business center. I hadn't planned on staying overnight, so didn't have many things I needed. It is not the hotel's fault that highway construction made it hard to get to, but the general cleanliness is their problem. The room was actually spacious and comfortable, but the carpet was worn, and the entire hotel looked run-down. I looked wistfully at the Holiday Inn Express next door--with its hot tube and indoor pool.

Our only disappointment - We found two of us (grandma and granddaughter) had trouble sharing a bed and we found out the hotel only had one! It was already taken. Think a hotel that size should have more. The breakfast was very good, not at all your usual breakfast included in the price - a full breakfast and they did not run out of anything!

They only had smoking ropms available but it smelt like it hadnt been cleaned before i arrived to counteract the smokey smell. So it made the whole room foul.

the room i stayed in had a mildew smell which was not evident to me because of a sinus condition. several guests told me it did not smell good and i was only there for two days and i was out quite a bit so i did not complain. the day i checked out my condition had improved and i could smell the mildew smell as i entered the room. The first impression of the hotel was very nice. I stayed in room 218, a two person room with a king size bed. The room was very clean and orderly. Room 218 had some electrical problems. Out of five or six power outlets, only one of which worked. The location was fine; the service was slow. No one was at the front desk when I entered the facility. I had to wait a bit. Then upon check-in, I noticed that my ceiling was peeling and hanging above the wardrobe area. I also had issues connecting to their free wireless internet. When I asked the desk clerk about it, he told me it was supposed to be […] instant on. I called the customer care number on the card in the room and a rep was able to get me signed on to the internet. It was a quiet hotel. They did give me free bottled water.....
