STAY WAS FINE. ROOM CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. GOOD FOR AN OVERNIGHT. ONLY COMPLAINT IS AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION. I HAD AN EARLY FLIGHT-6 AM-AND THEIR VAN SERVICE STARTS AT 5 AM, NOT ENOUGH TIME FOR MY FLIGHT. TAXI WITH TIP WAS ONLY $9, SO IT WASN'T SO BAD. EMPLOYEES WERE HELPFUL.

Kandace the front desk clerk was awesome !!!! Our stay was not planed as we had already been in Vegas 4 days. We found Best Western near the airport because we could not catch a flight until the next day. I would consider this a 2 1/2 star hotel. It was Ok for our purposes...we wanted something close to airport for early morning flight and one that had a shuttle service. The front desk clerk was attentive and quickly tried to find us a softer pillow. She also printed out my boarding passes for me. We didn't eat the breakfast...they did have fruit, muffins, […] and coffee out for the pre- breakfast crowd. Coffee was so/so. Our air conditioner was extremely loud - thankfully with the earplugs that were on the bedside table we got some sleep! This is an airport hotel and was absolutely perfect for myself and my family when we got into Las Vegas late and just needed somewhere to sleep. We experienced no problems, slept well and had a nice breakfast in the morning. This was what I was looking for and I got it.

This hotel is very run down and dated. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport even though it is only 5 minutes from the hotel. Very friendly and clean, and a great location near Las Vegas airport. This was also a very quiet place. It's not convenient to the strip ((if you need that), but after a long drive across the desert late in the day, and an early flight the next day, this was the place for me.

It was an average stay. The ice maker right out side our door was noisy during the night. Breakfast area was extremely crowded - so we took our food back to our room on the 3rd floor.

Except for the carpet which needed cleaning, the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Guest services were very good. We needed a place close to the airport as we had a 6:20 am flight. The shuttle was ready at 5:00 am and got us to the airport with plenty of time for our flight. The staff was friendly and helped us with our delivery dinner as we were pretty tired after our weekend on the strip. Best Western hasn't disappointed us yet!

The point of this hotel is to be close to the airport. Don't expect some 5 star hotel. But considering the price and location, it's great! Very clean and great employees/customer service! I highly recommend.

After staying here with our family of four I am kind of surprised by some of the negative reviews here because we didn't encounter any of the issues mentioned here. The person who checked us in was friendly, the room while by no means fancy or new was comfortable. The climate control on the cold Vegas night worked perfectly, the bed was comfortable, […] the shower was very nice, the shuttle service was fine. The breakfast wasn't anything great, but for the price and the money you saved by not having to get a taxi you can get something better at the airport. My only suggestion to the hotel was all of the pillows in the room were way to "fluffy." Most hotels give different ones for people like me who might like thinner flat ones...but all they had here were some big bulky ones. Maybe I could have called for different ones, but it was too late for me to care. Just a suggestion. Overall, I am not sure if I just got lucky, or people are expecting the Wynn for a fraction of the cost...but we had a great stay regardless and were rested before flying out. Read more

A late night arrival and morning departure were our desires. The check in was quick and friendly, the room was fair sized and bed was good. I had to work around sink area with my wife. The constant jet noise even with motel provided ear plugs made for a poor night sleep. I will not return.

Shuttle service to airport simplified and dictated my stay. Having said that, the hotel was clean and quiet as well as comfortable. I will stay there again under similar circumstances. I do recommend this hotel if proximity to the airport is a consideration.

First time ever have I seen a hotel have earplugs for their customers as a convenience to light sleepers. In other words the hotel was noisy. Place was run-down. Had a good breakfast in morning though and service staff were nice.

Room was clean but we did run into a couple of maintenance issues the air conditioner was noisy and it was repaired twice before it was quiet enough to keep running when we slept. The toilet keep running after being flushed and maintenance repaired that. My one major complaint was that this hoyel was advertised with a Free shuttle to the Airport between […] the hours of 4:30am -11:30pm as well as locations along the strip. When we arrived they had changed the shuttle schedule to operate beginning at 5am rather than 4:30 which caused us to have to call a cab the morning we were leaving because our plane was scheduled for 6am departure. The cost to us was an additional $10 which we feel the hotel should be responsible for since there web site still indicates a shuttle beginning at 4:30a. Booked 2 nights at separate times due to changing schedules. James at the front desk was rude on the phone as well as in person. Very arrogant, treats customers as if they owed him something. We have stayed at multiple Best Westerns and he by far, needs to attend customer Service classes.

Not satisfactory. The bathroom floor was dirty. The air conditioner made a loud squeaking sound when in use. The hallway was noisy during the night with sounds of loud voices and yelling.

The hotel is right next to airport, room was next to the pool and off the lobby so it was a bit loud. To be fair, the provided two sets of ear plugs on the night stand without asking. The curtains did blissfully make the room dark. The room was clean but one of the lights didn't work. The breakfast room was a bit cramped. However, staff was very efficient. I appreciate when I'm in a rush to catch an early morning flights and check is out 'what's yr room number? ok. *click* you are checked out, have a nice day'. Super clean. The fact they kept up the coffee and iced water clean and stocked in the lobby was a noticed touch. Cookies midafternoon. I never saw a vending machine (didn't look either) but there is a convenience store next door. The only bummer is that I rented a car, there was free parking but the parking lot is packed most of the time. My tip is you would get there faster with the free hotel shuttle then going through the nightmare of the airport rental car center (I wanted over an hour in the line to get to the counter with my prebooked rental). If you want to save money from all the taxis, there is also a standalone Enterprise rental car center literally a block away, within walking distance. Read more

Perfect for anyone needing to be close to the airport. Didn't hear any airplane noise and the breakfast is something you don't always get when staying in Vegas. Clean and well maintained. Easy to find and SO close to the airport. Will stay here again even if not using the airport.
