Nice hotel within a short driving distance or a long walk to the strip. Office staff was very nice and helpful. Main issue is that the Best Western's hotel shuttle stops service at 12 Midnight (my flight landed after Midnight) and this was not clear in my information about the hotel. There are 2 Best Western hotels and taxi driver took me to the wrong one and tried to charge for the time and distance that was his error (even though I gave him the correct address). Other issue is that I did not have the hotel's drect phone number since I did not see it on my reservation (this is not the first time).

We felt that the airport shuttle should run all day not just certain hours. Trying to catch the bus just down the street doesn't work so well, as it missed us twice, and we had to hike the 2 1/2 miles to the airport so my mom wouldn't miss her flight. Other than that, a great hotel with very friendly staff.

I really don't think the hotel was that bad. It was very inexpensive which is what I was looking for for an overnight stay near the airport. I was well kept and the continental breakfast was what you'd expect at that hotel.. at least they had one. My primary complaint and disappointment is that I reserved a NON-smoking room and when I arrived all they said they had was smoking. I was livid. It was extremely uncomfortable to enter the room much less sleep there. I consider that very POOR service. If you're low maintenance, like me, but wouldn't mind sniffing ash trays (yep, that's what it was like) then choose this hotel.

My overall rating for this hotel would be good. It's in a good location just minutes from the strip. It's not fancy but it's nice and comfortable for what it is. If you're going to be spending most of your time out on the town I think this hotel will suffice. My only complaint would be the low water pressure in the shower. Other than that a very comfortable and economical alternative to the bigger hotels.

We also had extra noise from a construction site across the street. The beeping of construction vehicles backing up and the toilet flushing made it difficult to sleep.

This is one of those hotels that far exceeded my expectations. The location is off the strip which is nice for the peace and quiet and it is not a casino so it is not a busy place or hard to park. They are but a mile or so from the strip and they have a shuttle which is close to your own driver as they will drop you off at the strip and you can call them and they will pick you up. The savings of a shuttle almost paid for the room. The hotel was clean and comfortable and I did not meet one bad staff member. I would definitely stay there again.

The beds were very comfortable. The hotel claims to have free shuttle service. What they dont tell you is it is only when they want. I was told when contacting them that there was a 24hour shuttle. NOT TRUE!! I only booked because of that. When we arrived in Vegas they said I needed a cab. I knew at least there was a free shuttle up the street to MGM the next day. When I asked they said the only time was at 11am. Needless to say, both times I had to find my own transportation. The breakfast was good for a continental breakfast. I booked this hotel at the last minute and got a decent rate, if I would have acted earlier I could have stayed on the strip for the same price. Pool is MUCH smaller than it looks in the pictures, Breakfast was a disaster, they ran out of everything worth eating (waffles, french toast). The shuttle was nice but they would only drop you off at the MGM Grand and it stopped running after 11pm. It also ran only on the hour. There is no hot tub. If you don't have any other options this hotel was fairly cheap and clean. My advice would be to act early and stay on the stip.
