The hotel from the outside looks pretty bad but the rooms are really nice. Poor customer service at the front desk

Best hotel in the area-I stay here often. My only problem this time was a non-working mini-fridge which the desk staff apologized for and promised to fix.

"Not great"
Carpet was gross enough I elected to wear sandals while in the room. Bathroom was decent, but had toothpaste crust on countertop and no shampoo or conditioner, etc. was provided (only a bar of soap). My particular room had an extremely bright parking lot light attached to the wall outside my window which the blinds could not block out. "studio 6 van nuys"
just needed a place to sleep for the night after our family vac and wasn't trying to spend to much found this one on hotels.com and was pleased staff was nice got a decent room had pool but closed at sun down and asked for non smoking and still smelled like smoke but other then that i was please with the overall stay on busy street but very close to […] alot of stores and resturants ralphs 99cent store dollar tree blockbuster denny's mcdanolds and so much more i will stay there again Read more

"The HOOD"
NeighborHOOD like a jail on lock down.Killed roach in room. Air conditioner blew directly on bed unable to adjust.Clerk refused to give reciept at check out.
