"Hotel in Lubbock by Texas Tech"
The hotel was very nice and the staff were so accomodating. Printing google maps and pointing out places to see were just a few of the niceties.
There were crackers on the floor in the bedroom and a peach seed in the living room. Our air conditioner went out and it took them several hours (working on it in our room) to fix it. The swimming pool was dirty. My daughter fell where the tile meets the carpet in the lobby. She was in so much pain we had to take her to the Dr. Sunday. She tore a tendon […] in her ankle. Well we asked for double queen beds and we got a king and sleeper bed. we asked for a non smoking room and it was clearly a smoking room. We had until noon to check out and we were taking a nap when the help knocked on t he door once and we told them we would be checking out at noon. We really enjoyed our stay. It so handy to all the major streets. The suite was beautiful and we had a great time. We hope to go back again soon.

only problem I had is that room service had not cleaned our room at 3:30 the first day and i had to request it be cleaned. No problem it did not take them 5 mins to get up to our room and then cleaned. But the next day when we were checking out by 2 pm they were knocking on our door at 10:30 do not understand that. This is a nice hotel for a family with large rooms, a pool and cook to order breakfast. Nice place if not a little pricey.

This past Christmas, we stayed at the Embassy Suites in Lubbock, Texas in order to take some of the pressure off my parents. IT WAS FANTASTIC! We will definitely be staying there again, if the Good Lord is Willing!

"Love the Hotel"
I love this hotel, and will stay there again if we visit Lubbock. The Hotel has a unique building and interior design. The room is clean, and big. The TV game made the kids happy. The staffs are so nice and helpful, and the breakfast is amazing. I give 5 star, no doubt.

"Embassy Suites is a very nice Hotel"
We stayed at the Embassy for our Anniversary. Everything was great besides a couple of small things which I will talk about in a bit. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was very nice and clean. A couple of mishaps but minor, The elevator on one side of the hotel was out of service at the time we stayed […] and had to walk all the way around to the other side of the hotel to go up to the 2nd or 3rd floor. Also the next morning we went down for breakfast, the staff were very helpful but there was a line to make your own waffle, you can order your omlet the way you want it and there is a kitchen with many people who cook it, but you had to stand in line to make your own waffle??? The line was 8 people deep and takes 3 minuets a waffle with only 1 waffle maker so you do the math. Other than those 2 minor things the stay was very nice and would recommend this place to anyone. Stayed for 3 days and two nights in a fantastic room. Ordered room service both nights. First night the risotto was not made and totally forgotten for the meal rice was used instead ribeye was excellent. Second night had great ribeye steak and pizza both were memorable would definately stay at this hotel if in Lubbock again:)

This was a very nice hotel! My kids loved the indoor pond and all the fish. The glass elevators were beautiful too. Our room was immaculate, and the breakfast was great! Can't say enough.

This hotel is rated 3 1/2 stars-one of the few hotels rated this highly. One amenity they have that I have not found at any other Embassy Suites hotel is free wifi. I was able to get a decent rate, it is a lovely hotel and has very friendly staff.

Very nice Hotel - the Breakfast Buffet was excellent. The Manager's reception was great. Both big pluses. We did have a slight problem with the cooling in our Suite. There were three of us. I slept in the Living Area on the Sofa Bed - not too comfortable but ok. We had to close the door to the Bedroom - snoring problem - and it got hot at night in the […] Bedroom while the Living Room was very cold. Not sure what the problem was. All else was fine!!
