I was totally pleased with my stay here. The hotel is clean and bright, the rooms very comfortable and the service very attentive. It is not a "resort" location, but if you need a clean, comfortable, convenient place to stay for a few days, or are here on business for an extended period, this is a great place to stay. I have never been disappointed by Hampton Inns regardless of location, and the price is outstandingly reasonable for what you get. A+

This hotel is extremely well maintained and the service we fantastic. Amenities were excellent too. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was immaculate -a priority for us. Rooms very nice. Employees were "service excellent" and the location was perfect for airpot,cruise and dining. We would stay there again and recommend it highly.

what i love is the fact that i was near everything i wanted,what i didn't like is that i wanted a king i couldn't get that and i was in a handicap room that piss me off and what piss me off more was the fact my key card had to be redone like three difference times

The service at this hotel was very good, and the room was consistent with Hampton Inns in comfort, but the bathroom needs some updating. The common rooms and lobby on the first floor could also stand renovation.

Hotel and breakfast was great but waited about 45 min at airport for pickup... the van drove by 3 times before finally picking us up. Other than that I recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay before taking a cruise. Free airport pickup and transfer to cruise ship.

We stayed at this hotel the night before we left on a cruise. The shuttle was extremely convenient and the drivers were all very friendly. We only ever had to wait a few minutes to be picked up. The shuttle took us to and from the airport, as well as to and from a nearby restaurant. The staff was also very friendly. The room was nice and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good, nothing spectacular, but good. Overall, a very good stay.

We waited for an hour to be picked up from the airport by the shuttle. We were treated very poorly by the front desk receptionist. Wouldn't recommend.

I misunderstood that there was a restaurant attached to the Inn. Without a car and rainy weather, I needed to order carry out from a local restaurant. The food was good but for a single person, $15.00 , is a lot of delivered food.

The hotel was clean,nice, and beds very comfortable. Shuttle service very fast. Would recommend it anyone I know. I really appreciated the breakfast to go since we had to leave the hotel by 6:00am.

Room was above average. Front desk service varied depending on who was on duty. Shuttle service was very good and is the main draw for this property. We would return on our next trip to Florida.

very comfortable great guests beds will make you over sleep so comfortable. I called to find brand and purchased for own home.

You know your in trouble when you exit the highway and a block from the hotel there are big consturction signs warning of locking your cars and not to leave valuables in them. the shopping center across the street has homless sitting on the curb. checked in room was nice and clean no problems. I left and cam back about an hou later and could not get in my room went to the front desk and they said I was not in that room and all my items were sitting on the counter on the front desk. They put me in another room and the stay was fine. Why would hotel staff be going into a room to check it out at 11:00 at night? Seems kind of strange.

If you're looking for a long weekend retreat this hotel is the place! It exceeded our expectations! It was convenient (close to the airport and only a 10 minute drive to the Ft Lauderdale Beach), priced right, and immaculately clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to and from the airport was well run. I would call this place a GREAT value!

We returned from our cruise and decided to stay an additional day to relax...we could not have picked a better place to stay. If we ever go back to the area, we will definitely stay at this hotel again...The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable...The hot breakfast in the morning was a plus also

I spend the night here after my cruise and had an early flight out the next monring. Everything about his hotel was great! The shuttle picked me up right away at the airport. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The shuttle took us to a local resteraunt for dinner. The room was clean and really big. I needed the shuttle at 5:30 a.m. for an early flight and it was right on time waiting. I would definately stay here again.

Everything was great. We had a 4 AM shuttle and they had breakfast for us before we boarded the shuttle. Nice rooms and amenities

Just wanted to lock ourselves away for a few days. Staff were polite and courteous. The "Do not disturb" sign was well observed. The rooms were comfy and clean.

While it would have been nice to know beforehand that one must actually call to request a shuttle (I waited outside the airport for about 15 minutes while other hotels sent their shuttles at 5-minute intervals, then called the hotel and asked for a shuttle), the shuttle service was good. The driver was friendly and even helped to recommend a place to eat that was still open (my flight got in late at night) and only a mile down the street, so the courtesy shuttle could take us there as well. When we arrived at the hotel, the desk attendant was extremely courteous and was happy to help when my room door would not open with my key. He helped me to arrange an early shuttle back to the airport for the next morning. I was at this hotel for only 7 hours but the staff made such a good impression that I will definitely choose this hotel if I am in the area again, and I absolutely recommend it to others.

I chose this hotel because of the free 24 hour shuttle service, as our flight was landing around 1AM and the shuttle came and got us right away. When I got to our hotel, our non-smoking room smelled of smoke and we didn't like that it was on the first floor. The receptionist was very helpful and moved us to a new room on the fourth floor. We went to sleep right away and the beds were comfortable. We woke up in time to get the complimentary breakfast which was better than what we had anticipated. Overall, I think this hotel is great for one night's stay and cheap for an airport hotel. They even have a pool if you want to go swimming!

The lady taking care of the breakfast buffet on June 29 was one of the hardest working, most polite, friendly service industry employees I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. The desk staff were equally outstanding. The hotel was clean, rooms spacious with large TV's, and all well maintained. Definitely a GREAT stay.

Our family spent the night at this hotel before we went on our cruise. The hotel's shuttle picked us up promptly. The driver was friendly and courteous. Not only does the hotel drive you to and from the airport, but they'll also drive you to local restaurants within a 5 mile radius. In addition to the excellent shuttle service, the staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and the pool was clean and relaxing.

Clean, cozy, comfy.

We booked this room on the way back from Bahamas, got in late, their shuttle driver helped us find a very late dinner! Rooms were great, staff was wonderful!! Plan on going back.

The hotel offered a free shuttle to local restraunts. The room was spacious with internet service and a very comfortable bed with very nice bedding. I look forward to staying here in the future.

I was very satisfied with the location and the cleaniness of the Hotel. I wish there could be more ice machines....because I am diabetic and need to keep my insulin on ice. Other than that all went well. Thanks

Everything about this hotel was impressive. Even good breakfast at 6AM, but wake up call never came trough, almost missed my plane. Other than that was excellent!)

This was a very good hotel. Just what one hopes a hotel room will be like. Coffee in lobby 24 hours a day. The location was not the best but if your purpose in staying at the hotel is the airport or cruise an excellent choice.

When we arrived at the airport we called for the shuttle. We were given specific instructions as to where the shuttle would pick us up and how long it would take. The shuttle driver made recommendations as to local attractions and dining. The shuttle service will take you within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. The only complaints I had were that we requested a smoking room and got non. When I inquired at the front desk they said it was the way hotels.com booked the reservation. Also we were to have a king size bed and only had a queen.

free shuttle service 24 hours to the airport and port everglades. everyone was extremely nice, we had to check out prior to breakfast so the registration clerk packed each of us a breakfast bag to take with us. They went above and beyond. The beds were heavenly too! Only slept there a few hours so don't know about the amenities but my teenagers took advantage of the free computers with internet in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport. The desk staff was great. Room was very comfortable and clean. Checkout was a breeze! Would recommend it and would stay there again.
