We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a week and were glad to find a hotel right in the heart of Times Square. The service was definitely top notch! The front desk was courteous and the concierge was very helpful, recommending great shows and restaurants. Our room was nice. It could've been a little larger. But the bathroom was a good size and the size of the TV's and the fact that they played HD was a bonus. Also, the bed was quite comfortable. The cleaning staff did a fine job of keeping up the room. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Finding a "GOOD THING" these days can get harder and harder. For this reason when you come across a 'good thing" it is priceless. One of the most recent "good things " that I have come across is the PARAMOUNT hotel in Times Square. The first thing that I leave the hotel impressed by is the professionalism and commitment that is demonstrated by the staff. Starting with the front desk where I was checked in by Catherine and continuing until the driver which I received at the hotel hands me my luggage at the airport. Catherine followed the details of my visit until the moment I checked out. The only dislike that I had which eventually i got over was the view of the alley where the boiler or some loud machine was placed. I know that from now on I will request a room that faces anywhere but there. If you are going to New York and plan on taking in Broadway there could not be a more perfect location. I love this hotel so much I find myself wanting to travel to NYC more. I cannot wait until my next visit to the PARAMOUNT which I hope will be in the next few weeks.

My wife and I have stayed at the Courtyard in Mahwah three of the last four years to attend the NEAF astronomy show at the Rockland Community College in Suffern, just a few minutes away. We've always had good a experience and this stay was no different. The recent renovations definitely spruced the hotel up. The pool and spa area was nice, although the acoustics in the room left my ears ringing after a group of children in the pool were not using their "indoor voices." Our room was very clean, everything worked well, including the internet connection (which is a wired connection) and having a Dunkin Donuts right next door makes a stay here worthwhile in my humble opinion! Just grab a coffee and a bagel sandwich and go. The rates are competitive with other hotels in the area. If someone on here rates the hotel low, they must be comparing it to a five-star city hotel or maybe a destination resort. It's not that, but it is a clean and decent place to stay while traveling for business or short-term pleasure. I believe we will stay there again next year.

We had a very good time and the hotel was close to work.
Location.
Situated in Fairfield, Comfort Inn Fairfield is close to Willowbrook Mall. Additional area attractions include Presby Memorial Iris Gardens.
Hotel Features.
This Fairfield hotel offers a restaurant and a coffee shop/café. Guests are served a complimentary breakfast each morning. Wireless Internet access is complimentary in public areas. Great deal for a great price!! Breakfast (make ur-own waffles, boiled & fried eggs, sausage, yogurt, breads, bagels, donuts, cereal) and a clean room to boot!! Great location near nice restaurants and a mall and a minimal drive to New York City. Or Hoboken, where there are a number of fantastic restaurants and a beautiful view of NYC. Clean. Big flat screen tvs. Comfy bed. We just stayed here one might going into NYC. A little far from the Journal Square Path station but I don't think I'd wanna stay in that neighborhood anyway.

"Cheap"
On my first stay I was told for two days the cable issue that I was experiencing was through the outside cable service. The night of my second day I discovered everyone else had cable; I was then told to fix it myself. The channels that are listed as being available online are not. Staff are rude and uninformed even of the area.

The room I was assigned had a TV that didn't work. The next morning they moved me to another room. When I returned that evening there was no heating in the room and it was COLD. They offered me another room. It was the room where the TV didn't work. They said it was the only room available. The only good thing was they did manage to get the TV working. […] What really annoyed me was that no one seemed to care that I had been very inconvenienced. I have stayed in this hotel earlier and had no problem so I would probably go back again. "BEST COMFORT INN EVER"
I STAYED HERE FOR ONE NIGHT GOT A NICE ROOM WITH EVERYTHING NEEDED. REAL COMFORT WAS THE BED,SHOWER AND BREAKFAST. BEST PICK IN THE AREA.
"New Jersey Hotel"
I asked for a smoking room, and the room was very musty, smokey smelling. The staff is great, but the room was not what i expected, older comforter. I would stay again, but would choose none smoking room, unless they use room deodorizer in smoking rooms.

If you need just a cheap place to sleep than this will do...and that is about it. The walls are paper thin and we heard plumbing noises all night . However, as I mentioned for the price it was sufficient at best.

We stayed there for 4 nights and found it really nice. The locations is good...its quite but at the same time everything is easily accessible...be it some fine restaurants...JC penny Target Pizza hut etc....The room was clean n comfortable...I will highly recommend it.

We stayed for 3 nights for a family event over a holiday weekend. Service from the front desk and other staff was courteous and quick. The hotel's wireless was reliable and fast. I had zero problems. Window curtains worked as they should. Staff was friendly and courteous. Nice restaurant on premises. Only compliant was the free breakfast started at 6:30am I had to leave at 5:30 (for my meeting). But overall good value and will be back again

No pool, that was dissappointing. Especially since there is a picture of a pool on the website. The paint was pieling in the bathroom. The curtains were nailed open. How would YOU sleep in the morning if you could not close the outer curtains?

After you figure in the taxes and "service" fees it works out to be the same as booking something directly online. The only difference is that I would have been able to cancel my reservation once I saw it was located in a strange remote industrial area.

"Good for the price"
I found this hotel at a short notice the hotel i was suppose to stay at messed up my rooms and started to charge me extra at the last minute. But this hotel was nice it was comfortable not that clean but for the price it was what i payed for, the front desk was very nice but the lady in the breakfast area was pretty rude my friends key wouldn't work […] and she had to replace it like 4 times over a 3 day period. There were no swimming pool and breakfast was not so great you have to make you and cook your own waffle and that is it. and A/C smells in the room need to maintain the equipment. overall it is not so bad for the price like they said you get what you paid for......

"Would stay here again"
Great location, easy access to major highways. Room was clean, bed comfortable, and free internet and breakfast a plus. Coffee available all day and they even bake fresh cookies in the early evening. Staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

"Weekend Stay"
Stayed here for the weekend and it was comfortable and also affordable. The staff is really friendly and it is close to just about anything you may need; driving of course. Would stay here again on a next visit.
