"awesome place to stay for business or pleasure"
Great hotel !! Very convenient, I rented a car for the convention , it was about a mile from strip, very nice layout, awesome pool and hot tub, would definitely go back and recommend !! Even had shuttles and limos !!

"Large apartment in excellent condition"
By reading the reviews, I was not sure what to expect. The property is off the strip, but has a shuttle service with the strip. Better to have a car. I was assigned a very nice room with a fireplace, full kitchen, living room, dining room. The bedroom was large with a jacuzzi inside. My room was just perfect and clean. The grounds of the property were well maintained and it was just pleasant. This place is ideal if you have a car and you want to be in a quiet place with teh capacity to reach the strip quickly.

"Enjoy Vegas without the Vegas'y part of Vegas!"
I stayed on the 'strip' for several nights which was nice because of the proximity. Then I moved to the Westgate Flamingo Bay resort. It was 1/5th the price but about 10x nicer! Fireplace, Jacuzzi Tub, kitchen, etc. Fantastic suite! I'll stay there forever more. They bussed us to the strip (about a 10 minute drive) every day and back. Staff was super friendly. Excellent stay

"Extended stay for convention"
Good location to go to convention center, take Sahara and avoid the traffic. Resort condition is OK. Service is efficient. Kitchen with washer and dryer is good for extended stay, very convenient.

"Slow expensive internet"
Ok, hotel for business (actually a time-share). However, very annoyed because of their internet policy. They charge for internet and it is very slow. I felt like I was back in the 90's or something. Electricity, cable TV, and Internet are utilities at a hotel, not a privileged that must be paid for.

"Nice grounds/Terrible Service"
Great Grounds the people at the front desk not helpful. Concierge service was terrible. Why have a shuttle service if you can't ever use it. Tried to get ride to airport haha. Ninety percent of people flying out fly out in the morning but shuttle doesn't start until 10 am. Your description says they have a business center but I have never stayex at a hotel that charges 5 dollars to use it. The cost of the hotel is worth it for the grounds in the summer time I would think. The staff are not easily helpful. The concierge really doesn't understand what a concierge is supposed to do. Never again!!!

The pictures on expedia are misleading. This is an old apartment complex bought over by a resort company. The rooms are not as big and the location of the bathrooms are a big joke. I feel sorry for the staff trying to deal with angry customers.

The customer service was rude and I booked through Expedia and it said I had a 99 deposit but when I got there they said I didn't so I ended up paying more for my room and I asked the staff about it wasn't a big deal to them there response was a lot of people been saying the same thing....my response is Well you need to fix that problem then that's misleading to visitors and false advertisement.

"fair price for what you get."
Service was friendly, hotel condition is older. Room overall was nice but dated. A good cleaning and regrouting of the tile work would make it feel fresher and cleaner. They have newer updated rooms for timeshare owners. Other hotel quest were crazy noisy and since they are quad condos, management does not notice. We did a timeshare presentation, in hindsight it was a waste of valuable time in vegas. The resort is fairly close to the strip and felt secure and private...except for the party next store.

"just so so"
Could only say ok to stay here, not like most of reviews has so many high rate. Actually this price could have a lot of choice in Vegas. Room clean is not very perfect, when u stay in ground floor u could hear noise when some one walking on top of u, hard to go to sleep.

The place seemed like a small apartment. It was clean and quiet. Very nice the pool and hottub was open late and open early. The coffee in the room was bad, and not restocked after the first day.

"Home away from home"
Stayed for one week and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my stay. Go quite often to Vegas and am so done staying at pricey hotels on the strip! Don't know why I do, they are soooo crowded, noisy, and full of drunken and rowdy people who are loud all night! Here, I enjoyed cooking breakfast and relaxing in the jacuzzi bathtub in the bedroom. So quiet and even had family members come over to enjoy a cooked meal and relax. Was just like being at home!!

This hotel was a great deal and we were pleased with our stay. Although, it could use some upgrading. For example, the tvs in the bedrooms did not work, the stereo was broken, and a few appliance were broken also. Despite that we would stay again.

"Great amenities off the strip."
If you don't want to stay on the strip, look into this location. Not really a hotel, the property is all condos, so you get a bedroom, a living room and a full kitchen, as well as a hot tub and washer/dryer. Free shuttle to the strip that runs most of the day and another free shuttle a couple times a night to freemont street really help in making a decision to stay at a location off the strip. My only reasons for giving a 4/5 is there were a couple times in the hotel lobby when numerous employees were interacting with one individual while I stood around for a while, and my other reason being is that I was asked to attend a "free breakfast" to commemorate Westgate opening up a new property, which ended up being a time share presentation where someone continually tried to push me to purchase a property with the company. There are also certain other areas on the grounds where you will see "for owners only" which kind of leaves you with a bad feeling as a guest that isn't an owner with them. A little work on treating non owners a little better and being upfront about the time share presentations would making this a 5/5 location for me.

"Pretty nice room for the price"
The room was pretty nice for the price however they charged me extra upon arrival, or at least ore than expedia told me it would be. Also the floors had chunks of mud on them, the mattress was wayyyyy out dated and not comforatble and their kitchen was not stocked with good pots and pans. the wifi wouldn't stay connected and the air conditioning was off when i arrived so it was about 85 degrees in there...yuck!!

"Very nice resort property close to Strip"
Visited Westgate Flamingo Bay for family wedding weekend. The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly. Although we had a car, there was a shuttle bus that ran to the strip every hour.

This place is a hidden gem in the Las Vegas community. Not far off the strip and incredibly beautiful grounds. We loved it here. We went with a large group of people and all the rooms were amazing. "Horrible"
I was very disappointed. I booked off of hotels.com and the pictures are very misleading. The staff is rude, the gate to our villa was broken, my room had bags of trash in front of it, our keys would not work and when I asked to be let into my room I was given attitude by the guy on the phone and by the guy who opened the door. The room was very cramped and the fixtures were falling apart/tile broken in bathroom. I would not recommend anyone to stay here if you want good customer service.

"A hidden gem"
The hotel is tucked away off Flamingo, close to the strip, but far enough away. It's quiet, peaceful and offers a nice place to relax and just unwind. They always take good care of me here. I stay at this property often when I'm in town.

"Very relaxing place yet close enough to the strip"
We had a wonderful 4 days here. The staff was kind and helpful, the atmosphere was wonderful and laid back. Family oriented but great for singles too. We enjoyed the strip til the early hours of the morning and relaxed in the early afternoon by the sparkiling pool. The Kitchen was a nice touch so that we could relax and enjoy our time there without the pressure of having to go get food all the time. The strip was just a few minutes down the road and when we didnt drive there was either a shuttle or a city bus running at all hours of the night. I will DEFINATELY stay here again when we come to Las Vegas.

"Nice hotel to spend some time in Las Vegas"
Overall we were very happy with the location. It did meed basically all our expectation. The only "negative" Point was that there was a miscommunication regarding the last shuttle Service back to the Hotel (minor Point). Overall I do recommend this hotel especially when travelling with children.

"Not what we thought it would be."
The rooms are small and a little dated and the bathroom had hair in the tub ,and the pull out sofa was worn out. there was also a lot of noise from other rooms and check out time by 10am is too early.

"Decent afterwards"
Service: Service horrible, there is a man who sat in lobby the whole time who works there that was most helpful, the front desk girls had a lot of attitude and pretty sure didn't get one smile thought transaction, even with line out door only one lady checking in people. Hotel: rooms are big spacious and comfortable, no complaints about room, gym is probably one of the better hotel gyms I've visited. Pool is nice but no where as comfortable as the pictures look and definitely is NOT a Vegas pool. Location: not the best location but they have a gate around whole hotel, and a shuttle that takes you to treasure island ONLY don't try to go elsewhere on TI! And goes every hour 3-10 be preparedness for $20 can ride home. Is resort fee (common for Vegas no big deal) check in is 4pm, don't go earlier unless you pay for early check in. Overall will not stay again, way too much luxury in Vegas to waste money being treated as we were by staff.

"Everything from home"
We had a great stay and a wonderful rest a Westgate Flamingo Bay Resort. Very helpful staff. The free shuttle to the strip was easy to do and the drivers funny and great. even the replacement coffee pot came quickly after a call to report it did not work. the only annoying thing was the locking gates just before the suite door. keep the door card ready.

"Great accommodations for a Vegas visit!"
Quite, clean, comfortable and peaceful. The grounds invite you to explore, even though they are no conservatory. I felt immediately at home and could rest after all the people and traffic on the strip. I was not prepared for the tranquility. I will be back.

"Great Experience"
Very nice accommodation, good quality, great amenities. Rooms re bright and clean, kitchen is well equipped. Great service. Reasonably good location. Excellent for families or larger groups.
