when we walked in it was great. you could live here. it looked like it may have been an condominium at one time. We like'd that we could save money by buying our own food and cooking a B.B.Q. right here with the food we brought out with us. Great place to stay if you don't care for casinos and cigarette smoke, We've never been there for more than a weekend, so we don't know what housekeeping is like. We like having the full kitchen and living room. A good value.

We loved it very comfortable for a family of 4 even 6. Our kids felt right at home with the small kitchen, they were able to have their favorite snacks at any time. Great customer service by all of their employees. We would for sure stay there again. I only wish they had extra curtains for those of us that need some extra sleep during vacations.

This is a hidding gem!!! Far enough from the madness of the strip. But yet still close enough to be in the mix. Almost like being at home with the full kitchen. And I LOVE the gated entry and 24 hour security........

Convienient location & ample room in the unit for 6 people. Quiet property Kitchen amenities were sparce - No serving utensils, bowls or baking dishes. Salt & pepper would have been nice.

with the exception of not being allowed to use a bell cart, especially when I saw 2 seperate guests using them, really upset me off. Other than that "this place was the absolute best". Everything I expected & then some. Thanks guys!!!!!!!

This resorts is kept very clean. nice and quiet. The only thing was i like a soft bed and i found it hard to sleep. The mattress was really hard. If you like firm beds this is they place as for everything else it was great.

Hotel is located just outside the strip in a gated area. It was very clean, staff very helpful. They had a shuttle to the strip. I would stay here again as I felt very safe (traveling alone).

This is an apartment style resort. The rooms has a lot of floor space. We got the two room villa which was perfect for the 6 adults we were traveling with. Not to far down the road is the Palms and the Rio casinos. You get a place setting for 4 but that just suited us just fine. You get one free coffee packet and if you want more it's a dollar a packet. […] I found this convenient for us since we weren't in the room most of the day and didn't want to buy a can of coffee and filters. Just down the road is a large food store if you wanted to cook your meals (but since we were in Vegas, that didn't happen with us - we ate out a lot). Close to the strip without the hassles of the strip. The shuttle service was confenient and reliable. The two bedroom suite was perfect for six people. Pool and exercise room are small.

What a wonderful option for a family experience in Las Vegas. You have the luxury of a resort with a fully stocked kitchen, jacuzzi bath right in the the bedroom, Full dinning room, Queen pullout sofa, and a pool that your don't have to pay to use. Now that's a bonus for Vegas' standards. The adults were able to hang-out on the stripe and enjoy the […] night life. The family was also able to experience Vegas during the day with its many family friendly options (i.e., dinning, shopping, and live/free shows). I particularly enjoyed the option of "doing The Strip", then returning to a resort style environment away from the "HUSTLE". The outlet off Interstate 15 south is a nice option as well. Be sure to eat at the Japanese buffet near the Adidas store. The food is delicious and affordable. It was recommended by a world traveler that lives in Japan, and suggest that the food is one of the better he's had. He was right! Fantastically large sushi + options including American fares and desert all reasonably priced. The family took a day trip to Hover Dam, then the Grand Canyon (West Rim). What an experience! From the strip, the journey is a mere 1 1/2 hour to the local route to the canyons. There's a wonderful trading posts with traditional Indian relics that is so wonderfully nostalgic. What a treat! However, the local drive from the main highway to the canyons can be a little challenging because of the 15, 25, 15, speed limit that makes a possible 37 mile journey about an additional 1 1/2 hour long. Watch out for that lone officer that warns you of the speed limit because so many animals crossing the roads have been killed. Moving at 45 miles per hour, we didn't realize that the limit had changed to 15mph by the little signage obscurely positioned by the side of the road. Bad- Only one thing. They have a 10am check out time. Granted the space is huge and with kitchens and Jacuzzis it probably takes a while to get them cleaned up. But being Las Vegas, if you party 10am comes up fast. Which still isn't the end of the world, but the clean up staff was rude and pushy about getting out NOW! Office staff was accommodating […] and apologetic however and gave me the extra 10 minutes that the cleanup staff wouldn't :-P Good- All good otherwise. This is my new Las Vegas place to stay. It is basically a time share location that also gets rented nightly. It is perfect for a long stay. Lots of room everywhere. I had a 2 bedroom suite with a sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom has an in room Jacuzzi. There was a second bathroom and shower for the rest of the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensiles, pots and pans, a blender, toaster was a nice surprise. Safe parking, safe clean surrounding neighborhood. Friendly gate staff. A 5-10 minute drive across the 15 to the strip. The more I stay at places like this, the less patience I have for Casino hotels. Excellent for a 3+ day stay. Read more

The condo was awesome. Beautifully furnished and totally equiped. Very comfy and made me feel at home. On thing to watch out: when check in they will try to allure you with "free" gifts for timeshare sales presentation. Just ask for your keys and leave if you don't want to waste ur time with it.

Had a wonderful stay at this resort/hotel. Awesome customer service, clean, nice, room, nice full kitchen, jacuzzi tub in room was nice. Only issues were: very early checkout at 10a.m! Could not sleep in...Also walls are pretty thin, had a rowdy bunch next door and friday night and could not sleep till they went out for the night.

We rented a car for our trips away from the strip but when we wanted to go to the strip we used the shuttle to avoid driving in the heavy traffic on the strip. The shuttle was very convenient. It drops off at the Planet Hollywood Towers which puts you in the middle of the strip. […] The condo was very clean and had all the basic amenities you could need, even in the kitchen. I have stayed at the Westgate Flamingo Bay on at least 3 occasion, beginning in NOV 2010. The rooms and grounds are always clean and well-maintained. The staff is very courteous and pleasant. It's great having a full kitchen to cut costs while visiting Vegas, as I did last week, while attending a conference. There is also on-site security and the facility […] is gated, preventing any riff-raff from wandering onto the grounds. I did have occasion to contact security due to some late night revelry going on outside my villa, which was addressed quicky and professionally. Additionally, there is the convenience of supermarkets, restaurants and gas stations, nearby. The Westgate is also closeby (about 3 miles) from the strip. Read more

When i first checked, I was given the wrong kind of room and had to call expedia for them to correct it. The staff was verry helpful.If you plan on getting in the jacuzzi tub, be prepared to wait an hour for it to fill up. I cant wait to go back.
