I constantly return to visit the Legacy because they are value added and make your stay so comfortable you feel at home...while you are away from home. The rooms are spacious, clean and have all the necessities of home. The grounds are well kept and the facility is well equipped for many family and individual activities. The location is centered near downtown and accessible to freeways, but it has a reserved location that is all private.

The hotel is a bit off the beaten path. You need a car to get around. The room was large and clean. The kitchen included a washer and dryer. The walls were a bit thin as I could hear the TV next door and could almost make out the words. The staff was very friendly. The exercise room and pool were very nice. The wired only internet worked well. No extra charges or suprises.

Reserved and paid for room online. Checked in at midnight. I put "See ID" on the back of all my credit cards. They refused to take a credit card if I didn't sign the back of it. I offered to sign any paper to compare signatures. Not acceptable. Just purchased new vehicle, didn't know license plate. Told go out and get it. No parking available within 40 cars single file due to "friends of guests". Yet we were required to have a sticker in the car for parking. They offered to get security but would take time. We left at 4:15 to get to the airport. They wanted us to pay again as their computer had no record yet of it being paid online. They said payment was on a different system and they couldn't access until in the morning. We refused to pay again. They said they would pull records in the morning, if not there would charge card. We have yet to see if we have been double billed.

This resort was wonderful. The staff all were very helpful and extremely nice. I had a flat and the staff rushed to my rescue. I did not eat at the resturant and it was raining so I did not use the pool. But, every single thing was wonderful and I need to go back. Only bad thing, I saw a little water bug because it rained the nights we were there. Nothing a shoe could not handle. :-)

The resort is very much geared toward families and their activities. The golf course was very nice and the staff was very accomadating. It tends to be a bit noisy when at full capacity. The music at the pool and golf course was nice but a touch loud. The live music on July 4th was very nice. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to other families. It isn't a good place for couples in the summer time as it is very busy with kids.

When we arrived the hotel staff was great, after that we never saw that staff again at the front desk and the ones we did encounter were rude and one was the supervisor. The cleaning crew were very nice friendly and did a wonderful job. Totally met expectations. DO NOT GO TO THE POOL THERE. I went there for only 1 hour and my vision was blurred for over 24 hours. I had 20/20 vision and will be going to the eye doctor to just make sure that I still have 20/20. I have never had that problem at any hotel public pool. What a huge disappointment. Our waitress at supper that night told us that she had a few hotel guests say the same thing and offered us visine more than anything the hotel front desk offered when we checked out the next morning. Just oh we will have it checked out. Not really highly recommended. It had really great qualities and really bad qualities.

I stayed at the Legacy for a weekend getaway after a business trip. No major complaints but these. The buildings are clusters of 6 units and not very well insulated for sound. The decoration and size of the suite is very nice and the bed was well appointed for zzz's The food and service at the one on site restaurant were just ok. Stay away from the microwaved nachos. There are not many close dining options. For lunch and breakfast "The Farm" it is walking distance to "The Farm" which was a nice experience. The pool is nice and the workout facilities are ok. (outdated equipment) The golf course is the main attraction and is truly awesome.

These condo-type units all have a deck and lounge chairs so it was nice to sit out on the deck and enjoy a cup of coffee. Very quiet, comfortable, spacious and clean. It took me about 10 minutes from the airport, easy to find and the Arizona Mills Mall was about 2 miles from there, which was very convenient. Would recommend it highly.

It began upon my arrival at the hotel. I had a staff member almost hit me with a golf cart and yell at me to get out of their way. Then at check in, I was hounded by a sales rep to buy a time share, during the entire time I attempted to check in this woman kept interrupting and inquiring why I wouldn't be interested. When I got in my room, there was blood on the sheets, I complained to the front desk, and it took them forever to have housekeeping get there. Then the gal nastily said something to me in spanish when she left. Not one time did housekeeping clean our room, and we ran into them only one time. I did however get contacted repeatidly by the timeshare staff, several times a day asking me to join their timeshare, and even had one to come by and talk about it. Over all it made for an unplesant stay. Although I will say the one plus was the large tub. Very nice to soak in for hours.

1)we found a cracker on our bed which the front desk could not explain 2) housekeeping never cleaned our room, made our beds or gave us fresh towels until our last night 3) for the size of the hotel, the swimming pool was quite small & there was tape around the ladders which looked like someone had pulled the ladders out of the concrete - not very safe! 4) we had lunch at the hotel restaurant on Father's Day & had to ask no less than 7 times for someone to please wait on us. They were not even that busy! 5) we were talked into attending the sales seminar on their vacation time share program & were promised that it would last no more than 1.5 hours; after almost 2.5 hours, they were irritated because we wouldn't make a decision in 5 minutes on whether we wanted to invest thousands of dollars into their program; when we exited, it was out a door by nasty trash cans & at the bottom of the stairs, we had to walk through the nasty cigarette smoke where the salesmen were standing. This was not very professional especially on Father's Day! 6) for a resort hotel, we were extremely disappointed.
