Stayed two nights in two rooms, the first room was by the front and the mercury lights that highlighted the flags were very bright and the shutters did not work well to dim the room. The bed was against an outside wall with five heat pumps attached to the wall, a chorus of heat pumps on and off. We stayed in a one bedroom Villa with our one year old son. It was great have all that space. It felt like a home not a hotel. The only thing I would say is that they need to have Free Wi-fi and update the old tube TV to flat screens.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, very nice to have the living room/kitchen combo to relax in and were able to enjoy breakfast and late night snacks either in suite or on the outdoor patio. Loved the privacy and windows of the upstairs end unit. With two large bathrooms, even the bedroom areas did not get cluttered wit all of our stuff.

We really enjoyed staying here and loved the 2 bedroom unit. We were in the Mesa area for a while and having a whole extra room and bathroom for the kids was great! The place was huge. And a full kitchen saved us lots of money. The kids loved the pool, tetherball, playground and shuffle board. Tons to do on a pretty small property. Our dryer and ice […] maker didn't work and I didn't notice until the last night but when I called the staff was very attentive and thanked me for letting them know so they could get it fixed right away. The rooms have been updated but the quality of work isn't the best - but it in no way took away from the value and our experience at this hotel. The facility is quite nice with a view of the golf club. However, our gum-chewing check-in clerk needs a lesson in hospitality. While registering us, he answered a call from a fellow employee, asking about payroll, and we waited for our room key to be given to us while he complained about his supervisor and pay. Out of the three hotels we recently stayed in on our trip to the southwest, this was the best! The rooms were clean, comfortable and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. There are plenty of activities to do whether you have children or not. I will definately stay there again when in Mesa, AZ.

Overall the stay here was a pleasant stay. There was some confusion upon arrival about my reservation. I am happy to say I had my confirmation printed and in hand to prove that I had booked and paid for a 1 bedroom with a kitchen as they were going to put me in a studio. Disappointed that of a 5 day stay - The staff missed making up our room twice! We removed the Do Not Disturb sign between 9:30-10:00 both days. When we complained to front desk (when we returned at 10 PM) - The explanation was "The cleaning staff leaves at noon. We're not a hotel - we're a time share." Not a deal breaker - but a surprise.

I needed a hotel on short notice in the Mesa area. Due to spring training there was not much left. The description said a single suite which sounded fine. When I got in the room it was indeed a suite but with two small single beds. I'm 6'3 so it wasn't exactly a good fit. The pictures of this hotel online look beautiful, however when we checked in we found a large number of rooms including the one of which we were placed in overlook a very busy 4 lane road, not the golf course area. The rooms with the nice views are reserved for time share guests, not anyone booking through expedia. The road noise is extremely loud in […] the rooms making sleep difficult. We were looking for a room with a jetted tub which is listed at this hotel, however the controls for the tub were all broken off making the jets not functional. After seeing the poor quality of the room we immediatly asked at the front desk to cancel the 2nd night of our 2 night reservation ,our request was refused and the staff did nothing to try and remedy the situation. The bed linens were a very poor quality including very lumpy pillows.We travel extensivly and this resort is the worst we have stayed in for many years.
