The property is not updated in ages. It was not clean and looking very old, dull and rustic looking property. The entire property is good and spacious but not maintained well. Expedia website mentioned that they had complimentary shuttle service to universal studios and Disney world, but it was only limited service for first 14 members only. They were […] not running shuttle service through out the day. Expedia website also mentioned that Disney world was only 8 miles away from this property but it was around 13-14 miles away. The name of the property has "resort" in it, but it is no where compared to a resort. I don't think it was worth our money. Read more

Being their was like being on my own apt. with more room. Everything I needed was in it. If I had to live in Kissimmee for a few months this is the place I would want to live in. Having a full kitchen was the plus.

pHaving a family of six, we didn't pack a lot of clothes for a week's stay due to knowing there would be washer/dryer for us to use. The first night there, we noticed that the dryer was not getting hot. Called the front desk and maintenance man stopped by. He said the element was out and would get it the next morning. Therefore, we laid our clothes […] out in the living room area to air dry. Tried doing the clothes the next day after we thought it was fixed. We ended up taking the clothes to the on-site facility where only 2 out of the 4 dryers worked. Our dryer never did get fixed and we ended up air drying our clothes 2 out of the 3 times we did our laundry. The on-site facility was just as slow and frustrating as air drying. Next problem was our refrigerator. It leaked water onto our food before we discovered the problem. We ended up putting glasses in our refrigerator to catch the water. Also, good thing we did not have real little kids because when I opened the dish washer the first time the tub tipped out. It was not screwed into the cabinet. Two people had to load the dishwasher...one to hold the tub from tipping forward and then one to actually load. The whole appliance thing is very outdated because we even had problems with our stove. Great, quite place within 15 minutes of most all of the major attractions! Needs a little work in some areas of the facility, and some updating. Overall, great family villa in clean rooms, with friendly staff and beautiful wildlife around.

The only negative is the room service. I opted for room service when I booked the hotel as I was travelling with little kids. But the cleanliness is not that good as I expected and I had to ask the hotel front desk to have it cleaned.

Really easy to get there, if you used 192. The Villas are nices, both of my rooms are big and really clean. The staff and services are really good. The kitchen have everythng that you need, if you are planing to cook. If not go into 192 and get food in any Restaurant, everything is between 5 and 10 minutes. We've stayed a few times and found that the shabbier furnishings are being replaced, bit by bit. Desk staff seems motivated to help guests with room or key issues. A very comfortable place for a stay where you can do your wash and return home with clean clothes and also cook what you care to, or not.

The villas need major updating including the out dated furniture. They need housekeepers who are really going to clean. I had a two bdr villa and each bed we found hair, a needle, and a plastic ring. Once they update the rooms and furniture you will feel more comfortable.

My husband and I travel four times a year. This would be our third time staying there and we were very disappointed. We were moved twice,due to the room wasn't up to our standards which wasn't much. Working Blinds for privacy,working draws for your clothing, and of course a proper working stove for cooking in every now and then. Finally when we do […] settle in,we were so busy make sure the other things were working properly we missed out on looking at the refrigerator which froze everything in it, and the washer dryer combo did not work properly, had to hang up the clothes to try inside. Unfortunately we noticed a couple of days later, there is a laundry facility near the office. We were offered to attend a seminar for interested future members. We agreed to attend, but the seminar was cancelled and the ball was dropped as far as rescheduling us for another day. So they returned our refundable $20.00. We would stay again, we will just remind them of our last experience or just be a lil more picky for a much more pleasant time. They are renovating so I am sure the appearance would be even lovelier than they already are. I recommend this location they do have a beautiful exterior set up. Peacocks everywhere!!! Read more

The Resort was nice. Drive carefully when pulling in because peacocks are roaming the grounds. The customer service was good. the shuttler guy as the best one , the other staff was ok, i do recommend, but beware of your room, the refrigerator, the trash under the sink and the oven doesn't work properly, i found a cockroach in the shower! They will try to wall to you a time share program...that sucks!!! every thing else was very good, breakfast was awesome!

Units are much in need of maintenance attention. Our's was very dirty and run down. It took two phone calls to get a coffeemaker which should have been included. One spoon had very sharp edge. Linens were stained. Pretty grounds on eastern end of main highway.

Very nice resort. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. Perfect for just the two of us. The only negative thing is after you check in you are hit with the time share talk. poor management, Horrible service and dirty.appliances did not work includding frig and washer/dryer. They rent you apt without checking that all is good. I requested to be moved to another room. Bad additude by front desk employee.
