Booked last minute and saved almost 100$ The reception desk was very helpful, and security is on post, guarding the hotel round clock. The room was very clean and well furnished, however the cabinetry was a little run down. I'd definitely come back again at the price I paid. Parking is cheap.

For $185 for 2 nights, why complain!! I arrived super early because of an early flight. Instead of the hotel have me wait until the official check-in time 4:00pm. They accommodated me by having a room available sooner. The overall service was great and staff was super friendly. I was not pleased with the little bugs crawling around the baseboards and […] night stands but NOT in the bed. I have to admit my suitcase stayed on the big table and never on anything else. I was never in my room except to shower and to sleep, if that. I am not a big eater but the complementary breakfast was decent. The majority of my stay, 2 nights, I was on the boardwalk eating or on the beach. laying out or sleeping. The location was perfect and if you have a chance to visit the restaurant called sushi- Thai. We booked two rooms. When we got there they did not have those rooms avail so they put 9 people in their penthouse which is next door. When you get off the elevator you are hit with a strong smell of cigarettes and cat URINE! How do I know it is cat urine, the box of cat litter that was left by the garbage can right next to the elevator. We had to lug […] our luggage up a series of stairs right off the elevator, through the long smelly hallway and down another set of stairs to the penthouse. The penthouse also had NO airconditioning the whole time. The penthouse had 3 bedrooms. As there were 9 of us we needed to use the pull out couches which were not made. When we called over for 2 sets of sheets for the pull out coaches and extra towel they dropped off one set of sheets and just left it for us to make one bed. When I called over to get the 2nd set of sheets and towels they told me to go to the 6th floor to find housekeeping and get them myself. When I did, I was told that the woman who takes care of the penthouse left an hour ago and I have to go to the next hotel building to get them. SERIOUSLY!!!! If I paid for two rooms why am I running around trying to get sheets so that I can make the beds myself. No manager to be found the entire stay. It was the worst stay EVER!!!! DON'T STAY THERE!!!! The hotel itself is very old, but has been maintained. Our issue came the morning of checkout. I reserved a spot on the airport shuttle for the next morning and was informed that the shuttles left every hour on the hour. We arrived at 9:50 a.m. For the 10:00 shuttle and it had already left. Hotel was old and smelled musty. Ceiling in bathroom leaked whenever occupants above us took a shower. Water in shower was "warm" but never "hot". Hotel did offer to move us but hte room they offered us had a bad smell like mold and old cigarettes. Restraurant was very nice as was the location.

Their shuttle to the airport only has limited hours and they do not care if your flight is early in the am. The pool and boardwalk/beach were really nice. The hotel was run down, but it looks like they are trying to do some renovations but maybe stopped. It was WAY too expensive for the value!

The hotel is old but well maintained and the staff is very helpful. The boardwalk is out the back door! Bars, restaurants, shops, and 2 steps away from the beach. The pool is large and clean. I would stay here again.

location, location, location. This hotel is in the perfect location: Beachfront, and on the boardwalk. You can walk out of the hotel and onto the beach. The staff picked us up at the airport, and took us to the port to catch the cruise, free of charge. The rooms are older and need remoldeling, but they were clean. The hotel is right on the beach and this is the best thing in it. Also our room had a full kitchen, that was useful too, pool was nice too. Hotel has lot of hidden fees: parking 15$ or 18$ if valet, resort fee 10$. The floor was very cold in the room, and the personnel was not very nice.

we have stayed there before as "staycation" ... used to love the o'malleys outdoors which now is indoors... they are working on the place... maybe it will be some place special soon... but for now... go and walk the boardwalk and go all over the place... beach is great and location is excellent!

It's in a filthy smoky abandoned mall, there's a security guard behind bulletproof glass so entering makes you feel like you're at a pawn shop, the staff is rude, most of the rooms are ridiculously far from the elevator, the rooms are tiny and spare, my 'partial ocean view' included a view of an industrial exhaust fan and a dumpster. It's creepy, the […] mall is in a total state of disrepair, the wifi is non functional, the restaurant is closed. Really, a total dump in every sense. It's about $10 cheaper for a one bedroom with kitchenette than most midrange places, and it's not worth it. You have to pay $14 a night for parking anyway, so it ends up being more expensive. I cannot imagine anyone who has ever stayed here has been back. The good points: it's on the beach, near everything, including way nicer hotels. Read more

The hotel was okay. The front desk staff was moderately friendly. The shuttle driver and the ocean in the back was the highlight of our stay. The hotel is located in an old mall which is okay. There's an old tv with decent Comcast tv, the power button didn't work on our remote though. Dirty air condition vents. Very poor customer service. Couldn't get a hold of them to pick us up from the airport. They said their phone numbers have recently changed. ($40.00 cab ride# Problems with us and our friends on reservations. We had to go back several times to the office until they finally got someone who could understand the reservation system and find our reservations. fake advertisemente, it reads free parking and no such thin, you have to pay parking. Also, they charge you $10 resort fee for a resort that's half under construction and half of it it's close. At the restaurant they have 2 for 1 drinks, until you order and they don't give you any free drinks, instead free pie. Horrible place to stay.
