A/C did not work when we got there. Had to wait over an hour to see if it could be fixed. A/C filter had not been changed in a long time. Hot water was not hot, just warm enough to bath with, but definitely not hot.

We stayed here during our visit to Busch Gardens and Jamestown/Williamsburg. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were close to attractions and restaurants and enjoyed our stay. In the evening the indoor pool was very crowded, almost to the point where it wasn't fun. But that would be my only complaint about this property.

They call you in your room at the crack of dawn. They wont leave you alone and try to get you to attend a breakfast...we had to disconnect our phone. Then they started calling our cell. I would never go back...

The rooms are comfortable and grounds are nice. However, there wasn't any food on the property and no one cleaned the rooms, got fresh towels etc. while we were there. The room door didn't lock when we got there and the room felt like it hadn't been opened in a long time - it was dusty.

Internet/web pictures did not do this property justice. It was very nice and I was pleasantly surprised. The gym and activity center well kept and the staff was super friendly with a smile! We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was very spacious and clean. The decor was lovely and we loved it! We look forward to returning.

I booked the room with hbo , there was none! Just basic cable! The staff was nice, however don't believe all they tell you. As ours was wrong on several things. They will try and get you to tour another resort don't do if not interested in buying as its not worth it. I fell during the tour and no one checked after to see if I was ok!

this is primarily a time-share community so at check-in there was some attempt to lure us to a 'free' breakfast and requests for our personal info including email and income bracket. this was a bit annoying, but not high pressure by any means. The room was clean and well-stocked w/ plenty of fresh towels and kitchen supplies so we had everything we […] needed. there is a nice weight room and pool facility. lots of kids and families but there seems to be sufficient suggestions of courtesy to ensure that families and non, can coexist. only complaint is that the room wasn't very sound proof and we had some rather rambunctious neighbors that sounded like they were coming through the bathroom wall. 4 of us went to Williamsburg, VA and stayed at Wyndham Kingsgate for 3 nights.. Great place to stay, got 2 bedroom suite. Everything in the suite was top notch. Great kitchen and living room. Would stay again.

It is a decent place to stay for a night or two, it was fairly clean. Decor was quite dated. Cheap is the word that comes to mind. In order to get a hot shower we had to let the water run for about 5 minutes.

The hotel itself was pretty good. The problem is this is actually a timeshare property with high powered sales pitch. Was almost impossible to get out door (they won't give you a parking pass without going to the timeshare desk). That is quite aggravating!

Condo poorly constructed - hear noise from people above you. Cheap appliances. Uncomfortable beds, and sheets. Expected much more quality considering the price we paid per night! The pool and grounds were nice. The game room was always so crowded that we did not get to play anything (a waste of the $5.00 per day fee we paid when we checked in).

Great activites at the resort but for the price would have expected more up to date quality of room as far as beds, living space furnature,TVs, and bath fixures. Great appliances in the Kitchen. I have to admit after reading some of the reviews I was kind of skeptical about returning to this resort. I had been there in 2007 using my timeshare to stay there and was pleasantly surprised how clean and nice the resort was. But I am so glad that we decided to stay here again for our short 2 day trip to Williamsburg. You will not find a better hotel […] than this resort for the price I can guarantee it. We stayed in a one bedroom and we enjoyed a living room with flat screen and dvd player and stereo, kitchenette equipped with any thing you would need to prepare a meal and also, blender, toaster, dishwasher, and table and 4 chairs. We had a seperate bedroom with a large closet. Bathroom was very spacious with Bath & Body Works shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap. There was also a small washer and dryer with extra laundry detergent. Where else are you gonna stay that provides you with all this NO WHERE! Yes we had to pay the 10.00 to use the activities. There were two pools, one for adults only, fitness room, 18 hole mini golf, dvd rentals, huge arcade room, 2 tennis courts. So I think 10.00 is absolutely nothing to pay for 2 days of activities. The room was so clean and I am a clean freak. The blankets smelled like fabric softener and the room didn't have a musty smell like most hotel rooms do. You will not be sorry to stay here. It is a vacation timeshare/apartment complex. The grounds are well maintained and parking is easy. The tennis courts looked nice. I didn't see the pools. No housekeeping was done for the 2 nights I stayed. The room seemed clean, the bathroom is large. the TVs worked.

The unit was spacious, clean, well furnished and VERY comfortable beds (like the upscale hotels). The grounds were very well maintained. The very large pool area and the surounding miniature golf looked to be a great place for family vacation. What was not mentioned on Hotels.com site is they tried to charge us $5day fee for recreation when we checked […] in. We were there to golf - not use their recreation - so with some trouble it was waived. When you are sent to the consierge for your parking pass there is a VERY aggressive attempt to get you to go to a timeshare seminar. It was rather uncomfortable to just walk away but she would not take no for an answer. I would recommend this resort highly and would stay there again. the staff are very nice. the rooms were really big. i only wish the outdoor pool was open as i wast told when booked the room. Another thing you are able to hear the people around you so, luckly for us it wasn't too noisy. other than that i would staty there again.

Quite pleasant place -- we had a two bedroom suite, and there was ample space for us to cook and eat Thanksgiving dinner! And prep for a wedding. Generous staff too. Don't expect luxurious bathrooms -- they're clean but sparse. Really happy with our stay.

I picked the 3 ½ star hotel - didn’t get all the details from Expedia till I checked in. This property should not be listed as a Hotel Room - but a Time Share rental - upon arrival (for a four day stay) we had to listen to a sales pitch for a time share presentation the next morning. There is "no" continental breakfast included at this facility like […] other Hotels. There is "no" housekeeping, so, we got 1 small bottle of shampoo, 1 conditioner & 1 coffee (no tea) on arrival. Had to go shopping for shampoo, conditioner, tea & coffee. The room was very clean and nice on a second floor walk up. We carried our heavy luggage up the stairs. Upon arrival we had to pay $15 for activities (indoor pool, exercise room, computer room, etc) that we never intended to use and told them so. Departure is 10 a.m. or we would be charged an extra high fee. We had to take down our trash and place it outside!! There was a washer/dryer and kitchen in the room - this was nice. I would not stay there again - too much like home chores. I wanted to be in a Hotel setting for my vacation. Expedia, you need to check this property out. This is what the rules brochure states that they gave us on arrival: "Departure Procedures" Check-out is at 10 a.m. Guests checking out after 10:30 a.m. will be charged an additional fee of $35 for the first hour and $100 per hour thereafter.
