"good location for sights"
Resort was very nice and convenient. We did not realise that this was a time share resort so unlike a hotel there was no in room service for cleaning and towels etc. we were only there for 2 nights so it was fine for us. Overall the resort was very nice and the desk staff very helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great location. Do not accept "free gift" it is a time share scam. Kids Enjoyed the pools .Genuine Expedia guest review
Definitely would recommend. Only thing was the tub was slow to drain and fire alarm woke us up at 8am but stay was goodGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Great location and accommodations. I would definitely stay here again! Staff was very impressive- room was very impressive!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Comfortable stay near the Grand Ole Opry"
This property is a time share and you have to realize that maid service is not provided over your stay. The unit was clean and had a beautiful kitchen area fully equipped. There was a separate bedroom. We could walk in daylight to the Grand Ole Opry and check out the hotel gardens. At night it was a short 5 minute drive to see a very entertaining Saturday […] show. We enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham. The room was clean and neat. The location was close to our convention and we had easy access.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Brief stay in off-season, but it was excellent. Received a good rate through Expedia, but I think this place is probably worth the "high season" rates.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very nice hotel"
We booked through Expida and didn't realize it was a time share resort . That being said it was a great resort we where there for a week and the full kitchen was nice to have. No restaurant or lounge on site , about a 15 min walk . No time share pitches either as all guest where thought to already have time shares. Pool areas where very nice , staff […] where very nice and accommodating . Very close to Grand Opry and Opry Mills Mall . Would defiantly stay there again . Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nice accommodation just a bit out of town"
Lovely place to stay - very big in size for the 4 of us, but probably not suitable for those that want to be close to the action of downtown/midtown. Very close (walking distance) to some basic amenities - bars/restaurants and also to the Opry Mills for shopping.Genuine Expedia guest review
"We loved it!"
We were so impressed! We expected just a standard room with a bed and actually ended up with the equivalent of a huge apartment with a spa and balcony over looking a well maintained property. Plenty of room inside with kitchen, dining and lounge, washerGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Nothing outstanding, people were nice when you first get there but after saying no to the timeshare service wasnt the greatest, not terrible but nothing to remember either. Location is great for Opryland, and shopping but if your wanting to spend time downtown your 20-30 mins away. General Jackson was a great lunchtime excursion, entertainment was […] fabulous! This is a suite hotel and I felt represented value for the money. But I wasn't expecting to deal with the 'pitch' to attend the sales seminar and the prospect of buying something. Also, in our unit at least, the walls are extremely thin. No privacy from your neighbours.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great Nashville location"
The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. They had all of the comforts and more, as at home.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Pros and Cons"
The only drawback was that they wanted to take us on a 90 minute tour of the property to sell us time share. There was an offer of $100.00 off a future stay to do the tour. However when we said no firmly it wasn't brought up again. The room was huge and had everything you could want and both the bed and pillows were comfy. There was a balcony as well […] as a Jacuzzi tub and full kitchen complete with dishwasher and granite counters. I would definitely recommend to a friend. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"A great alternative to Opryland"
11/25/14 RoadWarriors5433 Fort Worth, Texas
I went to Nashville for a conference at the Gaylord Opryland and needed a room with a kitchen. The Wyndham Club just down the street was a great solution and perfect for entertaining. I'll be heading back again in the future.
"Tired but nice"

Now sitting at property in arm chair looking at my chair with stains and frays all over upholstery and listening to TV because picture very weak/dark. Really nice "deluxe" one bedroom but lack of concern about details very disappointing given our investment as "owners"! Oh, shower doors off track and one shampoo to share between shower and tub in another room. We love the location but hope these problems get addressed. This is two resorts in a row that need help after a string of "wins".
"Fantastic stay over Vetrans Day."
11/25/14 LaurenxGrace Yarm, United Kingdom
I stayed here with my parents in a 2 bedroom, we were situated in block 10. On arrival we were checked in straight away by a friendly staff member and we were then transported over to the conceirge desk to 'receive our parking pass' this was basically a time for them to get us to commit to going to the timeshare meeting however prior to this they did give us plenty of information regarding Nashville and hand hints and tips. The condo its self was huge which was great and made us feel right at home, our favourite part of the condo was the whirlpool bath especially after a long day walkking around sightseeing. I would like to add that we attneded the Vetrans Day breakfast and found this to be a fantastic touch and as we came from England it was nice to celebrate this in the USA. All in all we had a great stay and did not find the location to far away from downtown as we had a car however we used the shuttle quite a few times if we went into town on the evening. I recommend heading to Backstage @ Opry restuarant and also Cracker Barrell for breakfast! Thankyou for a great stay, im sure we will be back!
"Another great stay at the Wyndham!"

We have stayed here many times and we have ALWAYS been pleased. Its just like home with everything you need. Well equipped and comfy. They have many things going on at the resort and we have used the pools. The little lady that runs the entertainment is always so happy and cheerful. Everyone there is very helpful!
"nice secluded area"

Stayed 5 nights in 1 bedrm deluxe in Bldg 25. Very nicely appointed unit. Everything worked fine. Although we arrived around 4:30pm our unit was not ready, which was no problem as we went and got groceries first and returned to find our room was ready. The resort is VERY close to the Opryland Gaylord property, and Grand Old Opry. Grocery store is about 4 miles away. Downtown Nashville is about 20 minutes away. Get the map from the front desk to find the shortcut by using Lebanon Pike/Hermitage road that takes you right downtown to 1st Ave..a real time saver to downtown and back. Property in good shape on exterior, and out unit was recently updated. Very good location to get into Nashvile or out of the area. Lots of eating places in the area, and Opry Mills mall is only 5 minutes away if you need something different to eat, there is a lot of places within the mall..
"Great place and staff"
11/11/14 DTMNorthCarolina North Carolina, USA
We checked in and then sent to another area to get our vehicle pass. They started with the welcome party and we declined due to all the other reviews we read about being hounded to upgrade our time share. We never received the first call or knock on our door from a sales person while we were here. The one bedroom condo was beautiful and more than we expected. Our condo was very clean and very well stocked with all you need for a week stay with exception of your food, coffee etc. We were totally impressed! The winner though was a lady named Vicky!!! We called before we left for our vacation with question and a request. We spoke to a lady named Vicky. Out of all the vacations we have been fortunate to go on she was and is the most helpful and nicest person we have encountered. I would recommend the Wyndham Nashville to anyone and if you have questions please request to speak to Vicky!

I found this place on VRBO.com for a great price. All the hotels around town were insanely expensive for the time we were going to be in town. This place had decent reviews and was more than half off the price of other places. The front desk staff was very welcoming and took time to explain everything that was available while we were there. Keep in mind that this is a timeshare, and we were asked if we would like to come to a presentation, but I declined. No pressure about it. The resort is kind of like an apartment complex. We had the 1 BR unit and it was nice. A small living area with a small dinette, that also shared space with the kitchen. There was a full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dishes, granite countertops, a small cook stove and oven. The bedroom was down a small hallway that had a good size closet, king size bed and TV. The bathroom was pretty standard (tub/shower combo). The sink area was outside the bathroom which is nice so people can continue to get ready if someone else is in the shower. The only complaint I have was we had an adjoining room (nobody we knew) and it sounded like they were in our room sometimes. I think they may need better doors or insulation, I haven't ever really if this problem in a hotel, so it has to be fixable. The resort is very close to Opry Mills Mall and the Grand Ole Opry. It is about a 10 min drive to downtown. Make sure you ask for the "back way" directions, it's a much nicer drive than the freeway. I would definitely stay here again, if I could have a non adjoining room. They do have pools and a workout area, but we didn't use them.
"Favorite place to stay in Nashville"
11/06/14 jdmllm4 Knoxville, Tennessee
I stay in Nashville a lot and this is definitely my favorite place to stay. It is so much better than just a hotel room. All of the comforts of home...kitchen, laundry, etc., in every unit. The location is excellent! Convenient to everything in Nashville via interstate. The only thing I would recommend is to avoid any "owner's update" that they will try to lure you into with "gifts". Usually high pressure and not worth the stress. Other than that, always a very relaxing and beautiful stay!
"Old and filthy"
After checking in at what should have been a luxury resort style room we discovered run down furniture, dirty floors and a "kitchen" where they store the toilet bowl brush with kitchen bowls and such. As noted in other reviews the sofa sleeper was dilapidated and uncomfortable and the king bed was a torture table it was so hard. The carpeting had many stains and you did not want to walk barefooted anywhere. We stayed in this unit one night and the next morning talked to the folks at check in and they said a manager would be available soon. As we waited in the lobby we also noticed the chairs here were badly stained and my wife refused to sit on them. When the manager finally showed up we were given the option to move to a different room (same type of mini suite however) and it was slightly less worn and stained but cleaner. We stayed the rest of the week but were not comfortable nor happy with what they call a one bedroom suite. There was no where to sit in any kind of comfort. We also noticed that they do not give any pictures on their website of the one bedroom suite for they are ashamed of them. This is not what one imagines a Wyndham resort to be and we wonder if they offer anything decent. We will not be returning nor will we be recommending this resort to anyone.

Love staying here. It's like having all the comforts of home while away. They will try and sucker you into an "Owner's Update" but its a free lunch or breakfast and you can always say no. Location is excellent. Close to everything but quiet. Disappointed the concierge staff couldn't understand English, but everyone else was very helpful and polite. Definitely would stay again.
