This was a little piece of heaven away from the business but still close to Opryland. The rooms were spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. I was thrilled to see a washer and dryer after a week on the road. Having a complete kitchen made breakfast easy.

Wyndham will try to sell you on the vacation resort. You may receive 200.00 for the sales pitch. Most likely Wyndham will waste your time for about 3 hours. Never tell you how mush the vacation resorts member ship is.

Our family of five stayed for four nights in a two bedroom unit over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was a great place to hang out on a day when not a lot of attractions were open. The location near the Opry Mills Mall was ideal. My biggest complaint was that the staff does pressure you to listen to the tiimeshare presentation. They eventually accepted our refusal, but they are a bit pushy. One other concern was the noise from upstairs. Next time I will request a unit on the top floor. One other thing worth noting is that there is not maid service during your stay, but there is a washer/dryer in each unit. Had I not known that ahead of time, that may have been a stress for me. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay and would love to go back.

This is an excellent resort! The location is perfectly situated near the outlet Mall and Gaylord Hotel only a short distance to downtown Nashville. The grounds were beautiful and we especially enjoyed heated indoor and outdoor pools. The hottub was outside as well.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were nice and clean. The bedding the the furnishings were very comfy. We were supplied with lots of extra pillows and towels. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and appliances (fridge, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, washer/dryer). We could have used more coffee, sugar, creamer, etc. Our two complaints were the pitiful water pressure and the noise. We heard every footstep of the people above us and normal conversation in the hall came right into our unit. We were awakened every night by just normal noise.

The location is perfect and Im glad we were on the top floor beacuse you hear every noise and conversation. Its like living in a tin can. Maintenence on the room is needed and is dated. The kitchen faucet is too long, the stove is very cheap and difficult to cook on due to temp. Control. The washer needs repaired, it sounded like a broken piece of farm equipement and barely aggitated. The toaster must have had several fokls drop it because it was dented to the point that one side didnt drop the bread. So how checks on these things? For the cost, it was dissapointing.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. We did have an issue of our coffee pot not working the first morning and it did take over and hour to get it replaced. Also one of the guests parked their vehicle in two parking spots the entire time we were there and a couple of times we had to go to another section to be able to park. Otherwise the stay was very enjoyable and all staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Given the great price we found on Expedia we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. This is primarily a vacation club condominium resort. Conveniently located near Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills and Gaylord Opryland. Our large two bedroom, two bath unit (sleeps 6) was quite spacious and had plenty of room for our party of 6. Immaculate, tastefully decorated, beautiful grounds, nice amenities and pools. Friendly staff. Our only complaint - our second floor unit was somewhat noisy. You can hear every movement upstairs, doors, drawers etc. I assume we sounded quite noisy to the folks below us as well. Couple of tips - check with concierge for discounts to area attractions and tours. Popcorn is fresh and complimentary daily 2-6pm and free donuts on Friday & Saturday!

One of the worst places we have ever stayed at. There are no restaurants or food places of any kind attached to the property, unless you count a vending machine. The walls are not noise proofed at all and you can hear every conversation and television program coming from neighboring rooms. The exterior was covered in webbing by some kind of bug and in desperate need of being power washed. Worst of all is the concierge service, or lack of. When we called to see if they could arrange a taxi to pick us up for dinner reservations at a local hotel, the concierge acted like she had never heard of a taxi. She said she would call back and never did. Then we called and was placed on hold, we hung up after over five minutes on hold. Finally after three calls and almost forty minutes she was able to get a taxi set up to get us. Very poor service by all. Would definately not reccommend staying there.

We loved staying at this property. Wish we could have stayed longer and really enjoyed all it had to offer. Only downside is the sound insulation is not great. Luckily our upstairs neighbors were fairly quiet. I can't say we were bothered but we could hear their steps. I would suggest staying on the top floor.

Resort was very nice and convenient. We did not realise that this was a time share resort so unlike a hotel there was no in room service for cleaning and towels etc. we were only there for 2 nights so it was fine for us. Overall the resort was very nice and the desk staff very helpful.

We booked through Expida and didn't realize it was a time share resort . That being said it was a great resort we where there for a week and the full kitchen was nice to have. No restaurant or lounge on site , about a 15 min walk . No time share pitches either as all guest where thought to already have time shares. Pool areas where very nice , staff where very nice and accommodating . Very close to Grand Opry and Opry Mills Mall . Would defiantly stay there again .

Lovely place to stay - very big in size for the 4 of us, but probably not suitable for those that want to be close to the action of downtown/midtown. Very close (walking distance) to some basic amenities - bars/restaurants and also to the Opry Mills for shopping.

Nothing outstanding, people were nice when you first get there but after saying no to the timeshare service wasnt the greatest, not terrible but nothing to remember either. Location is great for Opryland, and shopping but if your wanting to spend time downtown your 20-30 mins away. General Jackson was a great lunchtime excursion, entertainment was fabulous!

This is a suite hotel and I felt represented value for the money. But I wasn't expecting to deal with the 'pitch' to attend the sales seminar and the prospect of buying something. Also, in our unit at least, the walls are extremely thin. No privacy from your neighbours.

The only drawback was that they wanted to take us on a 90 minute tour of the property to sell us time share. There was an offer of $100.00 off a future stay to do the tour. However when we said no firmly it wasn't brought up again. The room was huge and had everything you could want and both the bed and pillows were comfy. There was a balcony as well as a Jacuzzi tub and full kitchen complete with dishwasher and granite counters. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Great pool. The unit is comfortable but needs some updating. Stained furniture, drippy fridge, phone that did not work. The unit was clean and the bedding high quality and the bed comfortable. The unit is not soundproof....we could hear neighbours beside us and above us. they were not partiers ... so it was just normal living noises.We did not spend much time in the unit as we were here to tour Nashville. The resort provided a shuttle to downtown Nashville for $10.00 a person return which was reliable and regular. Avoid the Time Share sales...they are very pushy!

First time at this property, and last time. First, the sales is very pushy and will not take no. Even had one show up at our unit and was very difficult to get him to leave. Basically had to shut the door in his face. This really left a bad taste and upset the rest of our day. I almost had to call security to get him to leave. The unit is very tired and dated. Missing a lot of furniture. No lamp in master bed room. The tile in the master bath is cracked and missing grout and very rocky when you walk on it. Always felt like maybe I was going to go thru the floor since the sub floor felt spongy. Obviously a severe water leak in the past that was never properly repaired. Evidenced by the poor patch job in the bathroom ceiling. When you went to flush the toilet, the entire toilet rocked, had to hold one side when using the flushing handle. The double pane windows had their seals broken at one time, thus the windows were fogged up between the panes so you could not see out them. It looks like at one time they had started renovations, but stopped midstream as evidenced by the blue painters tape stuck all over spots on the ceiling. The worst is the shower in the master bath. I am all for conserving water, but this place is too much. There seems to be a severe water restrictor on the shower, this along with the hard water results in a shower that is a mist. Too the extent the back half of the 5 foot shower never gets wet. Had to fiddle with the adjustable shower head and finally got somewhat of hard trickle so I could get enough water to wash my hair. Had to hold a washcloth up on the shower head to get enough water to wash. Kind of like a sink bath, but in the shower instead. Bottom line, this property is in dire need of maintenance, fix the floors, fix the shower, replace the fuzzy tvs, fix the windows. Also, very noisy place. Above us was a person who never went out and could not sit still, but constantly stomped around the unit and the result is everything in our unit was constantly shaking and rattling. The only good thing is the location. Right next to the Opry Mill complex. You will need a car to get around.

This property is in a great location for shopping and visiting the Opry. It is also close to good restaurants and attractions. There is a shuttle pickup available for downtown Nashville which is recommended to save you finding a spot to park your car downtown. The room was reasonably clean but not spotless. The carpet was stained and the paint in need of work in some areas. Fridge, stove, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer all were modern and in good shape. Wi-Fi connection was terrible at times to the point of being nearly useless. Other times it worked, but slowly. Many HUGE speed bumps have to be crawled over to drive to your unit. That seems like a small thing but drive in and out a few times a day and you WILL be cursing them. The rooms are not sound proof as we could clearly hear people talking in the adjoining suite.

We stayed here for 4 days/nights with another couple. We had a very nice three room suite. One room had a king size bed and the other two twins. The suite was equipped with a full kitchen and two baths. The staff was very responsive and took care of a bad shower head quickly. The estate seemed to cater to people a little older than us so there are a lot of transportation options to get residents around the area. We took advantage of the shuttle which takes people down to the strip. A bus leaves every hour on the hour and picks up downtown on the half hour. It's located adjacent to the Opry Mills Mall and the Gaylord Opryland. The grounds are professionally cared for. Great place.

Stayed here with a friend for a week. We had a 2 bedroom and I called ahead to request a top floor unit in a building with an elevator; we were lucky and were assigned a unit as requested. The unit was clean, spacious and well-stocked. There were ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room, which I appreciated. Our room was ready a bit early but while we were waiting for the room, we met with Debbie in Concierge services to arrange for tickets to the Grand Ole Opry and the Ryman. Debbie was amazing, and unflappable!!! She had to wait to get through for our tickets, but knew the seating charts and what would be the best seats available. Debbie is energetic, enthusiastic and extremely helpful... look for Debbie. We went to the owner update and listened to an hour-long presentation about Wyndham - some interesting information and a good breakfast. We then met with a Wyndham representative (Eric) who was very nice and not pushy at all. I was not the least bit interested in switching our weeks from "trading power" weeks to points, and he was very understanding. We were impressed with the hard working and friendly staff. Every morning early, they were out cleaning the pool area, and other areas throughout the resort. The resort is in a good location (you need a car) but we chose to take the shuttle from the resort to downtown. For $10 round trip per person, this was better than paying to park (we spoke to someone who paid $21 for 2 hours). The welcome show Sunday night should not be missed - great talent! We also took advantage of the Tribute to the King show and Highway 101. The wi-fi worked, but you had to log back in about every day... no big deal, it's free and convenient. If you are looking for a fun day trip - drive to Lynchburg and visit the Jack Daniel's Distillery for a free tour (1.5 hour drive).

This is the second time we've stayed here and can't say enough good things about the Welcome Staff, Concierge and the grounds. The rooms are a little dated but very clean. The bed was a little too soft for our comfort, but still, we slept well. The Wi-Fi is free BUT not very reliable. When it works, it's awesome but when it doesn't (which is alot of the time), it's frustrating. Not a big deal though because there are coffee shops to hang out in and take in some of the local 'college' flavor and the Wi-Fi in the shops is awesome. The Downside, is the overbearing, rude, condescending, aggressive and disrespectful Sales staff. They play the 'good cop, bad cop' routine and frankly, it was very surprising to us. We've stayed at Wydham in Vermont and the Sales staff there was very different. Maybe it's because people in Vermont know how to treat others with respect - something that was surprisingly lacking here in Nashville. What ever happened to Southern Hospitality, especially when talking with a woman? The entire ordeal was unpleasant and we can say without hesitation that we will NEVER attend one of these presentations again. We love our Wyndham time share but if there was ever a possiblity of us purchasing more 'time', it ended with today's experience. Sorry Wyndham, you just 'shot yourself in the foot' today!

Very attentive staff. Quiet, very clean room-spacious. Terrible wi-fi-- shuts down unexpectedly . Even though it is free--it never works!! Bed very broken down, needs replaced. Very nice grounds. Very nice kitchen cookware/dishes. Shuttle service to downtown Nashville.

Just came back from a visit to Nashville, stayed April 12-14th. This complex is lovely, staff very friendly, well everyone in Nashville is really! Just a few things....the shower in the guest bedroom didn't work, looked like it was only for show (and all 4 of us looked at it), our toilet broke the last day....however, we made the best of it, we had 2 bathrooms after all! Didn't really like that they tried to push the time share thing....but we understand...it's a business! Anyway, facilities lovely, be sure to take advantage of the shuttle downtown....enjoy!

Wyndham Nashville offers a great location to many activities so you have an easy drive there. Also shuttles run regularly, and tour buses have pick up. Transportation is so easy! Staff willingly helps with directions and questions, and check in couldn't have been easier. The grounds are beautiful, and maintenance staff was prompt and competent with any request! We are so happy we scheduled our vacation here!

Our trip was horrible. 12hr drive. Check in, Wyndham have us booked for one day less then what we had confirmation for. They said oh just check in we get this all the time from them. Checked in. Condominiums were average. A little dirty (hair clump blew outta tub jets. Broken tiles in floor, kids feet filthy from floor). Heated pool was nice. No dumpsters tho, you just put trash in trash closets in hallways. Nasty smell on a hot day. So after 38 phone calls BuenaVista never returned our call, or emails. We were forced to find another hotel, after we already paid for one. We had to throw out all food, since after 2 hrs we finally only found hotel rooms. Mind you had to get 2 rooms to fill our party....which was same price we were charged to stay at Wyndham. So our lodging was double. Wyndham staff actually suggested we call better business bureau....we have and reported both businesses. If Wyndham has this problem all the time then why still permit this?
