We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ramada. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. The room was great with plenty of windows and wonderful view. Full access to the beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas, excellent food available poolside. Good access to the tourist section of Mazatlan and the boardwalk. Right next to Joe's Oyster Bar, so a bit loud after dark.

Get one of the rooms with a Sea front view - its great.. the other rooms are not recommended. Staff pleasant and helpful. Location great!

Beautiful hotel near Zona Dorada (walking distance of 10 minutes along the oceanfront - tough duty!) with a great view of the ocean. Staff was professional and the room was very clean with all services we needed. The only weakness was sporadic internet access, but being on the 5th floor might have contributed. Hotel restaurant was excellent with reasonable prices and great service. Would recommend that they add a small refrigerator to the room.
