Staff was very friendly. The free breakfast buffet was not very good. The room was 1970's decor and DIRTY!! It looked as if it was never dusted, dirt all along the floor boards. The bed was very uncomfortable. We stayed just one night before our cruise and I will not stay here again.

This condo-hotel offers excellent rates for a two bedroom two bath unit with great views of BIscayne Bay. The front desk and valets were extremely friendly and helpful. I walk into the lobby to check in and I am informed that indeed they have mandatory valet. Valet cost per day, and on top of that they charge per day PARKING TAX?I will start with the dryer,it didn't dry. It had a dishwasher but no dishwashing liquid, coffee but no coffee maker, no pots or pans to cook with and no toaster oven. There was indeed a balcony, […] it faced another building and didn't have any furniture on it. The bedroom looked promising, white duvet cover with dark "wood" bed. We layed down and the mattress was as hard as a brick, with every movement it screeched. The remote to the television actually worked to our surprise, but it only turned the channel not turning the tv on or off. There is a telephone in the room, but they charge you if you use it. So we sleep the first night, go down to the lobby to get our vehicle for a day out in the city. Valet pulls up with our car, and a fresh dent in the door. I ask the valet driver about it and he says "what...I didn't do it...it must have happened somewhere else". He tells me that I "can make a claim with the hotel if I want". He calls security, security tells me to go to the front desk, the front desk advises me to go to the security office,the same guy in the security office very rudely tells me to "go" to the front desk. I make it to the front desk and the manager is there. She is very nice, tells me I can either make a claim with them or call the police and wait until they get there to file a police report. Check in took 45 mins. Whole hotel is understaffed. No paper towels provided, very few towels, very few amenities. Parking is $20 or you have to park on the street and walk 3 blocks. Overpriced.

Good: We were able to get a nice deal on a 2 bedroom. It has a great location if you want to go out (walk) in the Downtown area restaurants and pubs. The room was comfortable, had a good view of the bay and had many nice appliances, no phone though. Bad: When we got there they told us they didn't have the 3 bed apartment we had reserved. The hotel was right downtown and the view was amazing! It was close to different restaurants and Publix but, why go anywhere else because the restaurant was excellent and, you had a complete kitchen! The workout room was a great added feature plus that washer and dryer really came in handy! Would highly recommend!

Me and 2 family members stayed there for 7 days before and after a cruise to Caribbean. Really good 2 bed-2 bath-patio-full kitchen apts, cleaned everyday, good gym, pool, price. Great location, free trolley and metro to everywhere. Free wifi, free breakfast. No complains.
