iI really enjoyed the stay at this Hilton. The location was super as it's just a few minutes walk from the East Train Station and it's right across the street from a mall. It's so convenient that I didn't have to ride a train the entire weekend....could walk everywhere. The hotel was nice and the staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet was awesome […] and is highly recommended. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, so my overall experience was super. The only negative comment is that Wifi is too expensive in the rooms but they do offer free wifi in the lobby/bar areas. I would definitely stay at this Hilton, again! Read more

Average European-sized room, noises heard from hall and other rooms all night, have to climb stairs to lobby elevator, has cheap public underground parking adjacent to building ($14 euros per day, way below average in Europe), good for short stay.

Poor value for money and not representative oh the brand Entrance area of hotel looks in good shape but it is the only area in good maintenance. Remainder of hotel is worn out. Many broken or poorly working items in my room. Staff seemed to only be "going through the motions" with little genuine concern for your satisfaction.

I spent there 2 nights in early December. The key issue is for how much you get it. I am very lucky to have seen some short term sale and the price was just two digits per night (in euros). Breakfast was great!! We did not need to eat until mid/late afternoon!! Full breakfast including omlets, meats, cheese, pasteries, fruit, etc. Hotel location was great. Close to the metro and within walking distance of downtown and resturants/shopping. Bed and bathroom were very comfortable.

Location: This hotel is in perfect location. There is a mini mall right across the street. It's walking distance from the Brussels north station. We were able to walk to all the main attractions in the city. Hotel: The rooms were a bit small. The king size bed was not so king size according to US standards, it was a little smaller than a queen size. […] We had to walk twisting and turning corridor to walk to our room. The room had all the amenities you would want tough. Other than the room and bed size overall experience was very positive. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodated our every request. The room was clean and the decor was relatively modern. My room had a comfortable king sized bed in a queen sized room. The bathroom was tiny. The hotel is not in the ritzy part of Brussels but close to shops and the Gare-du-Nord and an easy walk to the Grand Place. Overall, very good value for money with friendly service.

Other than some mold around edge of tub in corner -- room was adequate. Bed very comfortable. View was into ventilation shaft in the center of the building. Quiet. Easy to get to from Gare du Nord.

There is a problem with maintenance. The basin in the bathroom was virtually unusable as it was blocked. Another customer complained at reception while I was checking in about something not having been fixed. Until this kind of problem is addressed I would not recommend the hotel. Pity as it is a good location.

Everything was perfect except from the service. We experience a room with poor air conditioning. We called the reception, a gentleman came up to our room. Instead of checking and resolve our problem, he just told us not to pull out the hotel key (card). Handy for the North Station for travel to and from the airport though the train continues onto Brussels Central so you could stay closer in. Close to high street type shops if you like that kind of thing. Quaint, old Brussels, between 10-25 minutes walk. The walking was not a problem for us, I just can't be bothered with high street shopping streets […] and you had to run the gauntlet of 10 minutes of straight waliking to get through them into the beautiful little Brussels streets. Definitely hotels much closer to this area which I would use if I went back. Room very small, but clean, quiet and very comfortable bed. Great gym and nice sauna area. Public areas small - only the tiniest bar. Thought 60 euro for breakfast was rediculous. If you get to Rue du Sablon, go to Le Pain de Quotidien (25 mins walk or use metro) to pay less then half this amount for a 5 star continental with eggs. Overall had a nice stay though. Decent hotel. Incredibly rude staff, save for one young man. I tried to read his name tag but couldn't catch it... Flemish and is front desk staff. Anyhow, he's the only good person working there, it seems. Don't understand why everyone else was so cranky! I work in the hospitality industry and love it. If you don't like it, change careers!

They should have let us know we needed a credit card as deposit, had to use 150 Euro's I had just exchanged so then had to get more. It's not cheap but then again neither is Brussels. Would go back tho. Free wi fi would be nice as well. Water went cold that was only problem. Bed mega comfy can we have one ;)

Was given a single room with single bed (not even king single) - didn't know this still exists in 4* hotels... anyway, room was super duper small.. and I could hear the TV from outside my door,.. so for those lovely couples who'd like to be discreet, maybe test the soundproofing beforehand.. Service is the usual superficial 4*.. receptionist tries […] to help and to be friendly, but you do get the feeling they HAD to be friendly and want to get rid of you asap..
