had a good stay even though it was just 1 night. Breakfast in the morning was good but wish they had hot chocolate. Will definatly stay again

The hotel was a very good value and offered everything you need when in Golden for a sledding trip except there were a limited number of parking spots for a truck and trailer (especially a four place trailer).

Really appreciate the recent remodeling and upgrades. The property is 11 years old but looks almost new. Handy location right off the main highway going through town. Also had a great breakfast, everything you need to get your day going. Highly recommend and will stay again if I get the chance.

Great staff, and room was comfortable, but in need of a touch of a up date. When I was checking out they were closing the top floor for new bathrooms, paint and carpet. With this done, I will have little to no complaints! Even with work taking place when I was in the hotel, I could not hear it, and the workers were polite and respectfull.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Ramada as the hotel we were originally booked at was over booked and we could not stay at that hotel. The front desk staff were very polite and efficient. The room was clean and quiet. Best of all of course is that they had room for us!

No real issues with the hotel itself, but there is a lot of lorry activity at the front of the hotel. If you don't like noise, get a room at the back.

Room was clean. Condition of facility is average. NO HDTV signal on regular TV. Room WIFI is a little weak but still ok to use. Included breakfast was substandard. No warm food, juice was diluted with water.

I stopped at Golden to break up a long drive from visiting family in BC and was for the most part pleased with the service and hotel. The only reason I rated Cleanliness as only a 3 was the Hot Tub, which I had looked forward to after a long drive, wasn't very clean with a "bathtub ring". Otherwise Ramada was great!

We checked in around 9pm and everything was in order. The room was nice and clean. Our only 'complaint' was that the bed was too hard for our taste. The shower even had good pressure which is not always the case in hotels. We left early the next morning but the continental breakfast was open at 6:30 so we were able to eat at it.
