The hotel once belonged to a past governor and has 13 rooms. The best room is # 12...large,lots of light, good air conditioning, old but serviceable furniture and the only room with a balcony. The bathroom is OK, shower and hot water always. The toilet is new high tech but has no seat. There is a restaurant with continental breakfast. There is also a frig and microwave so you can store and prepare you own food. There is a second kitchen area with a stove and what used to be a pool bar. The pool is mid size and just fine. The hotel needs some TLC but is great for the price for a longer stay and is very close to the historical centre We stayed for 11 nights and we would return. Mariella in reception is shy but when she gets to know you is very helpful. Lupita is the camarista and is wonderful....please leave her a little tip and she will really look after you and your room

Great location in the center of Merida. large, clean and quiet rooms. Great breakfast with large choice.

"Una garanzia nella caotica Merida"
Non proprio vicino al cuore di Merida, ma se amate camminare lo raggiungerete in 25 minuti senza dovervi destreggiare tra taxi e bus. L'albergo offre varie comodità è pulito e le camere sono spaziose.

Necesita mejoras al respecto de las puertas de entrada....puertas automaticas de baja calidad y diseno muy raro....
Me decepciono mucho el hotel, tratandose de la cadena que es. Tuvimos un problema con el lavabo en nuestro baño y cuando lo reportamos, la persona de recepcion nos dijo que nos teniamos que quedar ahi para que lo arreglaran? Pedimos una pizza ( servicio a cuartos) MALISIMA! Le falta mantenimiento al hotel

El buffet de desayuno era muy bueno todo los dias y los botones tambien ayuden con muchas cosas.

Excelente hotel excelente servicio
Tiene algunos aspectos que modernizar todavía posee equipo ya muy desgastado. En términos generales aceptable.
"no cumplieron con el servicio de internet gratis"
querian cobrarnos 160.00 pesos diarios por el uso de internet. Y aunque les enseñamos por escrito que en la reservacion hecha por uds. decia que tenia internet gratis, no lo quisieron dar.

No hay queja alguna muy Buen servicio a Buen costo volveriamos a quedarnos en este hotel
"Hotel i Merida"
Merida er ikke en by der er mange turister i. Servicen på hotellet var god og hotellet er absolut prisen værd. Der er rent og pænt og værelserne er komfortable, det eneste minus er at man betaler for internet på hotellet, men der stod også på hotel.com så det kom ikke bag på os.
