Wish we would have known that they were serving a Continental Breakfast each morning.............we did not find out until the day we left. It was not advertised or posted anywhere in the hotel or room.

I believe that you are way over priced for the type of Hotels upkeep and condition, We have stayed in much cheaper ones that were in almost perfect condition. The sink was broke and I had to fix it before use, the carpet was dirty our feet got dirty after walking on it so we had to rewash our bottoms of our feet. The drain in the bathtub did not seal properly, and the door key did not work and I had to go back to have it redone. The heat and air did not work properly, you could not adjust them it was either be hot or cold it would not regulate.

Location is what this hotel is all about. Right across street from Opryland Hotel and 1 exit from the mall. Other than that this Hotel ranks low for appearance. Old and in need of remodeling

It needs a lot of updates. The beds were very small, and not comfortable at all. The lady at the front desk was rude to everyone. The only nice thing about it was the location next to 65. That part I liked.

They claimed they had wireless Internet, but my laptop did not pickup a signal. I am a computer engineer by trade and it was not the user. I stayed in Memphis the night before and the wireless connection worked there.

This hotel worked perfect for me, I was in town for a few days on business and only needed a place to sleep. It was very close to the Opryland, so was able to walk there for my events. Room was older, but it was also clean. I was happy with my stay.

The room was ridiculously far from the main lobby. I had to walk around the building, across a parking lot, through an alley, past a Cracker Barrel to get to the lobby. The clerks seemed very dis-interested in helping guests. The room ceiling looked like it was apt to fall down at any second. The complimentary breakfast was non-existent the 2nd day.

If you need a place to lay your head and take a shower this is just fine. It is older and needs to be upgraded, but for the money it was a nice place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. We have to realize if they upgrade the price would go up.

This motel has everything you need within a few steps. Several dining choices, live entertainment shoping the Grand ole Opery, and Oprey mall. Only problem we had was the key card stop working each day and had to be reset.

I could smell cigarette smoke in the bathroom. A ceiling tile was open in the bathroom. I could here every noise outside of the room and the rooms next door. I breakfast they had at the hotel was awful nothing healthy.

There was nothing wrong with our room, it was clean and comfortable. The mattress could have been alittle softer, but everyones opinion varies on that. The employees at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay, and do plan to stay here again, hopefully in the near future.
