At half the price of other hotels in the area, it was a good value. Yes, TV and furniture were dated, but room was comfortable and quiet. And being within walking distance of a couple of music venues, interesting shops, Grayline tours, and good restaurants was a bonus!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Convenient and Reasonable"
This hotel is close to the Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills and the Ernest Tubb Record Shop. Room was clean, and had all the basics, just what you need, nothing fancy. Checkin was fairly quick, some confusion about the room, as I had requested pet friendly, but no one had noted that on my reservation. Clerk was accommodating, and resolved it quickly. We are […] planning to return this fall and will stay here again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
FIrst trip to Nashville and this hotel was exactly where we wanted to be. It is across the street from the Opry and the Grayline tours was in the next building, so we had little to worry about getting around town. The building was old and could use some updating however since we spend very little time in the room it served its purpose well. I would […] recommend staying here and will probably stay there again on my next trip. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"located near points of interest"
The area was ok. We knew it was a busy area and it was noisey, but we expected that. The linens were horrible. Thread bare sheets! Roughest towels I have ever seen.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Better than staying at Murfreesboro exit off 24E"
Fiddler's Inn, surrounded by good restaurants, some shops, and of course right across the street from Opryland. A little far from downtown for low cab fare, but the hotel does have a shuttle service to take you there and back. If you're from out of town looking for daytime sight-seeing, shopping, and evening country music fun, stay here. We tried the […] DaysInn&Super8 off 24 at Murfreesboro exit, and there were drug dealers and other undesirables knocking on our door. This was not the case at Fiddler's Inn. For a few dollars more you can have a much cleaner, and fragrant room without blood on the walls at Fiddler's Inn. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
we made reservation and paid in full months before our trip and had a late arrival due to traffic and when we arrived we were told one of my children wouldnt have a bed because they gave away all of the roll away beds. I had to speek with the attendant through a window and she was pretty rude after I questions my reservation and the lack of beds. She […] threw my key card into the drop box and slid it out to me. After driving around and around trying to park our vehicle and trailer we get into the room and see there is no way with the tiny beds that we can all fit without something else. My husband called and asked if they could at least send up some extra bedding so a bed could be made on the floor. The room was old and dirty looking, burn holes in the sheets and pet hair on the carpet. We could hear people in the room next to us all night in and out in and out and coughing and talking...all night. The employees were not kind or curtiuos AT ALL. "Ok, but not what I expected."
Our room was in the building behind the Cracker Barrel. The room was obviously in the flood. The ceiling was dirty and the wallpaper was peeling by the door. There was paper and pubic hair on the floor in the bathroom when we checked in. The TV stand was unstable and the TV wobbled. My room was ready when I arrived, but there were other patrons in the […] lobby upset that their rooms were still not ready at 6:00 when check-in is 3:00. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Perfect location for attending convention"
We had a very nice time staying here. We saved a lot of money too! Everything was clean and the employees were friendly. The breakfast area was well stocked and clean. It was so close to the Gaylord Convention Center and convenient for us to travel back and forth, it was even close enough to walk.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good value for price"
Hotel is close to attractions. It is obviously an older hotel, but clean. Bed was comfortable, staff friendly. A close walk to some shops & restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel was doing renovations at the timer we were there. Minor issue. Great price for the area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
room was ok for the price. I was a little disappointed on the size of the room. It looked a lot bigger and nicer in the photos. The continental breakfast did not have anything that a diabetic could eat.Genuine Expedia guest review
Would definitely stay at Fiddlers Inn on our next trip.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Looks like an older hotel that needs some work done. Staff is excellent and friendly. Loved the location and room was clean. I will stay again next time I go to the opry.Genuine Expedia guest review
Beds you feel coils. Bathroom dirty. Water verily runs. Stool loose from floor. Had to call about excessive noise. Terrible nights sleep.Genuine Expedia guest review
"nice and friendly"
Location was very good for visiting the Grand Ole Opry Show. Staff was helpful. Rooms okay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I've stayed there before and will likely stay there again. Very easy to get to and from for anything in the Nashville area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The wifi sucked. It would take 20 minutes to get connected and 2 minutes for it to disconnect. This was the problem for all 3 days. I called the front desk about it twice and was hung up on. The desk clerks couldn't of cared less. Room was ready for an update 10 years ago. We won't be going back. I'll spend another 50 a night before going back. Continental […] breakfast is served in a room on the 3rd floor. It's just a place that obviously hasn't been investing its profits in the facility. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Disappointed in the Details"
I chose this property and booked thru Hotels.com due to the price, proximity and shuttle service to a conference site. Had trouble from the moment I checked in with a lost reservation and being told that my American Express card was declined - even though I had already paid in full (not by AMEX) and had confirmation in hand - until the moment I left […] when the shuttle I reserved was cancelled with no notification and I was told to walk, then hung up on. horribleGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel was pitiful. The pictures are very deceiving. The bed was awful. The sheets looked like they had not been changed. The room smelled like smoke although it is supposed to be a non smoking room . There was a party that went on near my room til about 4 in the morning which sounded like it was right in the room with us. The only good thing about […] this hotel is the location. paid $70 wasn't worth $40. very disappointed Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Crappy, crappy, crappy!"
I booked a room through expedia.com (love that website). The room I got was NOT the room I booked. I tried to call the front desk from the phone on the night stand and the phone did not work. So, I went back to the office to tell the lady at the desk, she very 'matter-of-factly' told me my room was not available. She didn't offer an apology or make […] any effort to fix it. The room was lousy and I wanted to leave then but didn't want to waste $100. This hotel is ridiculous and I'll tell everyone I know not to ever stay there. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"A great place for a short visit"
Myself and some friends of mine stayed the night at the Fiddler's Inn on a Saturday night. We had plans on the town, and wanted to do some shopping at Opry Mills while we were in Nashville. This place was affordable, the people were friendly, and it's in a great location. I would definitely return to this hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
A light bulb in the room was broken with glass on the table... the shower head was so nasty Lauren didn't want to shower until I cleaned it. There was a hole in the shower wall. The staff was polite.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Room was ok. TV was dark even though the hotel staff did swap it out with one a little better. The Bath needed some serious up grades and caulking repairs. The check in staff had very bad colds and should have never waited on folks! Other than that ok.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel was in a great location. Near some great restaurants, Opryland and Opry mall. Some great places were within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Great location. Outdated hotel."
The hotel is in a great location, but it needs a lot of work and updating. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The shuttle was a good perk to stay at this hotel; however, it left almost twenty people in front of the lobby without even stopping. I won't be recommending this place to my friends. Highly disappointed.Genuine Expedia guest review

This small motel is at a great location for looking at the Christmas lights, shopping at Opry Mills Mall or seeing a show. It is a mid-range motel and was great for a one night stay at a reasonable rate.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not what I expected"
The ratings for Fiddlers were much higher than the actual experience. They had a lot of trouble finding the reservation. We reserved a two bed room and got a one bed room on the 3rd floor. Elevator only services one side of the building. All in all not a good experience.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

This Inn is right across the street from Opry Mills and The Grand Ole Opry. Last minute accomodations for handicap.Genuine Expedia guest review
We found the Fiddler Inn to be very accessible to all of the Opry events. The staff was friendly, room clean. The Fiddlers Inn is not the Hilton or the Hampton, but it did have clean, comfortable rooms.Genuine Expedia guest review
