Great studio apartment - has everything you need for a conference visit. Extremely clean and unit is well maintained. Oaks was immediately opposite the convention centre, which was perfect for attending a conference there. Has a gym but only one cardio machine (treadmill) so it might not be available when you go.

Smart, tidy, modern and clean hotel. Great location, close to Casino, Mall, Railway, Restaurants & Pubs. Disappointed that mixer tap in shower/ bath did not work however filled spa with shower faucet. Spa jets were slow and not produce many bubbles. Room did not have any brochures/ attraction pamphlets on Adelaide which would have been handy.

I booked a two-bedroom delux apartment only got one small bathroom. Very disappointed. The phone is not working. The kettle is broken. Not worth the price. Need a face lift. The location is not bad.

Our party of 4 enjoyed our stay in a two-bedroom apartment. We made good use of our kitchen (reasonably well equipped), the washing machine/dryer, the air-conditioning and the gymnasium. We appreciated being so near the river and the significant buildings etc, on North Terrace and the bus stop just outside was welcome on the very hot days . A very pleasant experience all round. Centrally located, handy to transport, restaurants, shopping and hire cars. Facilities at the hotel were excellent. Certainly one of the high lights of a fantastic girls weekend for us.

Overall very comfy and certainly convenient for conference centre and casino. But fridge froze everything first day and I hadn't changed setting.Also exhaust over cooker not working and took forever to manage to close dishwasher powder drawer.

The room itself was fine but unfortunately they are building next door and we were woken by jack hammers etc at 7.30am not good when you get to bed 3am. Ask for a room at the other end of the building.

As two adults and an older child we found this apartment plenty big enough. The third bed was placed in the living room which made it a bit tight but it meant we had the couch as well so plenty of comfy seating. Loads of cupboard space, a galley laundry and kitchen meant that we could unpack and stow the suitcases for our 3 days in Adelaide. I was busy […] at a conference across the road, perfect location, while the others enjoyed the gym lap pool, spa and sauna, wandered around the city, visited the zoo and caught the tram to Glenelg. When I was booking this accomodation, I was a little nervous as there were some awful reviews, however after speaking to somebody that has stayed at the Oaks Embassy previously, I went ahead and booked. Our overall experience was excellent, the one bedroom unit was very modern, clean and well equipped. We booked car parking which was easy to access […] in and out. Whilst we did not have too much to do with the reception staff, when we had any queries, they were friendly and helpful. Good hotel, room facilities (I.e. laundry) particularly useful since travellling around. Friendly staff. Disappointing that reported room 'defects' (bathroom light & tepid shower) not dealt with. Overall a good stAy.

A very nice room (double bedroomed apartment on the 12th floor). It was large, with a firm bed and good sheets. There were a lot more in-room facilities that I realised before staying - microwave, washing machine, good size fridge, oven and hobs.

Room not available at checkin time of 2pm, had to wait in foyer with no seats available everyone else were waiting for their rooms. Seems they can charge , exorbinate rates for the holiday season but keep minimal staff on. Bathroom not clean with lots of old mould around it. Wouldnt stop there again.

I got a large apartment with a large balcony for a very good price. Decor was modern and pleasant. It was spotlessly clean. The view from the balcony was expansive but, because I had a cheaper room, not what you would call beautiful. Some students staying at the hotel, decided to remove all of the "Do Not Disturb" signs from room doors one night. No […] harm done but when I explained at the Front Desk and asked for a replacement sign, they immediately offered an upgrade to another room and were most concerned and wanted to follow-up. This hotel is just for holiday-makers, families and couples, not for a business person. Facilities are excellent and very convenient to CBD. However, I think my choice was mistake because I thought it was a hotel-type accomodation. If I were with my wife, it could be great!

The location was perfect for us. Directly opposite the Convention Centre and two blocks to Rundle Mall. We were out early each day, to follow the Tour Down Under and only had to drive out the front and were on the main roads. We had some problems with pre-booked car parking, but the hotel manager and customer service centre had it all fixed in under […] 24 hours, before we arrived, very impressed with the customer service and friendly hotel staff . We were in a one bedroom apt. The room had everything you need, there was a full gym, and one of the most comfortable beds I have every slept in at a hotel. We were on level 8 and even on Fri & Sat nights when the nightclub is open on the ground floor we didn't hear anything. The only downsides, were the lifts (a bit of pot luck if the one you were in would take you to your floor. Also pre-book your car parking as there is limited spaces on site and other car parks, while close by are double the price. We will stay there again next time we are in Adelaide. Read more

We wanted a well appointed apartment in central Adelaide. That is exactly what Oaks Embassy provided. We were fully satisfied. The room was pleasant, comfortable and well-equipped. The only improvement we would suggest would be a cafetiere in the kitchen equipment.

Veldig flott hotell å bo på. Da det var et leilighetshotell, var det ideelt å bo på over en lengre periode. Kjøkkenet hadde det man trengte for å lage alle måltider der. Beliggenheten er noe avsides fra hovedgatene, men det tar kun 10-15 minutter å gå dit. Kanskje et lite pluss også, at man kommer litt unna bråk fra festgatene! 2ベッドルームジャグジー付の部屋に家族4人で2泊しました。、旅先の外食に飽きていたので広くて使いやすい台所で鍋でご飯を炊きました。ひさびさの和食に家族はほくほく。洗濯機、乾燥機、食洗機、食器などもひととおｒついて自宅にいると同じ、いえそれ以上に快適でした。眺めもとてもよく、グレネルグの海岸の方まで見渡せました。　年始でしたが近くの充実したコンビニも開いていて、ランドルモールまでも徒歩5分で買い物にも便利でした。　難点は、リビング側の窓の下が歓楽街で夜遅めの時間まで音楽が聞こえたことです。大みそかだったら寝られなかったかもしれませんね。部屋の向きのリクエストができるならトラムの通る北向きにするとよいと思います。

アデレードのシティー自体がほぼ徒歩圏内なので歩いてどこでもいけます。ホテルの近くにはシティー内無料のトラムが走っているので、しかも夜の１２時過ぎまで走っているので便利。スタンダードデラックスに一人だったのですが、もちろん部屋も広く、二人でも十分なくらい。１１階で眺めもよくこの価格で最高に満足でした。ただシャワーが備え付けで日本人にとっては使いずらいかも…外国のホテルなれしてる方は大丈夫ですね。五泊しましたが静かに快適に過ごせました。次回もアデレードにきたらまたこのホテルに泊まると思います。
