Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only problem we had was that they were doing remodeling on exterior and noise was a concern but expected.

Loved that it was a smaller resort and not over crowded . Was disappointed that at 5:00 when we arrived after driving all the way from Ohio our room was still not ready . When check in was 4:00 very stressful when you have 5 kids in the car. Over all I would stay again

Check-out is 10 a.m. Room not available until 5:30 pm. Parking garage available; however, not enough clearance for an oversized vehicle. Limited parking available outside of garage, and all taken by small vehicles. Hotel should limit these spaces to individuals with handicaps and oversized vehicles. Absolutely loved the setup of our room.... We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was very nice.... Loved the outdoor pool and spa as it was very nice... The tiki bar was nice and had reasonable prices and good food... Close to beach, recreational sites, grocery stores. Appreciated complimentary laundry facilities. Kitchen outfitted well with necessities for cooking and having meals in room. Major complaint - only one elevator working which made long waits for elevator to reach your floor.

We stopped in Daytona on the way back from orlando. We loved the location of the hotel. Its right on the beach and a very short walk to the pier with bars and restaurants. We also liked that it had a full kitchen and the bedroom was separate from the living room :). The hotel is a little dated. The carpet in the hallway looked like it had been there […] since the early 80s. The kitchen and tvs were new so that helped. The king bed was super comfortable but the pull out bed wasn't for the kids. There was also construction going on so that noise was terrible. Super nice, I stayed one night with my wife and daughter. We arrived a little early the front desk gave us a parking pass, beach towels and beach toys to use while we waited for our check in time. the room was nicer than appeared in photos on website. We had a great time would def stay again.

Never stay here!!!! we asked for a balcony an we got a room with the roof view of dirty pigions.. hotel personnel refused to accommodate us with a new room..or a discount on this room..beware of rooms #203 -203a ..we booked this with another couple visiting from Ny...we were so embarrassed an disgusted ...we will never stay here again..

Very nice place to stay, we enjoyed our room a lot. Great location, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff was excellent and room was spotless. Only complain was the construction noise early in the morning. We got a great price, so it evened itself out. Highly recommend.

First time at this hotel and last time at any other! Our group of twelve loved this hotel! The rooms were great, it was clean, there were plenty of activities for kids, pool/bar was awesome (wish the tiki bar stayed open later). But this is definitely our new vacation spot for our annual Daytona trip!

We arrived after the 4pm check-in time to find that our room was not yet ready. Once it was ready, we discovered that our room was not ocean view. When calling to question this, we were told that the ocean was visible from the balcony - indeed, if I leaned over the balcony I did see some water. Very misleading. The balcony in the bedroom area was dirty, […] so we just closed the curtains. We did like the free parking and full kitchen, but the place did not feel particularly clean. The hallways smelled like potpourri on top of stale cigarette smoke. They managed to make a brand new flat-screen TV look like something from the 80's - could use some technical assistance with the setup... Luckily, we only booked one night here. Read more

I spent seven nights at the regency and I enjoyed every night. We didn't have a total oceanfront room but the view was magnificent. I could lay in bed and see nothing but the ocean and you could also see from the living room. The strip was to the left and the ocean on the right. The best view I ever had from a hotel room. The elevator was out of order […] late one but was fixed the very next day promptly. The underground parkin garage was also a nice addition, considering the rain and heavy winds half of the stay. It was secure and monitored by security. The hotel was in walking distance from the oceanwalk. Two huge nice gas grill to use. Outdoor pool had a water slide, indoor jacuzzi and indoor pool. Our stay at the hotel was nice. We have stayed here before. The hotel is nice. This year the weather was terrible when we arrived. The hotel had no hot water as a result and we were not told. I feel we should have been told when we checked in. Also the slide at the pool was closed due to contruction and I think we should have been told about this also. […] I bring several children with me and they love the slide. I arrived after 5:30 pm following horrific travel delays. For some reason, "my" room wasn't ready because people had just vacated it (although checkout time was 10 am). There were other rooms available that were not at the same category level, but if I took one of those, my nightly would NOT be reduced!! Technically I had been paying for tha room since […] 4 pm and now I had nowhere to go :( The manager cam out and told me the room was now ready and gave me a key. When I went up to the room, there were 4 housekeeping people trying desparately to get it clean. So, I couldn't use the bathroom and clean up for a meeting that I had to go to immediately. Surely there must have been other rooms, or they could have given me one at a lowere rate. Read more

This hotel is excellent. Yes, we did have a view of the hotel next door, however, all you have to do is step out onto the balcony to view the ocean. The room, hotel and service are well above average. We did have one issue when checking in, it seems their reservation system had mixed our reservation with another persons with similar name. This is a very nice hotel and I am actually surprised that it isn't rated as a Four star Hotel. The 1 bedroom suite is very large and spacious, The King sized bed is super comfy! The location couldn't be better, Very close to Ocean Walk and a short walk to the Boardwalk and Main st.

Excellent hotel right on the ocean. Great little poolside bar with plenty of food options - fresh food! Suites were very spacious and the hotel is very close to everything! Great staff (especially those that catered to the children's events) - We had a blast!

Hotel accomendations were great. The location was ideal for Bike Week. Walking distance to Main Street. The Kiki Bar was great and had a great menu. We will definitly rent again next year. The only issue was that they did not provide daily maid service. Which is okay; I just did not know I had to chase clean towels down.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. We booked a two bedroom and had plenty of room for our family. The rooms were clean and well stocked and the pool was great for the kids even in the cold weather. The only thing that bothered me was the view, because we were on the second floor we were basically street level and we looked over an alley, across from the parking garage of the hotel next door. Request higher up, or the left side of the hotel.

The hotel and staff were great, super clean place. Don't fall for the time share pitch though. They called me and asked if I would come to an hour and a half thing to learn about their time shares. They said we would get free breakfast and a $75 visa gift card. We got up there (we had to bring my 5 yr old with us) it wasn't breakfast but a few packaged […] sugary snacks. The guy got really angry and was super hateful when we weren't interested. Then they only gave us a $50 gift card. I didn't realize that unti late that night.
