Overall, really nice room. Lot of room and sinks (3!) Super clean. Plenty of free parking. Room service from Ruth's Chris (pricey). Free breakfast with made to order omelets. (plus the usual hot & cold breakfast stuff) Beautiful lobby with koi pond and trees. Convenient, but slightly tricky to get to location. It doesn't look like that's the road you are supposed to turn on if you are coming in from the north. We had to trust the gps & map. Oh and you have to pay for wifi unless you are a member of their rewards program - that's the only "con".

I was very disappointed that this was advertised a Non-Smoking Hotel and from the time I stepped in I could smell smoke in the Lobby, in the Elevator and in the room that was labeled non-smoking. As a result I could not sleep well from the alergies this affected. I got home and continually got worse I will not stay there again and will advise my friends […] and relatives not to stay there. Non-Smoking is supose to be NON-SMOKING!! Read more

Check in was smooth and that's all. Ice machine on all floors was broken, had to go out to buy ice. The microwave in the room didn't work and when I needed fresh towels I was told I had to come to the front desk to pick them up.

I was a great experience it is off the beating path so it is very quiet. I will go back there again it was well worth the money. The staff were very friendly as well.
