Other than the hallways being under construction and the numbers to the rooms written in sharpie next to the door our stay was very comfortable. We were... warned at the front desk to not pay attention to the walls because they had ripped the old wallpaper off and were in the process of putting up new. This is not an expensive hotel so I felt I got more than my money's worth. There is a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not great, but there are lots of restaurants and shops literally across the road. The room was clean and comfortable.

I enjoyed my 3 nights stay. The hotel staff was very polite and friendly, no complaints there. However I didn't like that the stairway had a broken step and that was the second entrance to the building, there was only one way in and out due to the fact that you couldn't use the stairway and on my floor the ice machine was broken, had to go to another […] floor to get ice very inconvenient and the snack machine was out of order. But the free breakfASTwas awesome, had a choice of hot or cold, didn't like that the front desk clerk stood there and watched you fix your food like she was a bodyguard for the breakfast line. Oh my refrigerator in my room was also nasty, had to clean it out myself with cleaning supplies that the front desk clerk gave me. The bed was comfy and pillows were soft, room itself was clean, Pool area was pleasant, spa was entirely too hot! Couldn't enjoy the water. But in all it was a pleasant stay, I would book again just hope all out of order signs are gone and rectified! Read more

Check in process took entirely too long considering I booked through hotels.com; Required 3 room changes due to conditions of rooms. Older hotel and 2 out of 3 of the room's I was changed into had the smell of mildew. Glad I only stayed for one night. Would not recommend to anyone.

The room smelled like a very old carpet that had been cleaned and not been dried up appropriately. The pillows were so small and seemed old. Overall okay hotel but would not go back there again.
