"The Accomodations were fine."

We were pleased with the accomodations however the breakfast buffet was terrible, tasteless eggs, poor produce, hard pancakes and pd. $10.95 to boot! Get your breakfast else where.

Overall, this hotel is as expected for the price point. Access to the hotel is difficult and quality of food offerings in surrounding area not very high.

Just perfect for our needs. Ideally located off the Massachusetts Turnpike, close to Boston (about 30min by car). It was also conveniently close to shops, movie theater, mall, etc. Clean room, great location, great price. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for one night in a king-sized room - it was nice enough, the bed was comfy, there was a desk and a loveseat and the room had a small balcony (unused by us, as it was freezing out). The hotel was pretty convenient to the Mass Pike and Rte 9, and the pool & health club seemed fine (we used neither). It was rather cold in our room, even after turned the thermostat up to 74 degrees, and our bed had only a thin comforter - there were no extra blankets anywhere in the room. The following morning, we decided to have the hotel brunch, and while our standards/expectations for a hotel buffet brunch are not particularly high, "Jake's" (the "restaurant" in the hotel lobby) still managed to disappoint us. The reconstituted eggs had a plasticky, fishy taste and were inedible and when I tried to get some oatmeal, the entire pot had completely congealed around the ladle and it was physically impossible to pull it out (I had cereal instead). There was an "eggs to order" station, but no one manning it - the waitress also disappeared into the kitchen for nearly the entire time we were trying to get service - I had to hunt around to find a coffee urn, which I suppose the waitress was supposed to pour for us. In summation - the hotel was clean, in decent shape, but avoid the restaurant there like the plague.

The limited staff were all fine. Their English was not the best. Morning breakfast was nice but the evening meal was okay. I guess it's because I was the only guest.

Very good hotel and a good price for the location. The only thing that I didn't like was the front desk clerk's service response time when checking out. I walked up to the desk and she didn't immediately acknowledge me and seemed to take her time doing some desk work while I stood there waiting. A small item, but something that I had experienced before at a Marriott. I didn't feel like their #1 customer. Just my opinion, but I would stay there again.

I have taken my kids to the Courtyard Marriot in Natick for "slumber parties" several times. Over the long winter it gets them out of the house and active. The primary attraction to us is the pool. It's got great hours and a hot tub too. The rooms have always been clean and the staff has always been great. I will be spending more sleep overs there in the future and am looking into renting the function room for an upcomming event.
