I won;t recommend this hotel for the following reasons: When I arrived to this hotel the personal was nice and friendly at the check in. When I went to my room it was not the room that I reserved I went to talk to the front desk lady and she told me that she will talk to the manager in the morning and that she will correct that. The real plus side t this hotel are the city views, especially at nght. Be sure to book aroom with "city view" in the title. Also, the floor numbering scheme runs bakwards (you enter at the "L" level and the floor numbers increase as you go down). When you chek-in, ask a room on floors 1-4 (higher up) for the best views. Great hotel - higher end than typical US Holiday Inn. Beautiful view over the city of Queretaro. Incredible story - I am accustomed to the kindness and warmth in Mexico. However this surprised me: I called the front desk late at night inquiring for an open grocery store. The front desk staff unfriendly. Bed sheets dirty. Housekeeping staff unresponsive (we asked twice for an extra towel and never got it). Liky fawcet in the bathroom sink.We couldn't sleep because of the noise from the club.

El único detalle que no me gustó fue que en la habitación se escuchaban ruidos como si en otra habitación estuvieran reparando plomería o el sistema de aire acondicionado. Estos ruidos fueron constantes durante toda mi estancia.

Bien en todo, destaca el buen servicio y deseo de ayudarte, camas cómodas y buen buffet los domingos. Si te toca mal clima, la opción de que el hotel te proporciona pases para acudir al club de enfrente con alberca techada para mi marcó diferencia. Solo tuvo 2 inconvenientes la estadía: Que la caminadora del gimnasio hace falso contacto y se apaga […] y que se acaban justamente los vales de cortesía para acudir al club deportivo. Por todo lo demás es un buena opción, incluso buscaré que el hotel me asegure los pases del club deportivo para tomar este hotel como casa de fin de campo durante un tiempo. Read more

Llegué 3:30pm al hotel y mi habitación no estaba, tuve que esperar hasta despues de las 6:00pm. Muy mala atención en la recepción. Las instalaciones de la alberca son insuficientes (12 camastros para un hotel de más de cien habitaciones) ¡es ridículo!. La música en el area de la alberca es muy molesta y de muy mal gusto (cuál música de pesero).

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado en la zona, la habitación muy cómoda y con una linda vista. El buffet de desayuno es grande y de buena calidad. Agradable servicio. Recomendable para quedarse en esta zona de la ciudad.

Aún cuando el hotel es comodo, agradable y muy aseado, ahora tienen una construcción a un lado y hay ruido desde muy temprano en las habitaciones que dan hacia ese costado por lo que no es muy conveniente hospedarse ahí por ahora.
