Convenient location for Roissybus and Metro but hotel rooms are tiny and the elevator is unusably small (can barely fit one bag or one person - but not both at the same time). Beds are hard and bathrooms small. It was hot with no AC. When we asked for a fan, the receptionist could not get into the store room to retrieve because he did not have a key. Sleeping with windows open in Paris is not possible because of city noise. Hotel is undergoing construction which does not help at all. AC is a must. WIFI was free but I could only connect one of our devices. This hotel is not recommended for anything but a short one-night stay, in cool weather, with minimal or no baggage (business perhaps). The hotel staff were charming and accommodating. Our room was on the 7th floor with a grand view of Sacre Coeur. The toilet left a little to be desired as it was tightly against the wall, but that is a minor issue. Great neighborhood. We felt safe and comfortable. Terrific bar down the street for breakfast. It was amazing.

Stayed 2 nights at the Peletier Haussman. Man at front desk was very helpfull and spoke good english. Room was basic , just OK. Location was good , close to major Department stores and very convenient to the metro. Mcdonalds right down the street. Had a better stay here than I did at another Paris hotel days later, Room and bath clean.

Watch out for this hotel!!! Breakfast will cost you around nine dollars for bread and coffee. They make you think it's included. Only does Hotels.com tell you in in tiny print that it is not. They won't tell you it inst included and there are no signs. They don't ask you to pay that day- only when you check out do you find out that you have to pay almost […] $20 for bread. The rooms are the smallest ever and there is no room for your suitcases or to walk even 3 feet. You have to pay even more tax even after Hotels.com charges you. The best part of our stay is the friendly, polite and helpful staff. The lobby is cozy and charming. The overall condition of the hotel is good. The room was small, but well appointed, the bed firm but comfortable, the pillows soft and fluffy. The bathroom was clean and spacially adequate. There was no iron in the room, but one was promtly provided upon request along with extra hangers. Continental breakfast served in the cozy dining area was basic; bread, croissant, butter, jelly, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice; much more than you can expect from a cafe for the same price. The location is great, very central with walking access to all the major attractions and neighborhoods. There is a bus stop almost at the front door of the hotel and 2 major metro lines 1 to 2 blocks away. The neighborhood seemed safe, is mostly a business area so kind of quite at night, but in walking distance to some more residental areas and lively cafe lined streets. We were easily able to walk to the Opera, Louvre, Place Vendome, Sacre Coeur, Montmatre and even Notre Dame, Latin Quarter and Saint Germain if you really don't mind walking. There is much to see along the way. If you don't expect too much from a 2 star hotel you won't be disappointed. My only con is the mustty smell of the carpet in the room which may be from rain through an open window. Also, the legendary tiny elevator is minute. Read more

今回で2回目です。荷物を運ぶエレベ-ターは大人二人乗れば一杯ですが、 大体プチホテルはこんなものでしょう。 フロントのスタッフは親切、部屋も古さは感じますが、プランタンやラファイエット オペラ、歩いてもたいした事はなく、メトロ8号線もすぐ前にありどこに行くのも便利。 大体サントノーレ、サンラザールなどは歩きました。 値段もお安く、朝食もジュース・クロワッサン・フランスパンコーヒーか紅茶と コンチネンタルですが6ユーローと安く、寝るだけに帰る方は絶対お勧め。 近くにスーパー・和食・マック色々食べるところも豊富で、また利用したいと思います。 WIFIも無料で使えます。

施設は値段並みといったところだが、立地は買い物、観光に適しておりオススメできる。一人利用が適している印象。メトロ8,9号線Richelieu Drout駅から徒歩1分程度、デパートのプランタン、ラファイエットへも徒歩10分もあれば行ける。行きはCDG空港からはRoissybus利用、停留所から徒歩10分程度。日曜日は周辺の商業施設が休業なので人通りは少ないが、デパート開店時間は人通りも多く治安の不安もないと感じた。帰りは20番バスでAuber停留所（PERのAuber駅近）まで行けば、Roissybusの出発する場所まですぐなので、荷物が増えても問題なし。ホテルの施設はシャワーの出が悪いが使えないほどではない。エレベーターはスーツケース1個と1人が限界の大きさだが、一人で利用するならば何とか […] なる。チェックアウト後の荷物はロビーに置くだけで受取証のようなものはくれなかった（パリでは標準なのかも知れないが）ことは不安だったが、結果としては何ら問題なかった。チェックアウト時に市税を現金で支払う必要あり。 Read more

オペラ座に近く、コンコルド広場やシテ島、モンマルトルなど散歩がてら徒歩で行けます。近くにはパッサージュやギャレロワイヤルもあり、近所散策も楽しかったです。ホテルの受付の方や掃除の方など、どなたも親切で愛想も良く、気持ちよく滞在できました。ただ、ホテルの壁が薄く、隣の部屋や廊下の音が少し気になります。まぁ、夜中も外でサイレンを鳴らしながら車も走っていることですし、音に特に敏感な方じゃなければ問題ないと思います。設備の暖房やドライヤーなど問題なく使えますが、設備は全体的に少し古びた印象は受けます。日本と違い、物を長く使う欧州の文化だと思えば気にならないですね。

立地が便利。ギャラリーラファイエットから徒歩5分しません。 スタッフは親切です。 エレベーターの狭さと一部ホテル施設の老朽化のコメントばかりでしたので宿泊しましたが、本当にそうでした。 部屋の壁が一部めくれていたり、バスタブの栓が手で開けないと排水できない、ドアのかぎが開けにくいなどの不備と、確かにシャワーの水圧は悪かったですが、蛇口のほうからの水流は問題なかったです。清潔に清掃はされています。 冷蔵庫も備えつきで、なかにワイングラスも２つありました。電子キーのセーフティーＢＯＸがあるのも便利。 ただ壁は薄いようで、となりの音は結構聞こえました。 総合的にホテル代が高いパリのこの場所でこの価格はお値打ちだと思います。
