My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I appreciate not being upcharged for wifi even though I carry my own now-a-days. Only criticism is the qualiity of the breakfast was poor but it beat the heck out of nothing.

This place was excellent! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great service! Only thing I did notice is the keys to the rooms took a few tries to get in and I was given a bill when I pre-paid. The lady up front took care of it once I brought it to her attention but I would recommend this place and stay again!

We spent the holiday weekend here. The room was huge which was great because we had our 2 boys with us. The only downside was being on a smoking floor. The room did NOT smell of smoke but the hallway sure did! Breakfast was great too.

It's a Holiday Inn, and I'm used to staying in more upscale places; however, put that aside, this place was clean and well kept. Is the interior somewhat dated? Yup. Could the inside of the room be more visually appealing? Yup. Was it clean, close to a ton of restaurants and stores, and filled with a friendly helpful staff? Sure was. The room that was assigned to us appeared to have an occupant already - there was a "do not disturb" flag in the key slot. Had to revist the front desk to get another room. The bill had not been slipped under my door. Since I was leaving early, this was important to me. The hotel was great. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was great (pancakes, bacon, eggs, etc.). The hotel even had a pancake maker. Great stay.

Upon arrival we stood at the lobby desk for five minutes while desk clerk held a personal phone call. The desk clerk asked us to cnnfirm our credit card number in her records, which of course was the hotels.com number of which she did not understand. She then spoke our room number out loud. When attempting to enter our room the maid stopped us to say […] the room was not cleaned. The maid expressed to us her frustration with the desk clerk and this had happened several times that day. We returned back to the lobby where we were given another room, and again - with people standing around the lobby - the desk clerk gave us our room number out load. She did not write it down until I asked her to. In our second room the lock did not work properly unless you manually pushed the bolt back in after opening the door. The toilet did not flush properly every other time requiring us to take the tank cover off and manully for it to flush. Yuck!!! While we are big fans of Hotel.com, we do not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again. Read more

Checking in was a breeze and the lobby was lovely, but when I went to my room at the end of the hall on the first floor, I found I was next to the back door which slammed everytime it was used. The laundry room was right across the hall with all the accompanying noise and traffic. I was also quite concerned when I saw that a crowbar, or some such tool […] had been used to open the door and there was a gap between the door and the frame. One could look into the room from the hall. I had been told that the hotel was full, so no other room was available. My room was perfectly clean and neat and the only other complaint I had was there was no refrigerator in the room to keep my drinks cold. My son had a room on the 3rd floor. His complaint was about the noise level there. Neither of us rested well for the 3 nights we were there. Read more
