Stayed here for one night on the 25th February. Very convenient location close to the railway station. A lot of building work going on in the the area at the moment. Check-in was very fast. Room was perfectly adequate, nice large flat screen tv on the wall, good sized bathroom. My only gripe was with the shower in the bathroom. The pressure was so strong […] that the shower wouldn't stay in the wall holder and I ended up spraying they whole of the bathroom. Mess! The hotel doesn't have a separate bar but you can have a drink in the lobby area which also serves as the breakfast room! You can eat in the hotel but we chose to go to a local restaurant across the road which was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good, large choice of foods although their hot food was only warm. Perfectly satisfactory. Checkout was very fast and the stay was very pleasant. Clean comfortable business hotel, beside railway station and short (less that 10 mins) walk to town centre. Very quiet. Only negatiive is set up of bar / dining room which is an extension of the reception area and not very comforting / inviting to sit for a drink or meal, though food was reasonably good. Small number of large tables meant that on two […] of three days, I had to share a table with other guests for breakfast. Would stay again though. Read more
"Absolutely brilliant hotel"
Stayed here 3 nights after I fell ill the day before, so was praying for a decent hotel to recover in. Boy did I get it! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The room was spotlessly clean, a decent size, very modern and well presented and organised. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the station, and 5-10 minutes walk from the town centre, […] very convenient! There is also an ICA supermarket 5 minutes away. The restaurant menu is rather expensive, I ended up getting the traditional beef dish. The portion sizes are pretty small, but oh my gosh - it was one of the yummiest meals I've had in my life. I also went down to get food at midnight. The member of staff on duty was incredibly sweet, and made me 2 sandwiches which she didn't charge me for, and gave me money off the drink I ordered too. She pointed out that you can ring down and get a main meal made for you whilst the restaurant is open and it can be reheated later in the evening if you're the type who eats late at night. This hotel is close to being perfect in my eyes, there was only 1 negative I had in my stay - which was the breakfast. There arn't nearly enough breakfast tables to accommodate a hotel of that size, and they were all full. I went down at 9.45 before it ended at 10, and although I was allowed to take a tray back up to my room, all the hot food had gone (despite plenty of demand for it still), which was a real shame. Exemplary staff, very knowledgeable and helpful to this foreign traveler. Room was spacious with many amenities. The only complaint I had was that this room needed better fitting room darkening shades. In a country where it’s twilight at midnight and the sun is way up at 3AM,this exhausted traveler from the US would have preferred the room to be darker. […] But otherwise this hotel had it all. Good hotel to stay in if you have an early flight the following morning. The rooms are new and clean. The bathrooms are a decent size for Europe. The bed was uncomfortably hard. Hyggelig service innstillt personell. For få personell til frokost når alle bord er opptatt rekker de ikke få fylt opp frukt m.m. på koltbordet raskt nok.Ellers er det meste meget bra og hotellet svare til 4 stjerner . Beliggenheten nært jernbanestasjon men rolig omgivelse er veldig praktisk.
"Centralt"
Familjen är nöjd över så gott som allt. Enda som var negativt var parkeringen som kostade extra vid hotellets baksida och då var man ändå inte garanterad plats ifall man åkte en sväng. Allt annars var till belåtenhet så detta med parkeringen drar ner de 2 punkter ovan på en annars bra vistelse.
Den mest fantastiska frukost vi ätit på länge.

Vi var där på långfredagen, så stan var lugn. Således lugnt och tyst, rymligt rum och snygg toalett med dusch. Utmärkt frukost. Bra parkering. Vi tar nog samma hotell nästa gång.

"Gott om plats för 2 vuxna och en 15-åring"
Vi bodde två vuxna och en 15-åring i ett 3-bäddsrum. Skönt med egna sängar för alla och gott om utrymme runt omkring så att man fick plats att röra sig i rummet. Vi hade till och med vår vuxna dotter på besök på en tv-kväll utan att det kändes trångt. Sängarna var sköna och badrummet även det rymligt med bra hylla för att ställa necessär mm. Frukosten […] var mycket bra, det fanns allt vi ville ha. Varma delen med krämig äggröra, gott bröd med pålägg, pannkakor till sonen, frukt, yoghurt, flingor, bakverk... Jag saknade ingenting. Veldig sentralt (rett bak tog-stationen), god service og meget god mat. Vert å merke seg at det kun er frokost i restaurangen lørdag og søndag. Bygget nytt flott kompleks, rett ved siden av. Hadde litt trøbbel med nøkkel-kort, men personalen ordnet opp med en gang.

Bra hotell med riktigt god frukost. Saknade badkar på rummet (vilket vi även bett om). Saknade även badmöjligheter, såsom jacuzzi eller pool, på hotellet, men annars riktigt bra hotell.

Något varierande bemötande av hotellpersonalen. Service minded nivån varierar bland personalen, de två personerna som vi blev bemötta av speglade två olika nivåer (låg och hög).
Mycket trevlig personal, ordning och reda. Frukosten var lagom stor. Gott om tidningar på morgonen. Hotellet är centralt i förhållande till tåg och buss. Ja jag är mycket nöjd. Jan-Erik

"Överraskning"
Vi valde detta hotell för andra gången eftersom restaurangen håller så hög kvalitet och den mat vi åt där förra gången gjorde att vi tänkte "Här måste vi bo igen" även om vi hittade billigare alternativ.....TYVÄRR är restaurangen stängd lördagkvällar, vilket gjorde oss besvikna men tack vare läget hittade vi "Stationen" i stället. "Hotell centralt i Uppsala"
Sov en natt på Park Inn med anledning av att 15-åriga sonen deltar i världens största innebandycup, Storvretacupen. Fick ett bra rum mot gatan, receptionen hjälpte till med extrasäng till 11-åringen som var med, vi nyttjade även hotellets prisvärda parkering. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal, bra frukostbuffé och fina rum gjorde detta till en bra […] upplevelse. Sen utcheckning (1200) passade oss dessutom utmärkt då vi pga cupen blev kvar längre än först planerat. Read more

Var mycket nöjd med mitt besök. Det som kunde ha varit bättre var frukosten, personalen var inte så engagerade i att fylla på när det var slut samt låg det ca 30 äpplen på ett fat och 10 var dåliga, de tar man bort...

Trevligt mottagande i receptionen. Toppen läge eftersom vi besökte konserthuset. Lugnt vid frukosten. Vi kommer att bo här igen.

Nära till Katalin om man skall på konsert. Katalin som ligger ca 100m från hotellet. Enda minus för hotellet var att endast en badhanduk fanns på rummet (dubbelrum). Vi påpekade detta men fick senare hämta handuken själv efter påstötning.
