staff was great, room was too small (we had 2 rooms in one of them the suotcase wouldnt fit anywhere but one the bed when opened) bed was really hard. all in all hilton was okay but not great

The Bracknell Hilton is a nice hotel with very pleasant staff. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the internet access is reasonable, but the beds are mediocre. Overall a nice hotel for a reasonable price.

The Bracknell Hilton is an okay hotel with a friendly staff. F&D Taxi in Bracknell provides good taxi service around Bracknell and to and from Heathrow. I can't seem to get tea at breakfast. The hotel needs renovation. The price should be lower. advantage: 5 minutes walk to underground station. no noise. I stayed two days and then I had to ckeck out becuase i did not have reservation for the rest of my trip. when I changed to another hotel I found it better location, lower price and most importantly much better hotel as overall (cleaner, […] newer). The Quality of the personal service was excellent . On arrival there where problems --- not major , with the room i was allocated . the move was quick and easy .The desl manager at the time helping personally . Parking was excellent, Reception welcoming and the room comfortable. we had to argue to have the bar opened on our return after a wedding reception. The shower was disappointing, occasionally running cold then very hot. Breakfast was very good both in quality and quantity.

Fantastic selection of food. The spa facilities need updating and deep cleansing. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. Easy access to coral reef, go ape and plenty of local restaurants. The harvester was especially good.

Small room, had to move the desk chair each time I needed to walk around the bed. Unable to log in to wi-fi service as my name and room combination weren't recognised. Thermostat for the heating had been removed. Bed side light didn't work. Breakfast didn't arrive until I phoned to chase it up. We had to have our first room changed because of the dirt and decay. The coridors and most other carpeted floors were dirty and were not vacuumed in the 3 days we were there. The breakfast bar kicking board was clean at the base ,where the mop for the floors had touched but the upper portion nearest the cupboards was filthy. Picked this hotel as it was near to Legoland. Luckily we were only staying the one night. The hotel is very tired and in need of a refurbishment. The sofabed in our family room had not been prepared and no additional bedding had been provided. The phone in the room didn't work and the toilet had been cleaned/flushed from the previous occupant. onlt there for one night between legoland trips and so comfy. would have liked a spare room for the kids but all so tired we went to sleep at 9pm anyway. great nights sleep had by all. breakfast lovely and all you could want, good variety. staff very helpful. Fab hotel, staff are welcoming, great with kids, the restaurant is very good for kids to, close to legoland, nice room, nice location. Only let down by condition of the shower in our room (I have stayed on business and it was perfect), which was old and needs replacing in the room we had - otherwise would probably have got 5s all the way!
