This place could be nice with an owner that cared. The exterior doors were filthy when we walked in, and it was downhill from there. It's been a long trip and we needed to do laundry. Some of our guests complained that the bed was too hard, but in my opinion, it was comfortable- lots of amenities-the Spa & Sauna indoors. Lots of eateries and some night life, close to Walmart. Took us about half hour to Snowbowl. Nice downstairs restaurant with great French Onion Soup.

Older hotel that has been renovated. Public areas are showing their age but rooms have been fixed up nicely. Room was very clean and staff was very courteous and helpful! Clean room. Loved the pool, spa and sauna. My only complaint is the lack of a complimentary breakfast. I bought it at the restauraunt downstairs, but for the price of the room, should of been included.

I would rate this hotel as just average. The bed was hard and our backs hurt the following days. There were signs of mold in the shower and stains on the bedspread. The safe was locked when we got there, so I called the front desk. The attendant said he would be up to open the safe in 5-10 minutes. 20 minutes later, we got a call from the attendant […] and he said he was running late. I told him that we were heading out for dinner, but gave him permission to enter and open the safe for us. We were there for two nights and the safe was never opened. The hotel is close to the train tracks, so you will hear trains go by frequently. I don't want to say that this was a horrible hotel, but I would not stay again and would pay an additional $20-$30 per night to stay at a nicer hotel. Read more

The hotel was convenient for food, a quick location off the freeway, and perfect for a weekend stay. It was clean and the bedrooms were updated to modern furniture. They need to update the bathrooms because they are a little old and need a new coat of paint. The also need a better option for Televsion. I noticed that you have to scroll through a lot […] of the channels due to signal issues and because they have the most basic cable option from their provider. A big plus is the restaurant connected to the hotel and the sports bar that comes with it. The restaurant has great customer service, good food, and great bartenders. Hotel room could have been cleaned better. Found some hairs on bed and bathroom Requested towels in early morning was told housekeeping was not done with laundry it would be more than 30 minutes What hotel does not have clean towels ?? We loved the hotel, location & amenities, Upon arrival the front desk ladies were pleasant. Parking was a bit scarce probably because of the snow. The room was nice, clean & had a balcony. The indoor pool was a bit chilly for me but my kids seemed to enjoy it. My husband & I liked the hot tub instead. The hotel had a nice sitting area. The on-site restaurant […] closed early due to frozen pipes. There was a chain restaurant open 24hrs. next door. We were satisfied. Three minor complaints; 1- there was a power surge in our room that went out in half of the room but only last for 15 mins. & 2- the heater started blowing cold air then hot (repeat) all through the night. It was alittle uncomfortable. I kept waking up hot then cold. The bedding could use a nice thick comforter instead of thin bedspread. 3- the walls are a bit thin. This hotel was fine. We were only there for one night so I really just cared about it being clean which it was. Although, definitely an old hotel it was well kept. The biggest problem is the paper thin walls. We could hear the people next to us and the child above us was ran around all night sounded like she was coming through the ceiling. For the price, I was expected 'bare bones', which would have been fine. I wish I had seen that there was an indoor pool and spa so I would have brought my swimsuit. There is also a sitting area with a fireplace. I noted there is are separate men's and women's saunas, though I didn't have the opportunity to check them out. I didn't eat at the restaurant […] located at the hotel as the menu seemed a little pricey for just wanting to get a bite. There is a restaurant across the street that's more reasonable, but I recommend only eating there for breakfast. The room was clean, except for the coffee maker, which still had a used filter in it. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were thin and lumpy (bring your own if you can, I will). We were pleasantly surprised as we entered the hotel. It appeared to be newly refurbished. The hallways looked brand new and were brightly lit. The room was clean and well cared for. My only negative comment is that the heater in the room, while working fine, was too noisy for a great night's sleep. The staff were very friendly! They provided us with directions and a map of places to play in the snow. They also called the place to see if they had sleds we could buy and offered to call a nearby Wal- Mart when there was no answer to the snow play area. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here :)

The evening staff when we arrived were friendly and inviting! The hotel lobby was decorative and festive but a bit dirty and in kept. Our room though was clean and modern, the view was quite delightful and there were nice amenities. The morning after are stay we used the pool, unfortunately for an indoor pool the water was cold and we weren't able to […] even swim, the cleanliness of the pool area itself was unacceptable!!! We immediately left the pool and went back to the room! We were on the first floor which had a sliding glass door. If you opened the door, you were open right to the parking lot which was kind of unsafe. I wish we had gotten a second floor which would have been better. It was kind of stuffy in the room so we had to keep the a/c on to keep air circulating. Hotel was better than expected for last minute booking. Price was reasonable and one of the only ones who didn't charge for extra person in room. Pool was bonus as it was inside. Decor in pool needed some work butility did not impede functionality of room. Had nice lounge areas wth fireplace and tv. Staff was very friendly.

Old hotel, some rennovations have been done over the years, but it was still a little rundown and not very thoroughly cleaned. Was very noisy at night and throughout the wee hours of the morning with people simply walking around in the hallway above. Really didn't sleep.
