"A unique experience"
We loved staying at this historical palace in a lovely area just minutes on foot from the hustle and bustle of the tourist section of Florence. The rooms were incredibly spacious and there were also many common areas to enjoy - particularly the beautiful terrace and billiards room. The staff worked hard to be very helpful. It was a delightful and very […] special experience to stay here - we highly recommend it. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"A gem in Florence!!"
Probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and that includes Ritz and Four Seasons. We were in Florence with one of our adult children and most hotels either give you a sofabed, a lumpy cot, or you have to get another room. We had a enormous suite (with 15 foot ceilings) where the "living room" was literally the size of our living room at […] home...with very comfortable seating. Both bedrooms had king beds and both bathrooms were very modern and functional (Master bath had separate bath and shower units...separate WC area as well...2 sinks) The included breakfast was magnificent as well as the rooftop deck was truly stunning. We sat up there one evening, bought a 22 euro bottle of wine and it came with cheeses and meats etc as appetizers (free). A "neighbor" guest told us that they couldn't get dinner reservations one evening, so they had 'room service" delivered to the roof deck and it was one of the best meals they had in Florence (and the setting is amazing). This hotel is across the river from many of the main tourist areas (Duomo etc.) but we could walk to virtually all of the sites, and taxis were prompt if we dined further away. An added bonus is that the streets are much quitter on that side of the river, so when you do want to sleep, you can...even with the windows open which I like to do. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this hotel!! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"The Best Kept Secret!"
The hotel has 12 suites....and they were completely filled during our visit last week. The rooms are lovely....but if you are looking for something modern...this is not the place for you! The family antiques, paintings and furnishings are throughout the hotel. It is very romantic and adds to your experience in Florence. The hotel has a roof terrace...if […] you have Emmanuel there...you are in great hands. The sunsets are spectacular from the terrace. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay and would highly recommend the hotel to our families and friends. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Good location, quiet street near Ponte Vecchio"
Very elegant and beautiful hotel. Our rooms were not large, but vast. Service was quite good. My only criticism was that we had to pay quite a lot for a third person in our room - our daughter came with us - and the bed provided was small and uncomfortable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was great! Staff couldn't be nicer. Rooms were amazing. Breakfast if not already included in your package is €25 a person, which is overpriced, in my opinion.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We loved the location on the South side of the Arno - less congested. The hotel is spectacular, preserved with antiques yet all the modern conveniences. The breakfast is elegant . My husband and son loved the rooftop terrace for an after dinner drink. The bartender was fascinating! Not to be missed if you love and appreciate old time charm. The one […] negative (which we found all over Italy), the showers are SMALL. Not built for 6'4" men! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Beautiful Rooftop View"
This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. A perfect location to walk to the sights, great restaurants on the same street and a great rooftop terrace with a view of Florence that can't even be topped by climbing the 414 steps of the Campinile.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
we had a great stay at the hotel. The location was fantatic, the staff was very helpful and the upper terrace was wonderful. We stayed in the family apartment. This made our stay even better. Having a kitchenette was a bonus for breakfast and making our own lunches. The hotel is historic, boutique and fairly quiet. Still heard people outside the window […] of our room but the bedroom was away from the street. Got lucky there. Would definitely go back to this hotel if I travel to Florence in the future. "Palatial Family Rooms"
This all-suites palace hotel was ideal for our family of six. We stayed in the Lucretia and Vittoria suites that are connected with an entryway that can be closed off from the rest of the hotel for privacy. The terrace on top of the hotel is higher than all surrounding buildings except for the churches and has spectacular views of Florence (a little […] chilly when we were there during Spring Break, but scenic nonetheless). The hotel receptionist was very helpful and let us keep our rental van in the garage until we finished our ArtViva walking tour in the late afternoon. She also arranged for a private dining area in a great restaurant, the Osteria del Cinghiale Bianco (White Boar), which is down the street from the hotel in an atmospheric area of the city. "Overnight stay in Florence"
We only stayed there one night and got a spacious two bedroom suite. We did not use any of the amenities in the suite - kitchen, dining area. The liviing room and the two bedrooms were spacious and warm (it was January). Quick note - when we checked in, the desk clerk said the breakfast (which was WONDERFUL) was complimentary. When we checkout out there […] was a bill for two breakfasts for 50 Euros or about $70 dollars. Had I known the breakfast would cost $70 I would have gotten breakfast elsewhere. My wife and I loved this hotel. We felt like we were staying in a midieval villa with modern ammenities. Everything about the hotel is top notch. "Fabulous suite, fabulous staff"
Fabulous hotel -- very luxurious suite, loved the rooftop bar, nearby restaurants were excellent. the hotel had technology issues -- phone in room and DVD player didn't work, hot water was iffy. You can feel the history in the building, and the elevator was superquaint! One of the most important qualities in a hotel -- the staff -- was superb!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"An excellent choice for experiencing Florence"
This property is perhaps unequaled for quality of service, location, and overall value on central Florence.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Recent stay at Palazzo Magnani"
This hotel is beautiful as you enter. The reception deck area is a diappointment as it is off to the side and not well designed or decorated for guests. An obvious amount of work went into the restoration and the rooms/building is impressive. The decor in the rooms was not particularly well done for my taste. Objects not appropriate for the scale of […] the room, either too big, too small or too dark in nature. Large rooms to kick back and relax in and bathroom and AC were new and working well. Staff was very responsive but at different levels of competence each time. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Palazzo Magnani Feroni is a Fabulous hotel!! Beautiful and historical with all the modern amenities. Staying in this hotel that was once a palace makes you feel like royalty and the staff treats you that way as well! Impeccable service, bed turn down, nightly bottle of water and chocolate by your bed, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The Breakfast […] room was spectacular and included in the room rate. Chose from buffet of hot breads, cereal, juices, champagne, cappuccinos, eggs ( made to order ), bacon, fresh fruit, tea, and a wait staff to assist your every need--- the list goes on and on. "5 Star except for the noise factor"
Enormous rooms, wonderfully furnished, panoramic view from the rooftop terrace. "Beautiful All Suites Hotel"
The Palazzo (Palace) is a stunning oasis in Florence, a 5 minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio bridge and the associated shopping district. Both were spacious, well equipped, and very nicely decorated. The first […] night we had dinner served on the terrace -- excellent food with a beautiful view. "Magnificent hotel in old city centre"
This former palace oozes opulence with its grand architecture, extremely spacious suites (14 in total) and character features such as massive chandeliers, marble statuary, original artworks and frescos. The roof terrace provides a superb 360 degree view over the rooftops of old Florence - the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine on a warm […] summer's night. It is ideally situated about 50m from the river and within a stone's throw of one of the best gelaterias and noted restaurants (booking essential) in the city. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful and the whole ambience of the hotel is one of quality and calm. There are tea and coffee facilities on each floor, TVs in both the sitting room and bedroom, and the owner's wines from his personal vineyards provided in the room (charged extra). A particularly pleasing feature of the hotel is its central old-fashioned lift with its polished mahogany and mirrored interior plus a velvet banquette - it brought a smile to my face every time!
