I stayed here for 4 days, got out of CDG airport, took the Per B train from just outside the airport to University, and then switched to a tram which dropped me at a stop with a 7 minute walk to the hotel. Good location. Small rooms, but clean and comfortable, Great staff, room was serviced every day, enjoyed my stay and the cost was reasonable.

We were uncomfortable with the size of the room. We were traveling with a wheelchair and found no room for it and were told there was no place to store it downstairs. Very inconvenient for those traveling with disabilities. Some of the service people were lovely, while others were rude. The man in charge in the dining room for breakfast was very unkind […] and should not be inneracting with the public. He appears efficient in other ways, however. The woman working there were much kinder in working with the public...noteably Corine at the front desk. The young man at the front desk was abrupt and rather uncaring. We would not likely reccomend this hotel to friends/family traveling to Paris. I understand the green concept, but our stay was pretty uncomfortable all the way around. First of all, their bathroom was not in good condition. I found some dirty particle on the toilet. What was that? Also, there was no bath tub and no shower curtain. What's worse was the drain hole was placed higher than its floor! So, when I took a shower, there was huge flood in the bathroom. The water (poured on the floor while I was doing a shower) […] did have anywhere to go but evaporate over night, and this makes unpleasant smell and humidity in the room. Other than the key cards not holding information, so we had to have them reprogrammed 9 times during our 7 day visit, things were pretty nice. The restaurant had a decent variety. Unfortunately, it was difficult to keep maid service out of the room regardless of a "Do Not Disturb" sign.

If you want a beautiful hotel in the heart of Paris, choose (and pay) for another. This hotel was everything we wanted- a nice, clean hotel at a moderate cost.

Only stayed one night, room was clean and big. Bed was great although bigger/more pillows would have been better. Less than 10km from Orly and close to a metro for access to Paris sights. Bit like a travel lodge but tea and coffee making in room which is a plus, one pillow not. Restaurant very acceptable for evening meal and breakfast buffet good. Drinks reasonable price. Would book again.

We came to Paris for sightseeing, so we weren't spending much time in the hotel. For this purpose, the hotel is a good choice. It's relatively close to metro, bus and tram, so it's easy to get wherever you want. The room wasn't very big and there wasn't much space to unpack our suitcase, but again, that's no problem if you use the room only for sleeping. Basically, it's very good for budget travellers. You can't do much better for that price, booking a week ahead in summer. The room had a fairly comfortable bed, a decent fan, no problems with noise, a good working shower and bath, fresh towels every day, a desk and seat - all the things you'd expect. The hotel itself is easy enough to find as its very close to the metro line with just a few minutes walk. it's very clean and modern inside and the staff are kind and friendly at the main desk and speak english which is helpful. The room itself is very clean and had everything we need, but the bed was sooo uncomfortable, me and my girlfriend are 20 […] so we're easily able to sleep anywhere on anything but we had a hell of a time trying to get a good nights sleep in our bed. The hotel maids were also very noisy in the mornings shouting up and down the corridors to each other having conversations outside our door like it was nothing which was really frustrating, the more annoying thing is that they burst into our room twice in 3 days to try to clean even though we had a 'do not disturb' sign on the door which we felt was very unprofessional and killed our lay ins. The restaurant was nice and clean but the menu felt very limited and was quite expensive so we made sure to eat out instead although the bar was quite nice and relaxing. The surrounding area is quite nice apart from the main road with all the traffic and beeping which is quite loud, theres a nice park nearby as well and all the main tourist sites are easily accessible, the eiffel tower was no more than a 30 min journey on the metro which is very good but I think if you want to see the sites you might want to pick somewhere a little more central. Stayed for 3 nights and had no problems. Hotel was easy to find, caught the metro from Paris CDG airport and was at the hotel within the hour (8.60 Euro ticket bought at the airport allows you to travel straight to the hotel). Only a 5 minute walk from the metro (Place d'Italie) and used a Paris Visitie ticket during our stay (20 Euros for 3 days). Inside […] the hotel is clean and modern looking. Rooms are small but are perfect for a few nights stay. Bathroom was spotless. Flatscreen TV in the room with tea and coffee making facilities (and very nice biscuits!) The staff were polite and spoke very good English but did appreciate the effort to speak French. Surrounding neighbourhood is a little noisy but with the windows closed you don't hear it. There were a few shady characters but walking back from the metro at midnight was not a frightening experience. NB: We did not pay any city tax when there. I enquired and it appears that the hotel is just outside the centre enough not to have to pay. This may change but is worth noting. Read more

Il n'y a rien eu à redire sur le niveau de prestations de l'hôtel par rapport au prix du séjour. Le personnel s'est montré très souriant et accueillant. … pas loin du XIIIe (quartier "chinois"), le seul danger étant le trajet entre l'hôtel et la station de métro "Porte d'Italie", 5 minutes à traverser les entrées et les sorties du périphérique intérieur.

Je séjourne souvent dans cet hôtel et j'en suis toujours satisfaite; mais cette fois ci ce n'était pas le cas: la bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas, ni la télé ni internet; la propreté des sanitaires était limite; et quand enfin j'ai pu me connecter à internet le lendemain, ça a planté au bout de quelques minutes.

Bonne impression globale. L'emplacement est idéal et il est facile de trouver une place de parking à proximité. L'accueil gagnerait à être plus chaleureux. Chambre et salle de bain propre mais chevets non nettoyés.
