the first night was a reasonable but since it was thanksgiving second night was more wasn't worth it. The carpet in fron of the sink had a big red stain not sure what it was but not very appealing.check in and check out was great. asked for a coffee pot I thought was in the room when I went to get one they had no coffee to go with it

There was no hot water no matter how long we let the water run it never got hot in the shower. The outlets did not work on the wall by the beds. The telephone did not work, we were only able to watch about 4 channels on the TV and the wifi did not work either.Even though we did not pay much I feel we paid to much. Pool was very dirty as well.

The grounds were very un-kept! The grass was about two feet high. The room had a odor, the TV remote did not work, and dirty rags were left on floor. Top it off-----We have been OVER CHARGED!!!! We paid thru HOTEL.COM and now MOTEL 6 has charged us. Could you please check this out?

The room was clean. A few stains on the sheets but overall clean. The AC unit had no middle ground so I woke up many times because I was either too hot or too cold. Also, I wanted to charge my phone next to the bed but couldn't because then the light would shut off and wouldn't charge either. Inconvenient. We got a corner room so we though we scored being next to the ice machine but it was also next to where the house keeping staff grabbed supplies, and did laundry. It was loud. The floors where filthy! I walked barefoot to the bathroom the night we checked in and noticed that the bottoms of my feet where black when I got back to bed. My infant son found dog food under the ac unit. Disgusting! I would have rather paid more somewhere else. Even though out was july there was ice sickles hanging from the ceiling above the stairs […] that were slowly dripping making puddles form on the stairs! During the check-in process, the desk clerk told me the upgrade to a king room was an extra $10.00 per night, even though I had paid for the room and requested a king room several weeks in advance. We were given card keys and sent to the back of the hotel. We tried each of the keys several times and the door wouldn't open. I called the front desk and […] was assured that when we came back to the lobby we would be given keys to a different room. Unfortunately, the clerk I spoke with had gone to a different area of the hotel and had not conveyed that information to the other clerk, so she just tried to activate the same keys. This didn't work and for a 2nd time we had to go back to the front desk. At this point my husband was aggravated with the process. They gave us keys to a different room and assured us that they would work. When we arrived at the back of the hotel again, the clerk I had spoken to on the phone was at the room where the door didn't open. I watched as she tried both the keys they had given us and then opened the door with a 3rd card key. As we walked past her, she rudely said "I don't understand, the door opened for me". My husband asked why she hadn't come to help when we called initially instead of making us go back to the front desk so many times. She replied that she was assisting another guest at the time. This was a fine hotel, especially for the price. They worked at making the place clean, and nice for an older hotel. Door to the room was little rough. They had a sticker on the door to "lift the handle to open." Kinda hard to remember to do, even with the sticker, but it for sure didn't open when you pushed down.... That and the pool didn't open till […] 9:00 AM, and we were ready for swimming by 7:30 am, and had to wait. Even then there were folks waiting around for the 9:00 opening, and the staff finally made it out a few minutes late to unlock the gate. But it was very clean and nice when we did use the pool. The Speedway, in Daytona was our purpose for the trip, and it was an easy hop and a skip down I-95. Thanks for the stay! Read more

I was unhappy the water came out brown in the shower and we were scared to brush our teeth so we bout bottled water. There was no ice available nor was the room clean. There were spider webs when you walk in the door. This hotel was my worst experience and it is to far from the beach area.
