"very responsive staff"
Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013We enjoyed our stay and found that the hotel staff was very responsive to any requests we made or questions we had. They allowed a large group of family members to get together in the lobby/lounge on a weekend night, which was very convenient for us. When we booked the hotel we were under the impression that we'd have a small sofa sleeper in our room in addtion to the two double beds. When this wasn't the case, they quickly provided us with a rollaway bed at no charge.

"Convenient, clean, comfortable"
AmericInn exceeded our expectations! Location was perfect for our week's stay to meet our new granddaughter as our son's home was only about 10 minutes away. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfasts were excellent! We usually stay at Hampton Inns, but this experience has definitely changed our minds about where we will stay in future […] visits to Madison! "Very clean but 11am checkout"
The hotel was great. Front desk was friendly and the rooms were clean spacious enough for two bros and comfortable with two queen size beds. Close to Buffalo Wild wings and a local bar/restaurant for post-game action was great. The 10:15 wake up knock from housekeeping was not so fun though. 11am checkout is not so hospitable after a late night of fun […] and not spending much time in the room. "Great value, good location"
I did not have high hopes for this property given that it was the only hotel with availability on a very, very busy weekend in Madison. However, my husband and I very pleasantly surprised. Our room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've stayed in regardless of star rating. The bathroom was immaculate. For me, the best part was you could open the windows […] and breathe fresh as opposed to recirculated stale air. The breakfast was perfect for a family that needed just the basics. Everything was fresh and easily accessible. Front-desk was helpful. The location to downtown Madison was perfect (just 3 miles), if you have to stay on the outskirts.
