The hotel room was alright old and seemed un kept. The staff were quiet and timid. The location was very uncomfortable and the room I received overlooked abandoned warehouse. apparently the hotel is used for sports teams who pass through or train nearby. This is probably why laundry was seen hanging from the 3rd floor windows.

These are converted apartments for the days of communist East Germany. You do get your own bathroom BUT it is located outside your room (it is not en suite). This hotel is really a juiced up hostel for young kids. No noise insulation between rooms so if some teenager wants to make noise at 3 am in the morning everybody hears it. It was nice to have 24 hr reception and free parking and the staff were polite and helpful. It was a very basic hotel, clean enough and spacious enough. It seemed very far from the city center though - about 10 mins walk to the tram station then 15 mins to Alexanderplatz (plus waiting time). Hotel felt like it could have been a college dorm or boarding […] school in a former life - not a normal hotel layout, e.g. our private bath was outside our room. It got a bit noisy the first morning we were there starting around 6 am, probably due to one of the many busloads of teenage soccer teams. Customer service was satisfactory and the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotle was expensive compared to the stand. Toilet / bath was placed outside the room and I thought it was abnormal for a 3 stars hotel. When we arrived the room was old food in the cupboard. so cleaning was not quite optimal

Hotel doen't provide wake up call service, because they do not have a phone in the room. They don't want to knock to the door as well. It creates a big problem to the customers.

A hotel room will always be the same: a bed, a TV, and a bathroom. It's the staff that makes it feel or not feel like home and i certainly felt at home there. The fact that they all spoke English made things very easy for me. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help with anything i needed.

hotel had quite a lot of student however it was very quiet and comfortable. main problem was reburbishment which was taking place and gym was not in use, the main reason we choose this hotel. very convenient for trams and buses into centre of Berlin. also the bathroom was outside room in corrider.

Hotel room was clean. A lot of construction work was going on including gym which was closed for refurbishment, unfortunately that was one of the main reasons we booked the room. It should be called a hostel rather than a hotel. No lift to top floor where our room was located the lifts ends on the 7th floor, we were on the 8th. Each room number on our floor is designated A or B with a shared common entrance into the hallway. This gives some concern regarding security as the bathroom and toilet is off the hallway. We, as a family stayed in a Quad room. I expected it to be small and without a bathroom, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was large, bright and clean. I've stayed here before. If you don't mind a 20 min tram journey on the M6 into Berlin then it's a good place to stay. A lot of school groups and sports teams stay here. We booked this hotel not knowing that it was a hostel. We were in the market for an actual hotel with a bathroom in our room. There was no mention on the website that the bathroom was separate from the room and in a 'common area' outside of our room door. Stayed for 4 nights. Room clean, spacious and comfortable. In quiet residential area. 5 minutes walk to tram which takes you into central Berlin in 20 minutes. Staff friendly and efficient. I bought WiFi for 8 Euro which was valid for 7 days. Cheaper than buying it at 2.50 an hour. Excellent breakfast at 8 euro. Overall I was very satisfied.

The location of the hotel was fine, not great. But the low prizes made up for that! For the prize you pay the quality is great. By taking tram M6 you reach Aleksanderplatz within 20 minutes without any transfer to other transportation devices. So if you're planning on being in the centre a lot, this shouldn't be any problem. Only, for the young people […] it might be good to know that the last tram leaves at 0.39 from Aleksanderplatz, so if you want to go out late, be sure to pack your hiking shoes because it's a long way back! If you're really considering this, it's good to know that the hotel is open 24/7 so getting in late isn't a problem at all. If you go to Berlin in a group of four, the hotel offers two rooms who have a shared hallway with two bathrooms. This way you're isolated from the rest of the guests. Have a nice stay in Berlin! Zimmer waren sauber. Die Toilette leider auf dem Gang. Es waren Massen von Jugendgruppen im Hotel. Dafür war es aber erstaunlich ruhig. Leider gab es kein Ehebett, sondern nur Einzelbetten. Eigentlich war das Hotel zu teuer für den Komfort.

Det var ok ,men ikke super godt. Vi har rejst med 2 børn på6 og 10 og har været placeret tæt på meget unge mennesker som festede helt tiden og lamede meget . Vi kunne ikke sove, vi har klaget til personelet men uden lykke.Jeg tror man skal tænke lidt bedre hvordan folk placeres, unge fester meget og vi kan ikke ændre på dem men det vil være kæmpe store […] hjelp hvis man" sorterer folk" familie med børn og festede folk. Gegen das Hotel kann man nix sagen. Wir sind ein jüngeres Pärchen und waren 3 Nächte dort. Es war sauber, das Personal war nett und es war leise zum Schlafen. Als einziges kann man die Lage etwas bemängeln. Man muss 25min rechnen, um in die Stadt zu kommen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet und sauber. Hotel liegt ca. 3 Gehminutrn von der nâchsten Bushaltestelle entfernt. Fahrt ins Zentrum dauert ca.50 Minuten. Das Angebot zum Frühstücksbüffet ist gut. Abends im Restaurant die Möglichkeit gut und günstig zu essen.

Das Hotel befindet sich allgemein in einem guten Zustand. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Die Lage ist etwas ab vom Zentrum, allerdings ist die Tram nur wenige Meter entfernt und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. In 15-20 Min. ist man also sehr schnell in der Innenstadt. Das Hotel ist […] eher auf Gruppenreisen ausgelegt, also kann es u.U. auch mal etwas lauter auf den Fluren werden. Da die Zimmer relativ hellhörig sind, bekommt man den Lärm natürlich mit. Trotzdem aber alles nicht wirklich tragisch. Insgesamt ist das Hotel zu empfehlen, besonders da es - vergleichsweise - günstig ist, man aber tatsächlich ein gutes, sauberes Zimmer bekommt.
