The hotel was very nice. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty and refilled often. We forgot our key after hours, but were let in and id checked to make sure we belonged. That made is feel very secure.

Stayed one night for Voodoo Fest. Easy, fast, no hassle, check in and out. Booked through Expedia. Hotel was clean, nice looking, smelled great, spacious courtyards and lobby areas for gathering outside of room. Our room was a studio room with two comfy, queen beds and a pullout bed. Breakfast had plenty to choose from. Would definitely book again.

Rooms were as to be expected. Clean, pull out couch was very incomfortable. Really that was the only complaint. Under staffed, consierge didnt know anything about the city whichnwas annoying but not the end of the world

The last full day that we were there, they did not clean our room until 6:00 pm. We told them at 4:00 that it was not clean. We had an argument with them until they finally said they would clean it. Every thing else was pretty much ok. They told us the pool Was heated but it was cold. The whirlpool was not working for the first day of our 4 day stay. hotel was very close to the World War II museum, which was good. Breakfast was good.

We had a great stay and the hotel was in the perfect location. We parked our car and didn't see it again until we left. The transportation is great and no need for a car. The staff was always helpful, happy and accommodating to our every need. The breakfast that was included was very enjoyable and so was the singing staff. The restaurants near the hotel are the best plus add Irene's in the French Quarter.

Great stay - was in town for the New Orleans Film Festival and the Springhill Suites was right in the middle of the action. Close to the CAC and within walking distance to pretty much everything. Facility was clean, hotel staff was amazing, breakfast was ample and well-stocked throughout the mornings, downstairs dining area was comfortable and parking was surprisingly easy (was expecting to be blocked out of the small lot at some point in time, but never was!).

We are locals who needed a night away. Upon arrival new valet kept us a half hour, hotel and valet arguing about who has parking available(stress). Upon entering room carpet was dirty, bathroom floor our feet stuck to and the worst was the most uncomfortable mattress ever .

The hotel had a clean modern look. The receptionists were very knowledgeable of the area. The hotel location was within walking distance of many of the main sites. The room was clean and the beds were extremly comfortable. The room also had a couch with a fold out bed which was helpfull since we were a party of 5. The only negative was there was a club across from our room and when the crowd left at 3-4 in the morning they were very loud.

close to everything; decent price. room was a little small and awkward setup- but clean, new and modern. really comfortable bed. able to park your own car and come and go- no valet required- but close enough to walk or take trolley to everything. not the best view- looked either abandoned or under construction across the street- but much of downtown NO is that way. good overall- I'd recommend.

The hotel and my room were clean and very pleasant and the complimentary breakfast was very good each morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had no problem with outside noise even though I was not in a courtyard room. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Away from some of the craziness of Bourbon St, yet close enough to attractions. Close to shopping at Riverwalk Outlet, great restaurants in the Warehouse District, an ez stroll to the Quarter, and the music on Frenchmen St. The staff was professional, courteous, the rooms were comfortable, and clean. Nice breakfast buffet. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room was an added plus. Will definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay? The hotel staff we friendly and eager to help upon arriving. Only thing that was a disappointment was paying for parking after already paying for a room! It was a safe parking lot but had we realized that in the beginning we may have changed our minds. Otherwise we were very pleased. Breakfast was very fresh and good. Close walk to downtown also.

We enjoyed our stay and even with the $25 parking charge we felt that the hotel was a bargain. The breakfast buffet contained a good variety of items and everything was delicious. We were close to the Julia St. stop for the Riverfront streetcar which we rode several times to the French Quarter. For $3 you can ride the various streetcar lines all day. Will definitely stay here again.

Let me first start by giving kudos to Maurice. He was excellent, efficient, accommodating and very professional. If this man didn't have a raise recently, he definitely should receive one or a promotion. The other staff members were ok. One such staff member, Kierra, I believe her name is, was very unprofessional and mentioned something about she wasn't going outside to assist a guest. I was very appalled. It's nothing against the hotel, because, it was fully equipped with all the essentials and the breakfast was surprisingly good but staff members need to be better trained. If they were all replaced with more staff members like Maurice, you would definitely have 5 stars from me as well as other guests.

Got there about 1:00 pm and was able to check right in. Room was a lil cramped but adequate and did have a small wet bar, fridge, desk and full sized sofa. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. No complaints for what we paid. Breakfast left a lil to be desired, but again it was "free". There was a small pool that I fully intended to get in but simply ran out of time. Overall, I would say it was about what I expected and I was pleased.

Extremely convenient for walking to the French Quarter. I would suggest using Fulton Garage for parking (which is 1 block away), rather than paying to park at the hotel - MUCH cheaper!!!!!

The room was very clean and cozy, but once the night club beside/below the hotel started their music, sleeping was out of the question! You could hear the bass and the windows vibrating from 11pm-3am. The bedding is nice and clean, but a bit heavy if you're warm when you sleep.

We will stay here again if we come through. The breakfast was extremely impressive, staff was friendly and helpful. There were a few issues with the elevators and key cards not working but those problems were fixed and I do not feel the hotel should be faulted for those issues. Things breakdown everyday, they were fixed and there were no more issues. The hotel is very close to the new outlet mall, which was great! Walk through the mall, and your right by the French Quarters! Perfect!!

as a family, we reserved a couple of rooms well in advance of our stay but they still had us in separate parts of the hotel and on separate floors. After much discussion they changed one of our rooms from two queens to a king size bed and got us on the same floor although we were still quite a distance from the rest of our family. Parking was horrid! They only had 75 parking spots in the garage on site so most of their guests have to park in a lot three blocks away from the hotel and walk back to their room. The rooms were fairly nice but small. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. Ive stayed in much nicer places for a lot less money and a lot less hassle!

i loved New Orleans and what made it even better was how I slept at night. The room was clean and the beds and sofa beds were so comfortable. Most places we wanted to go to were in walking distance. The only thing I disliked was how small the pool was. Other than that it was an awesome four nights.

The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. It's hard to find the hotel because there's no big signs to show how to get there and the entrance door is by the side. The beddings are too soft, can't sleep very well.

It is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The location was central to all the places I wanted to see. It was a short walk from the RTA station and we were able to walk to trolley to get to other places of interest. It had a fabulous ambiance and the staff was very helpful.

This hotel is a two short block walk from the convention center. VERY CONVENIENT. While I was at a convention, I was able to quickly walk between the hotel and the convention center whenever I needed. My room had one king bed, a couch and a large desk. It had a huge TV that swiveled any way I wanted. I was very happy with the room.

Checked in at 4:00 and our room wasn't ready. Asked about best way to get to the zoo they sent us to the street car that was a huge mess. The hotel is 5 blocks from st. Charles st. When I called before booking they said it was only 3 blocks. Then once on the extremely crowded street car we rode for only a few blocks then had to get off and wait for a very crowded bus only to get off again and get back on a crowded street car. It took over 2 1/2 hours to get to the zoo. We has our vehicles and told them we could drive but they still insisted that we take the street car for the experience. We were traveling with 2 families with small children. Breakfast was nothing special. Only change from day to day was the meat, turkey sausage, pork sausage, then turkey Canadian bacon. Line for a waffle took over 30 minutes. Staff was rude. Closed up at 9:00 promptly. Asked for towels the second night because we chose not to have our room cleaned everyday. Never received towels. Room was small the sofa bed was uncomfortable and nasty. Elevator didn't always work. Asked for a late check out because we had a tour and they would only give us 30 minutes and they would not give the other family traveling with us a late check out. Then when we came back early from our tour we were locked out of our room. Huge pain and they were soooo rude!

I will make sure that the Front Desk staff is informed about the construction going on with the streetcar so that no one else is given directions to take that route. My wife and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. We had problems with the wi-fi in our room but that was the only problem. We woulde definitely stay here again.

If you're in Nola to party but are on a budget, want to be downtown but not in the Quarter, have kids or will be meeting up with family, this is your place. Great quality for the price. It's in the CBD, in between uptown and downtown, right off Julia St., which during the day is a street full of art galleries. At night the area surrounding the hotel is loud, so if you're there for that, more power to you. We were two old friends there with our daughters ages 6 and 11 and we found it amusing, really. The hotel is right near the CAC and some decent restaurants and a PJ'S coffeehouse within walking distance, as is the St. Charles streetcar that you can pick up near Lee Circle. Be prepared to pay for parking, though. We didn't have to pay because we have a handicapped plate, and for anyone with that need, we always found street parking within 2 blocks of the hotel with little effort each time we needed to park. The overnight lot is $30 for 24 hours, though, and hotel valet parking is $25 overnight. The breakfast was pretty standard, but good enough. My daughter and I loved the little pool area. The staff was very, very nice and helpful. My immediate family lives in New Orleans and so I personally almost never need a hotel, but I will be recommending this place to anyone who asks me for a good hotel on a budget.
