We have stayed at the Crestwood many times . It is a clean comfortable hotel very convient to airport and the interstate. Not a resort, but great for a clean room.

Hello, I asked for water and you doesn't provide at least one bottle of water. In the room you just put one little bottle of shampoo, we stated for 2 days, nobody in the office to ask for more shampoo. Carpet look so dirty, smell marijuana in the whole hotel. :(

The service was terrible. We had booked a room on the return trip but cancelled the reservation and made other arrangements. If the service hadn't been so bad it wouldn't be a bad place to stay. Not quite as clean as a casino room but much less expensive.

convenient for a 1 night stay.Unfortunately, they claimed to have WIFI in every room but the signal was so week that we had to venture out to the lobby to get connected.It was not that hot out dorrs during our stay but we had to have the air conditioner on full the whole time we were there and it still was not real cool

Very bare minimum in the room. I expected the bed to have a warmer blanket. The blanket was super thin, almost like a sheet. The bathroom didn't have any lotion. The air in Las Vegas in winter is super dry, so I had to go buy some lotion.

The beds were comfortable. Had plenty of pillows. Was a little disappointed I could not get the wireless to work even after calling the "HELP" number. The strength of the signal never went above one bar. Ice machines were out of order but then again, we could make ice in the refridgerator. Convenient, friendly but unconcerned staff, checked in had to have Internet connection to complete airline reservations, no problem. Got to room, no connection, could walk down the hall 50 ft to get a connection. Called front desk, may I change rooms? No you have been in the room over an hour. Hotel itself is fine. Room was spacious with nice kitchenette and clean bathroom. Staff was friendly enough, but too often seen by front or side door on smoke breaks. Crestwood Suites is old and falling apart, but the prices are very inexpensive and it's located right next to where I needed to go for business. The rooms are large, but the furniture and beds are old, uncomfortable pieces of junk. The paints peeling, there are weird odors throughout, and the bathroom was rusty.

You get what you pay for. Had an issue with checking in because some paper work was lost for the costumer before me so had to wait close to a half an hour before being checked in. Also another customer's room was incorrect so he had problems.

The front desk people are not willing to help (not friendly). The room had a smell that with the window open and air cooler on could not eliminate. The room felt dirty and I didn't trust it was clean linen or towels.

The hotel staff was really friendly, and the room was adequate. I was surprised to see the size of the refrigerator and microwave. The linens were fresh and clean, which I was really glad of, as some of the reviews were absolutely awful. I checked the mattress and at least I can say that for the room I was in, there were NO bedbugs or 'roach wings' […] anywhere. The room did have a bit of a musty smell, but I think that maybe it was due to th age of the building. The plumbing was good, good water pressure.
