The location is great. You can walk to the neighboring shopping center with a Publix supermarket, Dollar Tree store and restaurants. There are several other restaurants and a dine in move theater within a mile. Now the reason I rated it a 4 instead of 5. Compared to other Homewood Suites I've stayed at the total quality wasn't there. I felt the hotel […] was understaffed, especially the food service. The staff worked very hard but there just wasn't enough of them to keep up with the volume. More than once I had to wipe down the table before I could eat and guests were always asking for more food, drink, etc. I would stay here again tho & recommend it to others. Read more

Such nice people and the room was great. Having a kitchenette was very handy. Free breakfast dinner was a nice thing but the food was at best average. But lots of,options outside the hotel to eat and the front desk staff was extremely helpful in finding choices.

Don't be fooled by the other glowing reviews like I was before booking to stay here. This hotel is simply slightly above average. The people at the front desk are friendly and helpful, which is the best part of the hotel. The location is fine, the rooms are fine, the breakfast is free and as with most things that are free, very average--rubbery eggs. […] In addition the breakfast serving area is small and gets very crowded. Did see several discarded chicken wings on the dining room floor that the cleaning staff apparently missed. It was disgustiing! This hotel was very clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpfull. The room was very comfortable and had all the conveniences needed. The breakfast varied a little each day and the convenience of having dinner available Monday through Friday was great.

Stayed for 2 weeks and it was very pleasant. Meals provided were very good, and staff was extremely responsive to all needs. Just wish there had been balconies to sit out from time to time. Pool is small, but heated. Unfortunately at the time of the year we were there it did not get much sun to just lay out.

Our family of five recently stayed at this hotel. It was a great value; we would definitely come back when we visit the area. We were pleasantly suprised to learn that dinner (a meal, not a snack) was provided Monday through Thursday. The only downside to the meal was that if you arrived before 6PM, there was not much seating available in the dining […] room; if you arrived after 6PM, the food ran out. I loved the convenience of having a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave in the room. It made for more of a home-like environment and allowed for us to keep costs down for snacks/lunches. The location was nice. It is set back from the main street a bit, so there is not much road noise. It is close to beaches. It was a good 'home base' for our trips to Sanibel Island and the Everglades. There was a list of local events posted on the refrigerator. Unfortunately, one of the events/dates was for an activity in Naples, California-- so keeping that list updated would be helpful. We didn't want to leave! Booked two king suites (for myself and a co-worker) in early November, and Homewood Suites Bonita Springs over-delivered in just about every respect. Front desk staff was friendly and responsive, from when Ciro first checked us in to any daily request, like for directions, faxes, towels to take to the beach, or other help. They […] got to know/recognized us quickly, and made us feel welcome throughout the stay. Breakfast buffet was good, well-stocked and with enticing variety. The rooms are sparkling clean, kitchenette well appointed and stocked, sitting area comfy and well-lit. It's close to highway 41, but set back enough that traffic noise is not a problem. Bed is quite comfy, too, once you toss the mountain of extra pillows off. Room design and decor is impressively well thought-out, with outlets, lamps and switches in logical places, everything you need in easy reach, but not crowded. Small glitches -- a wi-fi problem, a balky deadbolt -- were handled quickly and cheerfully by Graham, and he and Ciro each followed up to make sure we were happy with the result. We didn't realize that our Hotels.com rate included not just breakfast but also dinner Monday-Thursday; couldn't take advantage, but maybe next time. It's an easy drive to Ft. Meyers Beach. Throw in the pool, the free business center, laundry facilities, lounge area, etc., and we could see why some people just move in and stay for a month or longer. Read more

Staff very friendly and very accommodating especially Vicki the Conciege. Definitely stay here again, the complimenatary breakfast not gourmet cooking but good enough same with the evening meals on Monday to Thursday. Suites clean and quality of service very good. Coming back to stay.

This was a very nice hotel for our long weekend getaway. The suite was decorated nicely, however the "living room" area was too small. It was a pleasant surprise to have such a nice hot breakfast with a lot of variety. The items in the lobby convenience shop were very over-priced. We will definitely come back!

The hotel is great. The only recommendation I have is to add the lock on the bedroom door. There were no locks on both bedroom doors that I stayed, so I can only close the bedroom door but not be able to lock them. Thanks!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites of Bonita Springs. The staff was always very gracious and accommodating. Very happy with hotel, rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast offer with stay is very good. A lite dinner is served daily from M-Th which I thought was wonderful, nothing big, but really nice, you even had a choice of white, red wine and beer. The gym and pool are also a plus. We stayed here for 8 days with 3 adults and our 9yo and 4.5 yo children. Very nicely updated and housekeeping cleaned our room daily. We also stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and had plenty of room. They serve delicious dinners on Monday-Thursday nights which is included in the room price (a monthly menu is located on the fridge), and tap beer and red wine […] is also served with dinner! Breakfast is served every morning and they have oatmeal, an egg bake, juice, sausage, etc. The front desk staff did everything they could to accomodate us, and the onsite 24hr laundry room was also great to wash clothes and wet towels from the beach. They also offer free lounge chairs, water toys, and umbrellas for the beach, just ask at the front desk. It's also located in a quiet neighborhood next to ritzy Naples, and we liked that it was in-between Tampa and Miami so we could travel back and forth to either place (and everything in-bewteen!!!#. We also never heard any traffic from the outside streets, or inside of the hotel #very quiet!!!). Overall an excellent experience and we will return!!! Read more
