Just came for quick stay - economy hotel but staff friendly and it was very clean. Hard beds however !

I used to stay this place when it was still Jameson Inn. The staffs were much friendlier before. They uses pass code for complementary WIFI now, but didn't tell me the code till I asked. It would have been better if they told me when checked in. I got red water coming out from the tap. I called front desk and they said they had plumbing problem and […] I needed to run water for 10-20 minutes. It would have been better if they could told me before. i was very satisfied with the Quality Inn in Alcoa. The bed was adequate but could have been a little less firm. The water pressure in the shower could be stronger. Overall nice and clean hotel! I would stay there again.

Clean room, quiet AC, free continental breakfast. close to the airport but very quiet. Restaurant next door. Small bath room and small desk. Expensive for the room because there was an UT football game.

It was a dream across 98% of measurables. The only possible exception was that we had to ask for enough bath towels for two, considering one of us was a woman. We certainly recommend it and will stay in a Jameson, again!

This stay was just as a convenience to an early flight out of Knoxville. Staff went above and beyond. Had trouble with our airport shuttle in the morning and front desk staff was willing to drive us to the airport. Would definitely stay here again if I'm passing through Knoxville.

This was the most quiet hotel in which I have ever stayed. Also, the room was very clean and did not have that "hotel" smell. It is very convenient to resturants and shopping as well. The only "downside" was that our bathroom was quit small, but we had very hot water - which was great!

The hotel desk & breakfast staff were very helpful & efficient. The housekeeping was not consistent as far as needed supplies i.e. coffee, cups, lotions, but the cleanliness of the room was acceptable.

The walls were paper thin so we heard everything. The room reeked of cigar smoke. When we booked it, there was no place to indicate non-smoking. The bathroom was tiny. The desk lamp did not work.

There was a strong odor coming into the front of the hotel. Smelled as if someone had gotten sick there and thrown up. Very pungent and had to hold my breath going through the front doors. there were also two separate pairs of socks under the bed coverlet on the floor which tells me the maids really weren't cleaning under things as they should. We booked this hotel the night of our stay, simply so we would not have to drive 3 more hours home at 10:00 at night. The hotel room was comfortable, everything appeared clean. We only had one small problem....but I grade a hotel on how they handled their problems and this one gets an A+. I did not ask for any type of compensation but simply told her the issue, she apologized profusely and I went on my way. She came out to my car and informed me that she was issuing a credit to me as a result of what I had brought to her attention. I told her that I appreciated it, but it was not necessary. She insisted, saying that she appreciated my feedback and that she would feel better issuing the credit. I was very impressed with her concern for the matter and feel that she did an excellent job representing her hotel. I would definitely stay there again! Read more

The Jameson Inn/Alcoa was great. Good price, very convenient location, good breakfast, great room. My only disappointment was the housekeeping service was inconsistent. Of the four nights we stayed, one night there was no kleenex, one night no decaf coffee. If we use the decaf, replace it with decaf. After that we just left a note. Rooms were clean, attractive and comfortable. Staff was kind and quick to help. The are surrounding the hotel was great for walking dogs and a mile long trail around a small lake is just steps away. We will stay there again when visiting our family in the area.

Was not impressed with the comfort of the bed. Clean room overall. I liked the fact that they provided internet. The breakfast was okay. Maybe it was just the foul mood of the uncomfortable beds speaking.
