I have experienced my share of hotel rooms and the room here was very spacious and clean. I was in a room right next to the elevator and the vending area and I was amazed that I did not hear a thing! The breakfast was great and provided several options too. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Got a great price, great breakfast, suite was quiet and neat. Lots of rooms, fridge and microwave. A little tricky to get there. I'm booking there every chance I get. Customer service at the desk and maintenance was superb. BBQ area, good pool, enough room in workout area with several machines.

If "Barry" wasn't working there, this hotel stay would have been okay. Customer service is not known to this man. Rude at check-in, and later when going down to get extra towels, had to wait and listen to him gossiping on the phone to a sister hotel. He clearly doesn't recognize that the customer is what makes his pay check.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were really big. the 2 tv's were nice .They need to but a door between the 2 rooms.Then you can hear the tv's.Shopping not very far away---which was great!!!!!We were only 10 minutes from Valley Fair and 10 minutes from Mall of America. It pays to shop on line for motels.

Great room for the money. We ended up staying an extra night. The location was perfect for our stay. The Eden Priarie Mall is just up the road. The breakfast buffet was very well stocked with breakfast items including make you own waffles. Pool was small but big enough for small children

Somehow in the advertising I had gotten the impression that there would be a sleeping area that was totally separate from the living area. My wife and I shared the room with our son and 8 year-old granddaughter. Without a door between the areas it made it difficult for anyone who wanted to either go to bed early or get up earlier than the others. Had our stay lasted longer than two nights I think that could have become a greater problem. For that length of time I think the cost savings outweighed the inconvenience.

We were looking for something near the airport and not too expensive. We found it at the Springhill Suites. Friendly employees and well located near the airport and many places to eat and shop. The indoor pool was a big hit with our 15mo old daughter.

We needed a room with 3 beds and found the Springhill Suites in Eden Prairie worked perfectly. Our room had two large queen size beds and a more than adequate pull out sofa sleeper. One small observation - once you pull out the sleeper sofa you could no longer get through the sitting area to the door, so plan on only pulling out the sofa at the last minute and not leaving it out all day. These rooms are also convenient because they have refrigerators and microwaves. The breakfast was busy each morning but always well stocked. The make your own waffles were popular. There were also hot item choices such as egg patties and sausage.

The sheets so soft, the bed so comfortable, few minutes from the Mall of America, and many restaurants just a few steps from the hotel, also grocery stores. Really please for what we paid and will go to the same place again.

My co-worker and I were very happy with our stay. The front desk attendants were very pleasant and accommodating. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

We thought the hotel was nice, comfortable and quiet. Hotel is easy to see from the interstate, but not marked very well from the street side. We would stay here again... very satisfied for the price paid.

Our stay here was great, it was in a perfect location close enough to get to everything but far away enough to make it peaceful. The girls at the front desk were great and made the stay great right at check in and closed it off at check out!

Very nice hotel. Great for a family getaway. The pool was a bit small especially when there are more than 2 families in the water. We had a pleasant experience and would stay there again.

the hotel was very nicely decorated. We called the hotel three days in advance and requested a crib, it was in the room and set up when we arrived. The hotel was definitly a great value.

Our hotel experience was great. This was our first "family" vacation. Upon our arrival, we discovered that we had no power in our bathroom in our room...at all. We told the front desk, and had a new room in less than 10 mins! With 2 cranky kids who had been traveling all day..this was much appreciated!! Overall, we had a great time and would stay there again!! Rooms were SUPER clean...Breakfast was great....Pool/Spa area is small, but nice. Great stay for the price you pay!!!

Overall, the hotel was very nice. We really didn't spend a lot of time there - only one night but the room was clean and had all the amenities needed. The only concern was the heating system. The bed is right next to the outside wall and the heating system turned on a fan every 8-10 minutes and was only on for about 15 seconds. This woke us up probably 3-5 times during the night - very annoying. We tried turning the heating system off, but that didn't work either.

This was our second stay at the Springhill Suites by Marriott for the Minneapolis Gift show. The rooms are very clean and HUGE. The staff is very polite. We will stay at this hotel every time we are in the Minneapolis area. The location is easy to get to and there are is shopping and food in walking distance.

My only complaint was the curtains. They did not close all the way and the morning sun was waking us up at 5:00 a.m. If they could fix this problem I would rate this hotel at a A.
