I was not disappointed in any way. The location was easy to get to and a magnificient view from the room of Niagara Falls set the tone for the whole weekend. Dinning was great and service was above my expectations. What more can I say.

great hotel with phenomenal service from the front desk staff. i noticed there were no robes in our room and mentioned it to the front desk as we left to visit the falls just so they were aware and i wouldnt get charged for them. i told them i really didnt need them. when we came back, there were 2 robes in the room, fresh cookies on the desk, new chocolates on the headboard, the bed was remade, and there was a hand-written note. could not have been happier with the stay

The hotel was reasonably priced and a two minute walk from the falls! The rooms were nice (King sized beds!) but watch out for extra charges...they will charge you a hefty rate at the end of your stay for just one nights parking.

Situated in Niagara Falls, Thriftlodge Clifton Hill is close to Clifton Hill, Skylon Tower, and Horseshoe Falls. Also nearby are Fallsview Indoor Waterpark and Casino Niagara.

The hotel served its purpose. The location can't be beat. It could use some updating, the decor is very 1980's. One complaint is that noise from outside and from nearby rooms was very easily heard and we could smell the smoke from those smoking outside or in other rooms. Very clean and friendly business . Any question we had about shopping nearby or to locate a store in general we were given the information without hesitation . Upon leaving on our checkout we encoutered one of the ladies that cleaned rooms .. we had the rest of our things in our hand heading out she greeted us with good morning ....Are you leaving now […] ?? Hotel location is AMAZING! the room was cold when we first got there but it didnt take long to heat up. the room also didnt have a hair dryer but once we called the front desk they delievered one too our room within miniuts. It was very quiet in that area even though we were in the middle of everything. I would go back again. just make sure you really […] push the door closed.
