We needed to leave the hotel just after 6am to head for the airport....they have breakfast at 6am on the weekdays but not until 7am on the weekends. They do not put anything out early...some hotels will at least have cereal out early....They dont, I even asked if my kiddos could do cereal before we left. I was dissappointed by this.

Did not meet our expectations: TV was old model (not a flat screen), so could not hook up DVI connector from iPAD. Wi-Fi was very slow and could not conect to internet. Stains on carpet in room. Wallpaper peeling off wall in bathroom. Breakfast was slow and minimal for the number of people staying there.

We booked a room for Three adults and when we arrived at our room we had only one bed. The room was booked online using Hotels.com and a reservation was made for a 2 queen bed suite. The pool was closed our entire stay. Green water! My car was vandalized in the hotel parking lot my second day there. Window broken out, GPS and radar detector stolen! The staff, however, were all very friendly and courteous. Our room was clean and comfortable. It is however a little noisy due to highway traffic.

Our room had a plumbing issue that caused the pipes to rattle when showering or flushing the toilet. I informed the desk staff and they immediately made a note for maintenance. Otherwise our stay was better than average in every way.

When I reserved my reservation for this hotel I went by the prior reviews that had been submitted and was looking forward to wonderful stay since it had received a very high rating. But on arrivial I found that the hotel and room showed to be worse for wear. The carpets were dirty and showed bleach spots, my wife found hair on the toliet, and the swimming […] pool which was used as a selling point was out of service. When I asked if the hot tub was available the staff acted as if it was a pain for them to unlock the door to the hot tub area. On Wed. night of that week there was alot of noise under my room which was located on the second floor over the meeting area. I called the front desk to complain as the floor and items on my desk were vibrating and moving around. The front desk said that church group was meeting and evidently thier band was extremly loud. Thery promised that they should be thru by 10:00 PM. I said if they weren't then I would need to be placed in another room away from the band. The hotel is hard to get to as you have to exit the freeway and drive over the freeway and cutback to the opposite side. If you miss the turn in then you have to travel all the way around and try again. Read more

I stayed in Humble, TX. The accommodations were good. The location was good. I was really impressed when the hotel called the day I was to arrive to be sure I didn't need a shuttle at the airport. I have stayed in many upscale hotels over the years and never have they been so considerate. If I am back in the area I will stay again.

Our experience was great. A little noisy the first night (Friday) due to kids making noise in the hall. The only complaint we have was the front door was not automatic and it was hard to handle the luggage cart in and out. This may not be a problem for the young but is a problem for the elderly.

My wife and I stayed at the location because it was close to the airport. We enjoyed our stay, and the complimentary breakfast. The rooms were clean and the a/c worked great. We would have like a better shower head, but in the end it was worth it.

The hotel outside the room was so hot that the candy we purchased in the vending machines was melted. Also we had paid in advance full payment ahead of time when we booked on hotels.com; yet when we arrived the manager wanted a 50.00 fee down for room charges only thing about that is the hotel has no services that would charge a fee. They not only didn't […] put the 50.00 as a hold but we had to go round and round with the hotel and our bank for the next 3 days to get the pending charge removed. Because of this fake charge we will not stay at this hotel again very dishonest people. I doubt the charge would have been removed if we were not the type to check our bank account status daily. Disappointed but learned our lesson and will never allow any hotel to place a hold or charge on our card when the room was already paid in full be ware. Read more

We had a 2 room suite and enjoyed the additional area versus a traditional sized room. Price was outstanding for the size and cleanliness of the room. All in all this is a good hotel and I would recommend it to anyone and would entertain staying again. The only negatives I have is the difficulty of getting to it from the "feeder" road since it requires […] crossing a fast moving entrance lane an the problem we continuously had with our room key. We stayed 4 nights and every day, except the last day, we returned to our room and the key would not work. This required a trip back to the front desk and asking them to re-activate our key, I can understand this happening maybe once but not 3 days in a row. Very aggravating to have this happening over and over when they knew we were there for a 4 day stay. Only stayed one night, but it was a large room and bath room. Hotel was very clean. Room was a little warm for my sleeping comfort. Cable TV was missing some channels that it said it had, but that could have been a Comcast issue with those networks. I would stay there again, it was a very good value.
