"Excellent Price to Quality"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
Very good location in Siena. We have stayed in better hotels but they would cost 3 times more. We had the smallest room, but after two weeks on a cruise the room was more than big enough. The staff was extremely helpful (for 3 of the 4). Gave great restaurant recommendations. We would stay at again!
"Very friendly staff and immaculately clean room."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 3, 2012
Extremely clean, if not plain room. The family running the hotel are extraordinarily kind and helpful. Located just outside San Gimignano ( we're talking 5 minute walk to the town wall), so conveniently located while being able to park directly in front of the hotel (and parking is free). Only real negative is that the bed and pillow were the least comfortable of our trip. Not terrible, just not overly comfortable. Bed was your somewhat thin, basic spring bed and the pillows were pretty thin. Still, the price was right, so not a huge problem. The restaurant was quite good, too!!!
"Great Place"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 1, 2012
This is a little jewel away from the bustle of the crowds that is not far at all from the bus station or the heart of the town. It's clean, cute, romantic, nicely decorated and has a very good bathroom. The room was very large and had nice tall windows with blinds and thin curtains. The owner is also really nice and very helpful. This is a really nice find and highly recommended. We always went to the southern part of the town where the activity is, but we did venture to the north (across the street) and we found a Siena that was more Italian and less touristy and also many more good restaurants.
"Great Service/ Great Location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 29, 2012
The hotel stay was made extremely memorable by the wonderful staff, especially Massimo who has great passion for what he does, his free wine tasting was the best by far of all we had while in Toscana. Great prices on wines as well. One down side was the room we were in could have used a few updates, noticed some temporary remedies for fixes in our bathroom especially, but nothing major. The entire stay was excellent, and I would strongly recommend staying there.
"Very Enjoyable Stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 21, 2012
Nestled in the rolling hills of Tuscany surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. 5 min to local markets. 25 min from charming Arezzo, a beautiful 1.5 hour drive to Sienna, and < 1 hr drive by highway to Florence. Beautiful and clean place to stay with excellent service. Good breakfast.

Tuscany’s most distinctive and enticing provincial capital, Siena appears to be frozen in time. The glorious medieval core remains a itrecento/i masterpiece, cascading down three hills from the fan-shaped Piazza del Campo. Highlights include the Palazzo Publico (town hall) and the stripy Duomo with its marble floors. The thrilling Palio horserace takes place twice a year in July and August, and has to be seen once in a lifetime.

"Luxurious hotel with a fabulous location"
Wonderful hotel experience! Highly recommend!!
"Pleasantly Surprised"
Overall, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel was in great shape. Centralized location made it easy to walk to any of the popular locations. The only let down was the price of the simple breakfast buffet. I didn't think to ask about the price, given most hotels during our stay included breakfast. My wife and I spent ~55 Euros or $80 USD for the […] buffet and coffee for two. NOT worth it. Other than this, the hotel is very worth it. Read more
"Incredible Hotel"
I highly highly recommend this hotel. It is located right in the middle of the enchanted city of Siena. It is absolutely beautifully decorated, the rooms are a good size and very well decorated. The hotel has a great restaurant and incredible wine bar. It is a very romantic choice for a hotel and recommend it to anyone travelling in that area.
"GRAND CONTINENTAL HOTEL SIENA"
This hotel has it all. It is a stylish, well kept establishment. The staff, from front desk to chambermaids, were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. No request was too much trouble. The hotel is ideally situated but, as it is situated on a busy road, if you are given a room on the front it is noisy at night. Unfortunately we did not get the […] requested rooms at the rear. This is a minor inconvenience, however. I would recommend use of the hotel's private car parking arrangements. A little pricey but worth it when put against the option of trying to find local parking outside the walls. When we returmn to Siena we will definitey stay here again. Read more

"Fantastisk hotell"
Dyrt hotell, men verdt kvar ein euro. Her skal vi definitivt bu igjen neste gong vi er i Siena.
